Was told by one company that I needed a new unit and was quoted 14k. I told them I wanted a second opinion from another company and called Texas Airzone. Jason, with Airzone, came out same day and checked our unit. He noticed the gas valve had been disconnected. He reconnected everything, turned on the unit to make sure everything was working. Very thankful for Jason as he saved me $14k today.

I called on Friday, the morning after a holiday. I thought I would be lucky to get someone out by Monday but they had someone at my house that same morning.The technician, Greg, quickly had things working and clearly explained what had happened and what he did to fix it. Both technicians I gave dealt with were very helpful and professional. Texas AirZone's pricing is reasonable and they explain fees upfront and exactly what I was charged for. Holy crap! Ive had 3 companies come out and look at our AC and each of them told me to basically do a system replacement and that the job to be done was literally impossible. I had another AC company out for a seasonal tune up recently. The unit was working fine when they arrived but was completely out of refrigerant by the time they left. I was told I needed to replace the entire unit. I called Texas Air Zone for a second opinion and I'm glad I did! I have used Texas Air Zone since 2015. They have proven to me they are the best in the DFW area. I have tried several well-known HVAC companies, and none are even in the ballpark with these guys. They have installed a new Heat Pump/ heater combo, fixed old ductwork, maintained my unit, repaired problems under warranty and always responded promptly to any calls. Greg has been our service rep all these years and he is very sharp, really knows his stuff. I have had an annual service contract with them since the start; it’s worth every penny. Their pricing is very fair, and their bids have been better than every other company I have had look at my system. Highly recommended they are great.

Lifesavers!!! Came home to find my smart thermostat not smarting. Called Texas AirZone and got the answering service. They were very nice and took all my info. Jackie called me within 5 mins to see what was going on and scheduled Frank who again called within minutes and tried to help me troubleshoot as he was on his way to another apt. We couldn’t get it addressed so he said he would be by later in the evening and gave me a very reasonable estimated time of arrival. Frank called when he was on his way… an hour ahead of what I expected, fixed everything up in about thirty minutes and I was back in business. They were all so helpful, communicated clearly and created a great experience. I really appreciate such quick and efficient service!

What a great experience! From start to finish. I never knew what was involved in replacing my old AC unit but speaking to Isaac helped me understand the process. He talked to me about the pros and cons of having the AC unit in the attic vs the existing wall where it currently resides. Once I decided what I thought best worked for me, he sent me their proposals and he gave the different options which I really appreciated. Once that was done, scheduled the installation. Isaac came out during the installation process and introduced me to his team. The installation process went smoothly. I worked with their lead person David who was great! He showed me the work that was done and where to find the filter replacement. Very professional ! One of my biggest fear was being taken advantage of and leaving me high and dry. Beware: $828 to top of refrigerant, it would be "expensive" he said but did not give me a price. My fault for not asking in advance, I guess. Last time they will enter my house. Ever. Upsell experience at the tail end was horrible too. And charging me $360 more for "Star Member" that I did not authorize. UPDATE: 24 hours later, now my upstairs A/C unit no longer works. What did this technician do to my system? He walks in to my home and 24 hours later I’m out over $1,000 and my A/C doesn’t work anymore. You have been warned.

Carlos came by yesterday and did our annual a/c tune-up and did his usual great job. Texas AirZone installed our new system 8 years ago and did a wonderful job. Since then we have them come out twice a year to do check ups at a very reasonable price. I always recommend Texas AirZone to anyone that asks.

When the service tech arrived, he did a very thorough investigation and cleaning of both the blower and the condenser. Pointing out potential issues and also talking about the overall condition of the units. I was incredibly impressed with the amount of information he was able to get me. Right after the service my technician sent me an email with all the estimates about what we had discussed. I will absolutely return to Texas Airzone.

The MOST AMAZING AC experience I’ve ever had. Called at 4:55pm, was given an ETA of 7-8pm. Jackie was the most pleasant and helpful voice from the get-go, very compassionate. Luis , the tech showed up at 6:20 and was done in 30-45 mins and the fix was so simple I was only charged the after-hours service call fee of $185. I literally cried tears of joy from relief of not being told it’ll take $1,000s to repair and he displayed sweet compassion as well. These folks really really care. Thank you so so much!
