He does such a great job with the service and is always so friendly with our animals. He is so polite and professional while he is in the home.

Reagan is always super helpful when he comes out to the house he provides quick service is good around our pets and his has enabled us to live past free for the last few months since he started our service. We greatly appreciate Reagan coming out and working quickly and efficiently through the job at hand so that way we can get back to our personal lives and it’s greatly appreciated. how good he is with our pets.

My service yard technician was Colton F and as always he arrives around the same scheduled time every three months. He rings the doorbell and knocks on the door to let me know he's outside. Before leaving, he does the same thing to explain treatment...very thorough!

I have used Sureguard as my pest control service for 2 years. Terrance as well as other people do a great job spraying the inside and outside of my home. He removes cobwebs from fence, and checks and removes for wasp nests as needed. I pay a little over $480 per year.

We really do appreciate the great service we get from Sureguard. Terry R. is very thorough and not only sprays the inside but does an excellent job protecting the outside. He uses a wand to clean webs and nests hiding around our windows and gutters.

I want to start by saying I have not used this service however I did witness a company vehicle display disturbing behavior on the highway. Said vehicle merged on to the highway crossing a solid white line with no blinker. Once in front of my car, the employee slammed on his breaks, triggering my emergency braking. Later I passed the driver and he was on his mobile device and not looking fully at the road. I put this here not to discourage using this company but to voice a hope for change in driver standards. Scary stuff.

I had my home treated inside one time when I first picked up service and then the outside is redone every other month. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue between services Sureguard comes right out to help! My most recent technician Brandon was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped answer questions I had surrounding wasps. Terry has also serviced my home multiple times and he is always detailed and professional! Thank you Sureguard!

I hate leaving bad reviews. Sureguard did try to come as soon as they could and they did offer “free inspection”. I called them last Tuesday to help locate and get RID of suspected wasp nest as we noted tons of wasps in our house. We somehow missed them on our appt day because they had the wrong number and didn’t call me when they were 20-30min out.<br><br>They rescheduled me for today. Austin came out and was in our home for about 2 minutes. He texted me and told me it was in the chimney and that I just needed to smoke them out by turning on chimney for 1-2 hours. He said it was free of charge. I thought wow what great service. I was wondering why they didn’t need to remove a nest etc but apparently he said this is the problem and no need for any further services.<br><br>We open up the damper and something falls out and turn on the fireplace and within seconds we realize a portion of a live wasps nests has literally fallen into the fireplace and now swarms of wasps are flying into our living room. We text Austin and he says yea just smoke them out??!? I’m like they are literally just flying down from chimney and out into our home not including the live nest that is now angry and swarming out from the actual fireplace. He responds they don’t live long in your house they will die.<br><br>I call a professional chimney sweeper who tells me to immediately close the damper and shut off<br>Fireplace as wasps are drawn to warmth and likely more nests up in chimney and we could ruin our chimney and cause more wasps to fly into our home.<br><br>I know it is likely my fault for following their advice and technically they didn’t charge for any services but I trusted the professional exterminators advice. I guess I’m confused why they would offer such bad advice. I did a simple Google search and it literally says do not smoke out wasps from your fireplace?? The chimney sweeper was like yea that is bad advice.<br><br>I wish I had never called sureguard. Or I wish they actually could have done a more thorough job and gotten rid of the nests- which is why I called them out instead of popping by for 2 minutes and giving horrible advice and now having to deal with hordes of angry wasps (like 50 or more)

Terry did a stellar job. He’s asked about any specific bugs we are having problems with and described the treatment he would take to address them. He instructed me to let it dry for 15 minutes and that it wasn’t harmful to pets or people. I truly appreciate the thoughtful service he provided.

Also another shout out to Terrance, I didn’t notice originally, but he really went above and beyond and got rid of a large hornets nest and spider webs that were becoming an issue on the outside of my house. Do not do business with this company. They have a third party company setting up their appointments. They give out false information and carefully word things that take advantage of the customers. I signed up for bimonthly service and was expecting to be charged only the month I was receiving the service but instead was charged again 2 weeks after my first visit! Cost me $50 for October and they don't even come to my home!! They would not refund my money!! Look elsewhere!!

Colton is always punctual, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable to our needs. We are always happy to see Colton when our service is due. In addition he is always good to our dog who greets him with a tail wag that is rewarded by a scratch and a pet. Thor says Thank You Colton for the attention I always receive 🐾

Ray is my technician and he is amazing! He’s so friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. He keeps my home bug free! The only reason I did not give five stars is because I don’t love how the office is ran. They will call and call and even force my technician to stop by my house if I don’t answer the phone - very frustrating. They are calling to get an appointment set up. (I am on the phone all day for work so sometimes it’s hard to squeeze in another call) If they could exclusively text, I would give 5 stars!

I am so grateful that I had seen a Sureguard truck in my neighborhood a few times before I needed their services. I reasoned that if my neighbors kept using them then maybe I should try them out too. I'm glad to say that I wasn't disappointed by the price, their no-contract service option, and their customer service. The customer service was excellent from my first phone call with Will to the moment the technicians, Reggie and Terrance, came to spray inside/outside our home. Amazingly, I was on my way to bed tonight and the Holy Spirit reminded me to write this review before I laid my head to rest. Thank you Sureguard team! Wonderful! Terrance was the service technician that came to our house for service and he was AMAZING! So friendly and knowledgeable. We had indoor dogs that we put in a bedroom while he was here and he was so nice about them. He was very respectful of our home and property. If I could give him more stars I would!!
