For a long time now we have utilized the services of Strike Force. I can honestly say we have had nothing but the best professional and efficient expertise from the entire Strike Force team. I highly recommend their knowledge and services, and particularly Jefryn, who has been servicing us and our different homes for many years with the utmost transparency and hard work….along with a wonderful personality!

Jef was fast, thorough, and and explained everything. I knocked off one star because the payment system kept giving errors and wouldn't take payment (not Jef's fault) and the cost of the service visit has increased dramatically since the last time I used Strikeforce. It's still better than others, but costlier than expected.

StrikeForce is the only heating and air conditioning company I trust to service my HVAC systems. Jeff is my assigned technician and visits twice a year to make sure everything stays in working order. I also purchased my system through them a couple of years ago when my old system finally gave out after 22 years.

This place is amazing needed a new install I got it done the same day or the most recently priced in town John Puttrich was the most informative and knowledgeable service technician I ever met I personally would give him a raise his comprehension of HVAC I've been through many companies and he is the best he at least deserves to make $50 an hour

Jeff and Strikeforce have been taking care of our HVAC system for many years. With 5 units in an older home, we have required their services frequently. They are always timely, trustworthy, and dependable. Most recently, Jeff and team replaced very old and compromised ducts, which is an invasive repair. Jeff provided a thorough assessment, solution, and estimate/proposal. Strikeforce was easy to schedule and completed the extensive job within the proposed timeline. They put in extra effort to leave the jobsite clean. I can admittedly be a high maintenance customer, so repeat business from me is a big endorsement! :D

Toby, Jon, and the team are amazing. We had to get the coil to our AC unit replaced as well as a new furnace. They were quick to respond to my request, kept me in the loop the entire time, offered a competitive rate, and the team was courteous and efficient while in our house. Marco and Vincent were incredible. I had other companies previously clean my vents, but none of them identified the underlying issue and then were able to correct it. I've used Toby and his guys for probably ten years now. They are hands down an awesome team. They've always been honest with me when things need a simple repair vs. replacement, and best of all, they are SO fast to respond to any issues I'm having. Special shout out to Jefryn ("Jeff"), he's been by a few times recently to handle issues - not only is he on time, he's courteous, spends the time to answer all my questions, and is just an awesome guy overall. Purchased a home four years ago with two HVAC systems powered by two premier Lennox HVAC systems that had been installed about two years prior to the home purchase by a large, well-know company. Amazingly, in spite of the fact that both units were serviced twice annually by this company, the larger AC unit failed the same day that scheduled maintenance was performed by the company which had installed the units and provided maintenance. This required paying for labor to replace the AC coil. Two years later, we experienced yet another AC coil failure on the smaller unit, again in spite of twice annual maintenance. When notified of the second failure, I knew that I could not allow the same company to provide any additional service or maintenance to our units. I contacted StrikeForce, and Jeff came out and verified that the coil did need to be replaced, but he also noticed issues that suggested poor maintenance work and what appeared to be actual physical damage to the coil. He located a new coil which was replaced under warranty, and corrected other issues that needed to be completed. I feel confident in the work that was done, and I will be using StrikeForce for maintenance and service going forward.

The team that installed my new ac was absolutely the most professional, courteous, and helpful of any repair workers I have experienced in 50 years of homeownership. The bid I received was less expensive for a higher quality unit than a moderate unit from another company. So I saved money and got a much better ac unit. They were on time to the minute, and worked very hard removing an old unit from my upstairs attic and replaced it with a new one… many trips up and down a drop down ladder. 5 stars is not sufficient, they deserve 10! I highly recommend Strikeforce. They are the best!!!!

My outdoor unit's fan went out on a Thursday evening and Jeff was there within 15 minutes to take a look. Unfortunately the part couldn't be ordered until the morning because it was so late but, Jeff and Mary were quick to get me scheduled and the part installed the next day. I’m a mom with a one year old who’s heat went out. My warranty company was giving me the run around and after a week I called Strikeforce. I talk to Mary and told her what was going on and she jumped right on it! We have always had great experiences with Toby and his team. Strikeforce redid our entire HVAC system and venting in 2016 and we couldn't have been happier with the result. And Toby's follow-up any time we've had an issue has been just fantastic - he even worked with us to do an unexpected repair while we were out of town one summer after an electrical surge took out our condenser, so that we didn't have to come home with a baby to a very hot house. Additionally, we had Jeff out recently and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing a clogged drain line.

Used these guys for a while for my business. Upfront, honest, fair priced repair business... which is hard to find when it comes to HVAC. More importantly they personally stay in contact to get the best appointment. 100% would recommend them for house or commercial needs.

Recently, I was having trouble with one of my A/C units, and contacted StrikeForce. I scheduled a quote. Toby came out on time and quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. I scheduled the repair and an inspection of all three of my units, and Toby and his crew arrived on time. The crew was professional and seemed to quickly fix the problem. The outside was wet, and I noticed that there was some mud tracked through the house, but it was not a lot and I own a vacuum--not a big deal. While the crew was there, I also asked them to install two power extender kits (that I supplied) so I could install new thermostats. I should have asked the price to install the two power extender kits beforehand, as it was $200 for ten minutes of labor when the crew was already at my house and no parts. I grumbled a little, and Toby knocked off $50. Again, not a big deal, I should have asked upfront. The crew left before ensuring everything was installed correctly, and I determined that the power extender kits were not installed correctly (because my thermostats would not power on). I immediately contacted StrikeFroce, within ~10 minutes of them leaving. Rather than coming back immediately to correctly finish the job, they waited about three hours to return. Toby inspected the wiring and it turns out that the wire I needed was already in the wall and I did not need the power extender kit. Toby removed the kits and finished installing the thermostats. While it was a bonus for them to install the thermostats, I am now $150 in on the kits that were never correctly installed. Now the thermostats are powered up, and they leave again. Again without ensuring the system is working correctly. I give the A/C a little time to cool off, but notice it is still blowing hot air. I text StrikeForce again to tell them the problem and they said "I guess I'll be back." After more waiting they come back and fix the problem. At this point I am a little frustrated that I missed an entire day at the office for what should have only been a couple of hours and that I paid an extra $150 for nothing. But the A/C is working so I am happy. Several days later I review my invoice and notice there is a line to install a new drain pan for $675. The quantity is marked as "0" so it was not charged. I replied to the email ask about the charge as it was the first I have heard anything about the drain pan. StrikeForce replied and said that they recommended doing the "extra work" as the drain pan was rusted and the return air side was pulling air from the attic. If I would not have responded to the email and asked why this was on the invoice, I would have never known that more repairs were needed. How could they not bother to mention this: especially, when I had them inspect all three of my units to ensure everything was working properly. I responded to the email several days ago to gather more information, but have yet to hear back.

My AC was blowing hot air and no one was available to come diagnose my unit until I came across Strike Forces number. I call them and they were able to come repair my unit the same day. I was very appreciative because it was 86 degrees in my home and rising. Jeff was very professional and was knowledgeable about HVAC. I would definitely recommend them!

Toby and his crew are wonderful--very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I had concerns about our upstairs HVAC unit not cooling sufficiently and Toby came over within hours of my call. He was very helpful in explaining exactly what problems we had (including pictures of leaks) and walked me through next steps in upgrading the system. Toby was very responsive in dealing with my clients' HVAC issues over the weekend. During my open house, I notice a leak coming from the attic and I googled "24/7 a/c" and Strike Force heating & Air popped up and with a 5 star review. So naturally I called and Toby answer and he was at the house in 1 hour notice. Unbelievable service! Diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue on a Sunday just in time for another open house. Toby and his team have been super responsive in dealing with my HVAC issues. First, he repaired our old ones, and then when it came time to replace them he gave us a very fair bid, and put in two new Lennox Units. I highly recommend Strike Force. You will get good honest service at a fair price. But best of all, when you need them, they always fit you in no matter how long they have to work.

Toby was very easy to work with. He responded promptly to my email request for a quote and was on time for the appointment to service my A/C. I have an older unit that's not easily reachable on my condo's roof. He was honest in saying that it was in good shape and just needed to be serviced with a few reasonable recommendations. Hands down the best AC repair company I have found in Dallas. Toby, the owner, called me to schedule an appointment to take a look at a suspicious leak above my guest bathroom shower that a plumber/AC guy once told me was coming from a drip pan. The other AC repair guy did not finish the job and I was still having trouble with it. I don't know anything when it comes to that stuff but Toby was on time, fixed the problem on the spot, and explained everything to me - even though I don't remember now how to explain what the issue was... but he took care of it.
