Rats were crawling in the basement, it was annoying and smelly. I called Jem to get rid of the pests. He arrived promptly, treated the premises quickly and set the traps. He does a great job!

Run from this company! I called a few companies for estimates on what I suspected to be termites on my property and this company hands down was the worst and most expensive. I do not recall being told there was a fee for the inspection, as all other companies did their inspection for free. But, at the end of the appointment I was presented a bill for $95. My jaw dropped and I explained this was a surprise to me. She said I didn’t have to pay it at the time. I called the office and got some really indirect answers to my very direct questions. In short, after pinning the gal down for an answer, she said estimates are free but inspections cost money and that can be applied toward the bill if I decide to go with them. I explained they were the most expensive and I would not be going with them. She said she’d have the owner call me to discuss the charge. Come to find out, it was the owner that did the house call and she didn’t address it on the spot when I brought it up. She didn’t call me back so I assumed it was handled. A follow up bill came in the mail a few weeks later. Much to my surprise, I made another call and asked to speak with the owner again. The office gal seemed really under confident and said she’d have her call me. Again she didn’t. I received another bill in the mail with interest. This time I wrote a very nice letter explaining there had been a miscommunication and I’d like to discuss the bill. No response. Another bill came with more finance charges. I called and asked if that was their response to my letter, or if it was sent automatically. She said the owner would call. No call. So here I sit with a bill for over $100 with gaining interest which I did not approve, nor sign for. I am not able to get a call back from management or any response, just mounting statements with bigger finance charges. A little communication would go a long way.

Once again we are so pleased with Seven Son! Within 90 minutes of my calling them they were here to take care of our Japanese Beetle infestation! They, as usual, were knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. We've relied on them in the past several times, and they always come through! Not only are they top notch out in the field, but I have also received excellent advice from them over the phone. They had all the time for me that I needed and their care and personal touch definitely showed! I highly recommend them!

I have attempted 5x to have our commercial business looked at. No return phone calls and the office person indicates she had service techs in the area and they would call. This excuse was given to me several times. Why can't this business schedule an appt. at the desk, then send a tech to the site. We shouldn't have to beg for service. Moving on.....
