Zach and his team (Ricardo, Dom, Nallen and Noah) were great from the moment they arrived at our house, which had been flooded. From start to finish, Zach walked us through a very emotional and difficult time. The entire team was patient, kind, and understanding and would answer any and all the questions we threw at them. They were also efficient and got the job done as quickly as possible. And as a recommended vendor with our insurance company, Zach also helped us understand the initial insurance process and was able to document all the details for the adjuster. In the end, Zach and his team managed and greatly exceeded our expectations.

I had water damage in my home caused by a drain line backing up, which began buckling my hardwood floors. I contacted SERVPRO, and within a day their representative, Sean K., arrived to inspect the damage. He carefully walked through the home, documented every affected area, and explained the steps needed to remove the damaged materials and ensure my insurance company had everything required for coverage.<br><br>Sean and his team set up a commercial dehumidifier and confirmed with my insurance adjuster exactly what was approved for removal. He also offered to have SERVPRO’s reconstruction team provide a quote, which I agreed to. Jay H. came out the next day, walked me through the reconstruction process, and answered all my questions.<br><br>Once insurance approved the floor removal, Sean reached out right away to schedule the work. He and Reed J. arrived the following day, removed the flooring, and hauled away all the debris efficiently and professionally.<br><br>From my first call to SERVPRO to the removal of the damaged flooring, the entire process took only about 3–4 days—mainly delayed by my own availability. Sean, Jay, and Reed were all incredibly accommodating, working around my schedule and making sure everything was handled quickly and correctly.<br><br>I highly recommend SERVPRO and the team I worked with. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and communication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

Zach and Nallen did a phenomenal job inspecting my home office for evidence of water damage and mold. They left the room spotless and left matching behind. They were extremely informative with their findings, next steps, and recommendations as needed. I'll be requesting them next time I call.

We used ServePro - Team Shaw when our hot water tank broke and flooded our home. Our remediation team, Cole and Noah, were awesome! They were so patient through my tears of seeing my house ruined. Our movers, Sergio and Diego, are the best movers I’ve ever used. Putting our house back together was tough, but Joseph, Carlos and his crew worked so hard to make sure it was perfect. We are very thankful for the many blessings ServePro provided us during this difficult time.

Sean Killingsworth (PM) and Reed Jones (water tech) of ServPro did an outstanding job and went above and beyond.<br><br>A tub from a my second floor bathroom overflowed and leaked through to the first floor. Sean and Reed took the time to discuss various options with us and were concerned about making sure that water/moisture were eliminated from my home to avoid mold. They were both extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Sean and Reed both treated my house like it could have been their own.<br><br>Additionally, Sean and Reed showed concern about my young son and his safety around the drying equipment. It was a Saturday evening and they stayed even longer and came up with an innovative way to help keep my son safe. Sean and Reed brought up the safety issue before I even mentioned it.<br><br>I truly enjoyed working with ServPro, Sean and Reed!! They helped alleviate stress and took great care of my family.

Zach and Noah S took the lead on the medigation of our property after a water leak. They were very professional and personable while working to minimize our property damage.They monitored and documented everything daily to forward to our insurance company. Tamiru and Carlos Z were also part of the team. I was also impressed with them. They worked hard to get the wet material out! I would 100% recommend the 4 hard working men from the Grapevine office!

Servpro came Out at 10:30 On a Sunday.<br>Project mgr Zach and his team came in like a swat team and immediately took control of the disaster , cutting out carpet and extracting water . Then the emergency pack out team came - Chyna and her team were SO patient with me & and they took amazing taking care of all my things. Then Wren and Diego came In and took all My boxes and furniture out in a snap - Not a fun situation but great to have them in my side to navigate this mess.

Zach and Trey responded to our home very quickly and professionally at 1 AM on a Saturday morning after our home suffered extensive damage from a busted water heater in our attic. Zach and Trey worked tiredlessly and efficiently for the next 7 hours, removing carpets and baseboards and installing fans and dehumidifiers in the impacted areas. Every day for over a week period, Zach continued to assist us at our home, with the demo of wet building materials. He was present during my insurance adjuster's visit and very professionally answered all his questions. Zach is very knowledgeable in water mitigation and he was extremely personable and very easy to work with. I didn't know what to expect when calling upon Servpro to help us (other than the fact that I knew they'd help us respond to the water damage), but Zach exceeded our Servpro expectations.

Unbeknownst to us, a pipe had a slow leak in the wall of our NEW 9 month old house! Sunday the 15th we noticed a trickle coming down the backsplash from my pot-filler. Kent and Tamiru came out I believe it was Tuesday. My entire bank of cabinets, uppers and lowers, had to come out!!😭😭 The closet in the master bath had to be emptied and Sheetrock from the 2 areas removed. The guys at Serve Pro (K &T) were so professional and empathetic. They finished up their portion today Monday 23rd. Actually hate to see them go. Would recommend that team any day!

The SERVEPRO crew responded promptly to my service call during the Arctic freeze in Dallas last week. I had a water pipe break in my house. Juan and his crew helped remediate the damage and explained the process to me. My questions were always answered and SERVEPRO was always available when I called. Another gentleman named Randy took my original contact call and also helped organize the procedure in an efficient manner.

Crew showed up and I could tell they were very inexperienced. Took days upon days to get an estimate.

DO NOT USE SERVPRO!<br>We had black mold come up thru our hardwood floors in 5 areas on the floors and in several places in the walls. It was hidden by area rugs so did not discover until it was dinner plate size in the dining room. We called ServPro. DO NOT USE THEM. It took them 3 weeks and 8 people to pack up our belongings. Why? Then another 8 months to remediate the mold. In the meantime they were cleaning and storing our possessions & furniture in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED Storage area. Our insurance paid for it. We decided to remodel our home. Due to many delays this took over 2 years to complete. All this time ServPro was storing our possessions & furniture in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED Storage area. Because insurance had a limit on paying for this we have been paying for this CLIMATE CONTROLLED Storage. When it came time this week for ServPro to deliver our possessions (clothes/office/wood & fabric furniture/kitchen ware, etc) we scheduled to meet ServPro at the storage area to determine what furniture we were bringing back into our newly mold free home. It had been nearly 3 years so wanted to refresh our memories. <br>Upon arriving it was a standard storage unit at a public storage facility. However, our unit was NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. you could see daylight where the walls didn’t quite meet the ceiling of the unit. So for nearly 3 years we & insurance have been paying for Climate Controled unit AND our furniture had been frozen & baked, our clothing was subjected to bugs and possibly critters. ServPro Manager was extremely rude when we addressed this HUGE problem.He asked if anything we were storing NEEDED climate control? WHAT? We paid for it!!!<br>They took the furniture back to “clean”. We don’t know when we will get it back. They threw out a large expensive area rug that had not been near the mold and kept the 2 area rugs that had been on top of the mold. Those are now moth/bug eaten anyway. <br>DO NO USE SERVPRO ITS A SCAM! THEY SPEND MONEY ON ADVERTISEMENTS BECAUSE THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. They have no interest in making sure you are taken care of during a very stressful time in your life!

We had a small kitchen fire and put it out with water. Had no idea what to do with the entire house smelling like smoke plus a partially flooded kitchen. This Sevpro office was the fastest one in Dallas to pick up the phone and come out. Lori was so nice and understanding. Thanks so much to the team that came out and got to work right away and knew exactly what to do. Our new puppy was very nervous with the noise of rhe machines and equipment but the guys did a great job with her. During the cleaning we also found mold behind the refrigerator to boot! Everything was taken care of and now we start rhe bit of construction work we need to finish. Their manager bill is already doinf a great job walking us through it. Thanks to everyone that guided us with insurance and all the paperwork. You are a great team!

The storm in Febuary destroyed my house! Servpro came in and went over everything that was needing done with me. At first I was over welmed. They made the process go by so smooth. They packed out all of my things in my home stored them in a pod in front of my house. They spoke to my insurance and had everything handled so I could focus on my family and where we had to move during all of this. Thank you for helping me through all of this!
