I've had two flooding issues over the past couple of years. Both times, Shane and Tyler have been professional, quick to respond, and thorough in their work. I cannot recommend them enough. If you, unfortunately, have to deal with a flood, these are the guys to call.

Excellent service! They showed up on time and put all my concerns at ease after we had a roof leak that caused mold to start growing in the attic insulation and second floor ceiling. The mold is gone now and everything is just as it was before it happened! The customer service was excellent too, they were so nice and made sure all of my questions were answered. 10/10 experience. Will be calling them from this point forward for any leaks or issues for sure.

After a couple hours of torrential downpour, my kitchen ceiling started leaking. I called the ServePro Dallas Central team and they had someone at my house within an hour or two. Not only did the tech take the time to explain to me what he was going to do, he used a cool thermal camera to see where there was water still in the ceiling. He set up a few fans and a dehumidifier and said that we needed to dry out the area as much as possible. He came back the following two days to check, all the while working with my schedule to make sure I was home. I was shocked by the care and professionalism, since you don’t see that much these days! These guys were fantastic, I seriously can’t recommend them enough.

This Servpro team is nothing but speedy, smart and professional. We had water damage in our attic and master bedroom from an HVAC leak. I can’t say enough about the job they did to help preserve our home. They were incredibly polite and thorough in helping eliminate any long-term damage or health concerns for our family. I would use their services a thousand times over. This team is the absolute best!

We had one of the most stressful and potentially expensive experiences in our home when our Attic water heater broke and caused a flood. Servpro showed up the day we called them and were so incredibly kind (best customer service we've ever received from contractors) and efficient. Then our insurance tried to deny our claim, and Servpro went to bat for us and sent pictures & information to the insurance company proving the claim was valid and the insurance changed their denial to an approval. We have never been happier with any company who has worked on our home.
