I have been using this company service for a while for my commercial property. They are on time and offer the best service at reasonable prices. Today, I called them for their services to one of my properties. The technician showed up about 5 minutes before the appointment and did the service and after completing it, he handed me over the invoice. I didn’t have my check with me; he told me that I could pay with a credit card and call the office anytime. I called the office, and Mr. Billy, the owner, answered the phone. I did ask him if it was okay to pay his technician in cash. He told me it was alright. I was in a hurry to stop the guy before leaving my property and thought I gave him two 50-dollar bills, two ten-dollar bills, and five one-dollar bills.<br>A few minutes later, the technician returned and asked me how much I gave him; I told him $125. He pulled out the money and showed me it was $145.<br>I called back the owner to retain such a kind employee, which is recommendable and expressed my admiration. He told me the technician has been working with him for the last 38 years.<br>What an amazing company and, honestly, business to find this day, this company is great and deserves to raise my hat.<br>I am recommending this business from my heart. I am already remained to keep a lasting relationship.

I highly recommend this company. They were also recommended on the Nextdoor app. They came out for rat traps, but noticed I had a wasp nest and removed it for free. They were honest and kind. I really recommend this family run business.

I have used them for three years now. They come routinely and I have not seen one insect in my home. My favorite treatment is the outdoor treatment in my backyard. We can sit outside through each season day and night without visitors. Perfect for treatment especially if you host family gatherings.

But when I contacted (referral) S&B he took the job and treated my mother home for bedbugs and with the first treatment they were gone. He always work with us on scheduling as my mother is 91 years of age and hate to be moved around.(grumpy) I appreciate it and I am thankful. They gave great customer service to me and my family. I do wish they were alil more tech savvy but that is typically a limitation with smaller locally owned businesses. And I live by a creek that had all types of pests so it’s crucial for me to get those services on time

Of the 3 other companies I had to give me a quote (Terminix, Orkin, and a Norge independent), his inspection and proposal was the most thorough. Anything I questioned or seemed uncertain about, he explained with both written information and pictures. He walked me through the inspection, the proposed treatment plan, and the post treatment which included pictures. I believe I now have a pest control company I have confidence and trust in. I have and will continue to recommend S&B to everyone I know who needs a pest control. The pest control product is top tier and Mr.Robinson and his team are top notch.
