Our house flooded back in November and Redbird had our care as their first priority from day 1. Not only did they help us navigate the insurance process but they provided high quality work & customer service. We are now back in our newly renovated home in a space that feels like us. Can’t thank/recommend these guys enough!

Red Bird restoration is great. I had a pipe burst while I was for a few days and can’t home to inches of water. They got everything dried and restored as fast as possible. They answered all my questions and did everything they could to make sure me and my family was taken care of. Jacob and gage were truly great.

No one ever needs a restoration company in a fun situation. But if you ever find yourself needing a restoration company, Red Bird is the one to call. Jacob and Gage were excellent in their communication and expertise and did everything above and beyond. Our family needed to be displaced during the holidays but the crew worked so hard to make sure we would be home for Christmas! Not only was everyone extremely competent and knowledgeable, they also were courteous and professional. I give them five stars without hesitation!

Jacob came out to our house on a Saturday to evaluate a potential issue with our master shower. He provided guidance about the issue and several recommendations. Red Bird Restoration exceeded our expectation. We had extensive water damage from a washer that overflowed and flooded our first floor while we were on vacation. We called a couple of other places at first but none were able to respond quickly. Then we called Red Bird. Jacob and his partner Gage came out that same day and immediately jumped into action. Gage was great! He worked closely with us for the next two months, answering questions and preparing us for what was about to happen next. The company was extremely honest and worked well with our insurance carrier. When it was all done, it looked better than before. I would definitely use them again!

I mostly worked with Jacob, but both Jacob & Gage are awesome! They really helped us through this scary process. The insurance proved to be less than pleasant to work with and Jacob answered my many questions and helped guide us. We had two shower pan failures, which caused damage to flooring in the living room, guest room, and closet. The process was extremely stressful, but Jacob definitely helped ease my mind many times. Definition of integrity! I woke up on a holiday to a leaking ceiling. I called so many different contractors and nobody was available. I called Red Bird and they were at my door within an hour. BEST CONTRACTOR IN DFW! Jacob and his crew did a phenomenal job on our tile renovation. He walked us through each step of tenting tile, getting a plumber to check it wasn’t a leak in our foundation, etc. Ultimately , the work he did was ahead of schedule, and $1000 less than he originally quoted. The quality of work, was impeccable! We will definitely use Red Bird Restoration again!

I admit I was a little bit nervous putting in an insurance claim when Red Bird was called out for my water damage, but I am so glad I decided to trust them. Jacob and Gage are genuinely good guys. I was absolutely devastated when they discovered asbestos in my home. I thought it would turn the whole process into a nightmare. It might have been, if these guys didn’t handle everything for me. The only thing I had to worry about was leaving my house for the asbestos abatement. Not only did they do all the actual work and management of the project, they also made time for me any time I had questions, and I had a LOT of questions. They were incredibly respectful of my property, my time, and my feelings. Such down-to-earth cool dudes you’ll want to grab a beer with them!

These guys are the best team to have in an emergency. I called them and they came right away, dried out everything and talked with insurance. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I was in a tight spot and got allot of different quotes, Red Bird came in and not only got me more money from my insurance to cover the repairs but they were in and out super fast, didn't leave a mess, and and worked around my schedule

Jacob and Gage came a met with the adjuster and got her to pay for pier and beam clean up after a water leak. I was previously told they wouldn’t. Gage came out and took care of it and put more dehumidifiers in the house. After Gage was done the house didn’t have the musty smell anymore. The house was being leveled and they found a few spots around and I text Gage and he was out the next day and redid it all again after the previous cleaning had dried. It looks all new under there again. As new as 104 YO house can look. They were great and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to ANYONE!! First two are pre work and last two are completed. Quit a difference. Thanks Guys.

Redbird Restoration is one of my favorite contractors to work with. My life has been a nightmare with multiple water intrusion events in my home. I have called these guys every time. They have been my angels when I needed them most. Gage and Jacob are so personable, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and hard-working. They helped me navigate the insurance claim process (being I am new to it) which made it so much easier to work with insurance. They also take the time to explain everything and do things right. As a plumber I see countless amounts of restoration work, tile work, and also deal with these companies on an almost daily basis. That being said this has to be the best restoration and remodeling company I have known in my 10+ years in the field. From start to finish, open and clear communication with a very quick response. I'm going to be honest life takes time and things happen, but not only did Jake get us taken care of he did it within 24 hours notice and 3 days under schedule. Absolutely impressed and thrilled. Any and all of my customers will be getting referred to this company right here. 15/10 very happy!

After being devasted by the freeze causi g our hot water heater to burst an flood the house we kind of lost a little hope on our home but Working with Redbird Restoration was a breath of fresh air!! We had so many contractors screw us over we were hesitant. But Jacob worked with us the whole time making us feel at ease, the whole process was less painful than ones in the future he kept constant communication with us, sent pictures an all. He literally went out of his way to make sure we felt at ease. I also loved how his team cleaned up after themselves everyday, you dont see that alot with contractors, they laid paper down to walk on an not track mud an outside nastiness in the house which was a PLUS and showed what had been done an the gameplan for the next day (pics below) Hopefully we won't need him again lol but if so WE'RE CALLING REDBIRD RESTORATION HANDS DOWN!!! Jacob was definitely a blessing we didn't know we needed.

My washer hose broke and flooded my kitchen and laundry room. I called Redbird and Jacob was at my house pronto. He evaluated the situation, set up the proper equipment and dealt with my insurance to ensure they would cover the damage. Everything was back to normal so fast and I didn’t have to fight with insurance or find a repairman. My neighbor asked him to look at her roof while he was here and he managed to have her roof replaced, again obtaining all the necessary approvals through her insurance company. Fantastic service! Prompt, professional and courteous.
