Ronny was very nice and professional and showed me pictures of everything and where mold had grown. He was very open and honest about what needed to be cleaned and showed the before and after pictures. He did not try to pressure me into paying for something I did not need. I could tell from my first phone call that Orya was being thoughtful and transparent about what we might need, based on my description of our ducts. (By comparison, I called another company with a coupon offer and their coordinator started with bait-and-switch tactics which is not good for a long-term relationship.) His partner Ronny has been very detailed and organized, pointed out surprise mold, and even helped negotiate the price of another service company. What can I say. Trust and quality. We will use this company every year for sanitation to help our allergies.

I had a d90 error on my dryer and called a few places for duct cleaning; quality air brothers was able to fit me in the next day.<br>Rani and his colleague were on time and fixed the issue in about an hour. They were able to clear out debris including a small birds nest that caused the blockage from the upstairs dryer duct. 4 stars for an efficient and quality job.<br><br>Two areas needing improvement: 1) price transparency— including tax, I was charged 4 times what I was initially quoted on the phone and listed on the website for duct cleaning ($100). Was told it was due to factors such as second story, stacked washer/ dryer, and birds nest. I did not dispute this amount (they fixed the issue) but it would be better to be up front about addl costs on the website/ phone. 2) clean up— the whole process is quite messy. They helped sweep the indoor portion of the debris. Would be helpful to bring a shop vacuum for the indoor and outdoor debris.<br><br>Addendum: I received a call from Orya (co-owner of the company) regarding this review. He offered to refund $100 in exchange for addending the review to 5 stars. He said that the pricing can be difficult to estimate based on the amount/ complexity of the job.<br><br>I left the text of the review above unchanged. I share the opinion of all of the other reviewers. I called Quality Air Brothers Dallas in a panic on Saturday afternoon because of all the mold I found in my AC vents. Orya answered the phone and reassured me that most homes have some mold and calmed me down 😅. He agreed to come the following afternoon (Sunday!… what company does that?) to assess my problem and give me an estimate.<br><br>Orya was at my house at the promised time and took a look. He offered me a fair price to clean, sanitize and spray a preventative that will keep the mold from growing, spreading and coming back. Our system was disgustingly filthy! Sadly I have not been staying on top of getting our HVAC cleaned.<br><br>He left our home fresh and clean. now I have peace of mind about the air in our home. I am so grateful to him and his company. We had Quality Air Brothers Dallas inspect, clean, and repair our wood-burning fireplace.<br><br>Orya was communicative, showed up on time, and got to work right away.<br><br>He cleaned our chimney top to bottom in under one hour, and he throughly sealed the cracks and painted the fireplace so it looks like new!<br><br>We'd definitely hire them again.

The team that arrived to clean the HVAC system in my daughter's apartment (not being regularly serviced as it should have been) was very professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. One of the best features of this business is the 24/7 availability. The staff is very responsive. My daughter's apartment HVAC system was FULL of dust, dirt, grime, and worst of all MOLD! The unit has not been serviced regularly by the apartment management as you can see by the filter and HVAC cover that is screwed into the wall to hide the HVAC main system. Unfortunately, my daughter landed in the ER a few days ago unable to breath, feeling dizzy, and with a massive head ache, it was awful; it was then I decided to investigate why and the HVAC was a big part of the problem. I did not take my own before pictures of the Ducts, Furnace or Coil, but I did get a couple before pictures of the air filter that belongs in the Furnace area and the Vent Cover that covers the furnace area and those two items are mild-looking compared to what was on the inside walls of the furnace area and within the ducts. There is a VAST improvement in the air quality within the apartment since Quality Air Brothers came yesterday and cleaned the system/ducts. Needless to say, I will be taking this up with the apartment management. In the meantime, I am delighted to have worked with a company that I can refer with confidence.
