there were 2 occasions where opossums where left unattended and pouring rain, i had to call protex to get ETA and asked him what they did with animals and he stated they relocated to park, i just ran into a picture says your exterminators? So my question is do you eliminate them or what exactly happens to animals, because you have no proof of what happens to them, do you document where the animals go and take pictures or videos of the release, because at this point i believe you are euthanizing healthy wild animals.

They are sticklers on only knocking on your door once and immediately leaving.

Not a nameless/faceless nationwide brand ~ these guys are local, they grew up here and care for their customers!!!!! Love Love Love this company! Started with Protex 6 years ago when we were having critters invading our attic as construction went on around us. Butch came out and shored up the house and we had no problems for 5 years. After the tornado we needed them again. Robin got us scheduled right away and Butch and his protege Brian came out and got us back on track! Our dog got out while Brian was here and he jumped in his truck, went down the street and got our doggie to jump in his truck so he could bring him home!!! Not every company cares as much as this one does. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

I have been using Protex Pest Control ever since purchasing our home last year. Butch has been amazing and diligent to get our rat and pest issues under control. He is also very positive and professional when at our house. Finally, the folks answering the phone are always willing to help get an appointment as fast as they can.

Gary (our tech) and the folks at Protex have been a pleasure to work with. I called at least four different pest control companies and none were as friendly or priced competitively. Gary went out of his way to make sure our house was pest proof, going as far as putting duct tape on potential entry points under our sinks. I will be using Protex for all of my future pest control needs. Thanks y'all!

Protex quickly responded to my call for help, sent a professional (Butch) who was courteous, friendly, and honest. As a result we received good advice which we are following. It is good to feel a professional advises and truly care about being fair.<br>I will definitely use their services again if I need to.

I learned that this service not just removes unwanted animals but also KILLS them!!! This is not a humane way to treat animals. Will not use their service and will not recommend them until they address it. Consumers be aware.

Had them come out to spray for carpenter ants and termites!!... they sprayed under the house and out front and back!! They told us that they were going to spray inside the house, never did. The termites and carpenter ants are back but in a different spot!!....

I've been using a different service in my homes for the last 20 years. Unfortunately they took my business for granted for just about all 20 years. I recently switched to Protex Service and that proved to be a wise decision! Not only is the pricing better, but our technician, Gary, is very professional, punctual, and courteous. He went above and beyond to find areas to seal in our plumbing where we had gaps that the critters could get through. For the first time in months I didn't have my wife standing on the kitchen island asking me to kill a cockroach b/c Gary finally stopped them from getting into the house in the first place! Highly recommend Protex Service!

I had previously had some rodent issues that was not resolved by Protex. Protex contacted me, immediately scheduled a time to come back to my house, and took care of everything. I also had an unresolved ant issue that another pest control company was able to take care of, so Protex issued a full refund. I was extremely impressed by their willingness to work until my pest and rodent issues were resolved.

Protex Service did an outstanding job for us last year when we lived with the nightmare of bedbugs. There is so much information on the internet on how to get rid of these nasty bugs that it is hard to know which treatment will work best. We just wanted the nightmare to end. We found Protex Services on the "Bedbug Central" website. We checked with the referrals they provided. Their previous customers, with bed bugs, were all highly satisfied with the work they received. We had done enough research to know that one treatment was not enough. Many companies will tell you that one treatment is enough. It isn't. Protex Service's guarantee provided this reassurance.
