I was referred to Penguin Insulation by a friend who used them previously, and I’m so glad I was. Alex came on time, assessed the situation, asked the right questions to determine our needs - didn’t upsell for anything extra. I received a quote with a fair price, and his crew was there the next day to complete the work. They arrived on time and completed work within the agreed timeframe, and the final price was just as estimated. Penguin did a wonderful job insulating my attic (which wasn’t easy given the tight and small openings) along with the turbine vent installation on my roof. The second floor of the house feels so much cooler now, and the AC bill is lower. I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner.

We would highly recommend Penguin Insulation to anyone looking for a trustworthy insulation company. Very happy with our experience with Penguin Insulation. Alex was very knowledgeable and helped walk us through options and what we needed. We have a 100+ year old house, so Texas heat is not kind to us, but Alex helped us determine what was necessary without trying to oversell us. We went with Cellulose Insulation. The price was reasonable and the work was very quick. David and Leo did a great job and walked me through all the work that was done. We can already see a major improvement inside of our house and its only been an hour since the work was done. I know this will save us a bunch of money this summer. It's also worth mentioning that we had to reschedule the morning of our initial appointment due to an emergency with our little one, but they were more than willing to reschedule.

Penguin insulation installed my new insulation last fall. They did a great job! Alex sent me the tax credit information which I gave to my CPA. I received a tax credit on my 2023 return! And my electric bill is half of what it used to be!!!! I would highly recommend Penguin!
