In our initial contact with Omega a few years ago we were dealing with rats in our attic. They did a great job identifying the places where the critters were getting in and sealing the access points. Recently we found a new hole that appeared to be a problem. Raul came out, repaired it very securely, and even painted it with leftover exterior paint to match. As a precaution in case any rats might still be in the attic he laid out traps and followed up a week later, finding one trap sprung and one dead varmint. We're keeping an eye out but I'm pretty sure that's the end of it for now. I highly recommend the company.

I heard loud noises coming from my attic about a month ago and then recently inspected and discovered a dead squirrel. After searching online, I found Omega and requested an inspection and removal. They responded incredibly fast and scheduled the company owner, Josh, to come out the next day. I communicated with Chandler over text, who set up the convenient time window and answered some of my questions. On the day of service, I received a reminder text with the approximate arrive time. The communication was very quick and clear, everything answered promptly; and I never had to call (though it was an option if I needed). Josh arrived exactly when promised. He was so friendly, efficient, and respectful of my home (even wore shoe covers). He performed a thorough inspection of the attic, checking for entry/exit points and signs of other animals, and he removed the squirrel at no charge!! He also inspected the exterior of the house. Fortunately, the previous owner had already completed a full wildlife treatment of the roof, so there were very few vulnerable spots. Josh gave me an honest, detailed overview of the inspection. He identified just one tiny opening where the squirrel most likely fell through, which would not have been accessible to get back through (hence the panicked sounds I heard and as shown by the panicked paw prints). Josh didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services; he offered to patch the spot if l ever experience another issue, but said for now it's highly unlikely something is going to get back in through that way. Otherwise, he said my house is secured very well. I really appreciate his transparency and expertise. They were actually my second company contact for this same issue. The first quote I had gotten was with an outrageous price (a lot of services that seemed unnecessary/scammy), less thorough inspection and details, and no offer to remove the dead animal (until I bought said expensive service). Whereas Omega walked the ENTIRE attic, removed the dead squirrel for FREE, and provided HONEST advice without upselling. When we redo our roof, I definitely plan to call Omega to seal any potential entry points because they are thorough, honest, and have fantastic customer service. I would trust them to do a good job for a fair price. Shoutout to Josh for saving me from having to pick up that squirrel that's been dead for a month...

Bit of a process, but I recommend the exclusion work prior to rodent removal. Everyone I worked with was very pleasant and responsive. No rodents were in the attic but there was definitely evidence of them being there - lots of droppings and tracks in the insulation. Exclusion and replacement of all attic insulation complete. I had squirrels coming up into my attic when it was getting cold, and I contacted Omega. Great team to work with! They sealed off my home from future rodents and did a fogging treatment to sanitize. Overall it took about a month to do everything and cost about $2000. They do a have a lifetime guarantee which puts my mind at ease that I can always call them back if any squirrels ever happen to make it back in.

These guys are amazing. Before we found Omega, rodents would get into the attic, we would call in someone for repairs, and then rodents would find another way in. Rinse and repeat over and over. Omega rodent proofs the entire house and guarantees their work for a year. If rodents get back in, they deal with them for no charge. Dec 2025 update: I've now had their services for about 7 years and they continue to provide outstanding service. When there are any concerns at all that rodents have reappeared near the house, Raul has quickly come out and reviewed the perimeter, set traps, etc. and ensured all is still good. Still a truly outstanding company all around. UPDATE: I'm updating my review after having Omega's services for 4-5 years now. They've been outstanding and have totally stood by their warranty. In my neighborhood, there are definitely creative rats that find their ways into or under these 1950's pier and beam houses. It's happened a couple times over the past 5 years and Omega has been quick and persistent in finding and addressing the issue each time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had a rat issue which has been totally resolved—for now and far into the future—by Jorge and Omega team. It’ll seem expensive if you only think of it as removal. Most of the cost though is in what is added to your house to make it far more difficult for animals to enter after they’re removed. They do all of this work so that it looks nice and blends in with your house colors, paint, screening, etc. Finally, and just as important, Jorge and other team members returned multiple times for follow up. I got 3 bids before picking one to help us with our rat problem. They had even gotten into my car. I am satisfied with the work Omega did, though my spouse felt they were too expensive. The other bids were nearly the same. I recently read in a book called "Fuzz," about how animals interact with humans, which clearly indicated the type of removal Omega did is the most humane. No poisons, in fact no rats were killed in the process but we have not seen any since. The house was built in 1958, has a crawl space, and it was time to get it sealed up against rats and get new insulation in our house and garage attic. Several old homes were torn down in our neighborhood before the infestation, and I imagine the rats were looking for a new home. When I mention the infestation to people, almost EVERYONE has a story. They are all over the place.

I engaged Omega animal remover as I had a ring-tailed cat decide to take residence in my attic. I think the team did a great job. They were very thorough. They went through every possible ingress point making sure it was fortified to prevent an animal from getting in. They also put in more or less a vent so that there was one way to let the animal out but not back in and he monitored it with a video camera to make sure that it was evicted. A couple things that really stood out to me about their service: They cleaned up after all their mess. They were super helpful when a big package came by the house. I had ordered some flat-pack furniture. Without asking, they helped to make sure that was just put in the foyer, which was a huge help for me because I do have some stairs leading up to the house. Good solid team, friendly. I really appreciate when they helped me when that flat pack came through. I was not expecting that, so it really speaks volumes to the work ethic of the team and the quality of the work they do.

had a dead cat under my house that smelled so bad i called omega and spoke with chandler he put me on a brief hold to check with his guys and jake got out to me 3 hours later and took care of us. excellent customer service with a reasonable price !

I called Omega back in March after spotting rats in my attic on a trail camera. I chose Omega because I liked that they didn't use poison or glue traps. Omega came out quickly and assessed the home's exterior, finding the holes the rats were using to enter the home. Entry points were quickly covered and traps were set. Raul followed up and he explained what to expect. Raul was always in time and cleared the traps for us. Rats have no longer been an issue.

Great company that is easy to work with it. Jared came out and did the inspection. He was knowledgeable and was patient with my questions. I was looking at Omega and two other companies. Went with Omega and was able to get an appointment within two weeks. The team came out and sealed up everything within a few hours. A week later I saw a weep hole that they AND I missed at installation. Raul with Omega was out the next day to seal it up. Speaking of Raul, he came out every week to check the traps even though they did not see any movements on the cameras. Raul was super helpful, knowledgeable and chill. I’ve been a customer since 2018 when a move-in inspection revealed a petrified critter in the attic. While the original sealing of the house was pretty pricey, it came with a lifetime warranty and the level of service I have received has always been excellent. Any concerns I have had were promptly addressed and everybody has been great. This year, I had my first critter since the house was sealed and it was actually due to a roof repair that needs to happen. 7 years free and clear and probably would have gone longer had I not needed the roof fix. They always accommodate my inspection requests like today when I had a mysterious hole in the soffit. Raul got me taken care of and I am 100% satisfied with this service. These dudes know their stuff. We’ve used them over multiple years for various problems in our heavily wooded area and they’re prompt and responsive. We have the warranty and it’s worth every penny — for example, this year I found droppings (old) in our attic, they came and set up cameras to ensure it wasn’t an active issue (it wasn’t). A few weeks later, we found a hole that some critter had chewed into our siding, and they came promptly, closed the hole with a metal plate, and painted it. They also rechecked for any other places where critters could get in. Highly recommend! Raul was awesome.

Our house wasn't easy. We had rats under our crawl space and in our attic that just insisted that they lived there and, every time an entry was blocked, those smart, persistent critters found another way in. Josh was super helpful and knowledgeable about how the rats were getting in and how to plug up all of the ways the rats were entering our crawl space and the interior of our home. Since this is a temporary home, he knew that we did not want to go ‘all out’ and made sure to give us a full rundown of our options to efficiently tackle the rat problem. If this was our long-term house, he suggested installing wire surrounding the bottom of our house to keep the rats from entering the crawl space. We had Omega Animal Removal out to our home in Plano. We had them out years ago for the same issue- rats in our Attic. They did a fantastic job then getting rid of the rats and blocking any way they could get back inside. Then we had our roof replaced, and they did tell us once we did that it could reopen areas of entry. Sure enough we had rats again! I am so pleased and satisfied with the work and professionalism from the goup of folks at Omega. They came out and evaluated our situation (critters making all kinds of noises in the attic) the next day after I inquired. Rat and Squirrel signs. Vin did a thoughough walkthrough and evaluation, explained what he found and gave me a great estimate. They were able to schedule their team to come out and seal up all entry points with in the next day or two. Their team did an outstanding job, set up traps, left a one-way exit point, installed a camera to track movements. Came came back out multiple times over the next week to 10 days to reset traps and remove any crittets that were caught. They communicatged frequently and came back the last time and removed everything after no other signes of animals were present. So grateful for their outstanding work. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I had rodent friend move into my house while we were out of town. It tried to eat everything on my kitchen counters and left evidence of its party all over the place. I was panicked, especially because it was Christmas Eve! I called Omega and they answered! they sent someone out first thing on the 26th. We worked together using their proven approach for a few days and “evicted” the rat boy party animal. They were so understanding and helpful. We now have them come annually for check ups. I had called Omega for a rodent problem I had in my attic. The response was fast and quote was given after the initial meeting, but then things had gone a bit wrong. The rep that I had been meeting with seemingly vanished with no explanation or understanding of when the next service would occur to clear the rodents. I had called almost every week until I got another rep to come to resume trap checks who was fine but I felt as if they were nonsympathetic to the duration of delay between services. Installing a camera was next which also took another week and a half to two weeks just to have them put a camera up. The last step was just fogging the attic. Luckily Josh S had come for service who was great and gave me an explanation of the situation for delay and was extremely kind and courteous. I'm giving 5 stars for Josh's service and for being the first to really apologize and explain the situation as this seems to be a one off. Service started on 3/15 and finished on 5/14

I moved to Dallas Texas in January 2017. The house I purchased had wildlife in the attic. Omega Animal Removal assessed the extent of the infestation, sealed the house to prevent re-entry and made the appropriate interventions to rid our house of the unwanted wildlife. Then Omega treated the space with a product that was safe for our pets, but would eliminate any odors and bacteria further discouraging future problems. I bought my house in 2020. To my delight I found Omega paperwork from the previous owners. The owners had hired Omega to rid the house of pests and seal it up to prevent any returning… with a lifetime guarantee. Lifetime?! I called Omega and yes the warranty was legit and they honored it. Wow. I was hearing noises in my attic so they came out to inspect. Turns out pests had taken advantage of roof damage and a new gap where a pipe goes into the wall. They’re back!! But not for long thanks to Omega. And they haven’t returned.. yay! Raul from Omega was fantastic. He inspected the entire house - roof, walls, crawl space, and attic and filled all new or hidden hard to find gaps. He set traps in the attic and came back to inspect. Pests found a new way in. I have a stone house built in 1941. Sealing is a difficult multi-trip process. Raul found the tiniest of gaps, filled it and set new traps. He returned weekly to inspect the house and traps, and promised to keep returning until pest were eradicated and I was satisfied. I haven’t had a pest since! He visits periodically to double check just in case when I hear a noise in the attic (rats freak me out). He’s always very responsive, on time, and great at his job. I'm so grateful to these guys! I had rats under the house - I guess due to the heat. They came in the house so I had to leave. I didn't want to waste money with the other Pest Control companies as they really don't have good reviews for this type of issue. Omega has great reviews and this is another one. I am a person who does a lot of research and comparison before choosing a company, and I am SO GLAD I went with Omega. They performed exclusion work AND re-did our attic insulation. They were professional and prompt and answered all of my phone calls and came to check when I was sure I could hear animals. In terms of price, this varies with the services requested but I had several companies quote me a higher price for some sort of paper insulation while Omega used insulation that qualified as "energy efficient" and our 2 story house has definitely felt the difference. Great service combined with the option of a lifetime warranty is the reason I recommend Omega!

In 2018, we purchased and moved into our then 23 year old home. We knew from the inspection report that there were some openings through which animals were entering the attic, and found evidence of roof rats throughout the attic (droppings throughout the attic, other marks in the attic). We called Omega to inspect our home and provide us with a quote for a complete attic restoration. Unfortunately, we decided not to use Omega in 2018, and instead went with a cheaper animal removal service. In hindsight, this decision cost us much more money, and caused us to have to get the job redone in 2023. Rats got into our garage this winter and chewed wires and random parts on my car, causing an estimated $6k in damage. This could have been avoided if we had simply gone with Omega at the outset. We used omega animal removal services the first time when they started their company approximately 9 years ago. They did a full house inspection and found multiple squirrels in our attic. They changed the insulation put up traps and filled in every hole in our house-so it will never happen again. They put nets and small wires around the exterior of our house. We didn’t have any animal issues for a long time. Then recently, I heard some animals at the side wall of our house. They came out the second time and saw that some of the wires were missing so they replaced it for free. No more animals again . December 2022 I heard animals again at the side wall. They came out again and did an inspection and found some missing wires . They are going to fix it again as a courtesy. I just really appreciate this company! They work really hard and honor their contract. We paid a little bit more money at the beginning and got a life time warranty. I was very hesitant about it because they were a new company and I thought they were never coming back to fix our future problems. I did it anyway because they were very polite and friendly and they knew what they were doing. For sure they did an amazing job and other people thought the same because after 9 years they are still coming back and fixing our animal problems and honoring their contract. They are awesome! I did their exclusion package, and it's been a year now, and I don't see or hear any squirrels. They have great yearly plan that covers their lifetime warranty. They would come out each year before the winter to make sure their are no new holes found on my the house or if any of their work has been comprise by an animal. They do their diligence by checking and inspecting to make sure their quality of work remains at excellence. Omega people are friendly and they love to educate. I had some squirrels in my attic and previously called another company that came and sealed off entry points to the house. However, they were not super responsive and they didn't follow through w/ one way doors. I called Omega and Josh came out, inspected my attic, and then identified a remediation plan which included adding a one way door at the top of my chimney. After a couple of days I noticed a few squirrels hanging around the door looking perplexed as to how to get back in. So far it appears the remediation has worked and will update upon completion. Great responsiveness, honesty, and follow through by Josh and team!

Josh was great. He assessed my entire home and was able to Iocate the entry point of the squirrels entering my attic…he was very honest and straightforward..he was even available to help me when I experienced a medical emergency. We had a lot of activity in our attic and Josh and his crew did an amazing job identifying problem areas in our house and fixing them (our attic is at third floor level). After they closed all points of entry the follow up was outstanding. They showed up at the scheduled times. Every one of them are polite, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. Josh was excellent with eradicating our squirrel problem in the attic! He was very thorough and knowledgable. He was dependable and showed up during the scheduled times. Omega removed my rats two years ago and have not had any rodents until I had my roof changed. The roofer left a small crack for rats to penetrate. Omega came out and fixed the crack and got rid of the rats. They are great to work with. Josh S. did a great job. I appreciate their work.

This company employs honest and helpful people! I had a free inspection done because I suspected mice/rats in our home. From top to bottom this company is awesome!! We had 14 rats in our attic. I could not get rid of them myself so we started looking for professionals. We met with 5 companies, and each one had their own way of dealing with the problem. Some of the methods made no sense. It’s rare that a company delivers on a promise made 6 years ago. That’s what happened today with Omega Animal Removal and is what prompted me to write this review. In 2013 we had Omega perform an exclusion on our recently purchased home. We didn’t know what an outstanding job they did and what a great company they were until this week. We had noticed a lot of wildlife removal vehicles in our neighborhood and since it’s winter it stands to reason that wildlife want to come inside where it’s warm. Out of an abundance of caution we called Omega to come out and check our attics. They not only did that, they did some exclusion maintenance they noticed needed to be done and they set traps to monitor for activity. Thankfully we didn’t have any activity — suspect that’s because they did such a great job in 2013. Most importantly they were professional, knowledgeable, highly responsive and stand behind their work….even if it was done 6 years ago. What a pleasant experience! We highly recommend them.

Very good, although kind of pricey. Jorge was my sales contact with Omega, he was great, and very professional. I think they have my home all sealed up now, and no more mice issues (mice had done a number on my car, chewing wires, etc...). The service was worth it and is guaranteed, but did set me back a bit. There might be more economical options out there, probably are, but I needed the work done fast and right, and Omega stepped up just fine. I would recommend them.

We discovered evidence of mice in our children’s rooms soon after we bought our older home. I was distraught and wanted to take swift action. I had called another company first but was disappointed in their professionalism and overall approach. I kept searching and found Omega. It was a night and day experience between the two companies. Old neighborhood and an old home. We knew there were rats in the area, and had even caught a few in our backyard. But when we heard scratching noises in our back storage room behind the wall, we knew we needed help. We were totally distraught to find that there were rats in the attic of our newly remodeled home. After spending a couple of thousand dollars with a different company, we called Omega to address an issue with rats in our attic. They sent Jeff Narum to do an assessment of the situation. He was very thorough and very clear about what needed to be done. Most importantly, he was very honest and not pushy whatsoever. Jeff took the time to check the entire house and give us an accurate estimate. He explained what he saw and how he would address every issue, he wrote everything on the estimate (unlike other companies), everything was very specific. Once we signed the contract their crew came and did the work that was promised with the quality that was promised. Being in the "country" is new to us so when we heard something moving in our attic, we knew we needed assistance ASAP! Omega came out right away, assessed the situation, provided reliable, honest information and a fair estimate. True to their word Omega followed through with every detail they provided at the estimate. There was no cutting corners, they gave us the best service possible. They took extra care to cause as little disruption to our day and home when removing the old instillation and installing the new instillation. They spent a good day sealing up entry points with metal screens and silicone and wow it was top notch! Here we are a year later and we've had zero issues. What a deep sigh of relief! I have been dealing with animals in my chimney and attic for years. Nothing and no one seemed to get rid of them. Out of desperation I called Omega. I read in another review that the price had a sticker shock effect. And it did. But it was well worth every penny. When John came out he was very professional, informative, and very prompt. Summary: Omega has been great and Marvin the tech that helped us has made the process very easy on us. The price may scare you a little at first but the assurance that the problem is solved for the entire time you live there is worth it. More Details: We moved into a house in February and did a lot of work on the house to update it, it was built in the 50's. Once we completed the renovation I started hearing small scratching sounds at night. After a few days of this I decided I would try and scare what ever it was out of the attic and seal the place up. After I worked all weekend fixing all of the places I thought might be the entry hole, the sounds were gone. We were having a serious problem with various rodents and I investigated several services after trying to trap the creatures ourselves. Omega offered the best service at a reasonable price. We were really excited when we bought our house in Kessler Park. But, when you buy an 85 year old house, you quickly learn that it takes a lot of work to make your house clean and safe. The attic was disgusting. Old insulation, leftover wood, sawdust, droppings from various animals....you get the idea. Since we were told that there may be active animals in the attic, we Googled "animal removal services Dallas" as well as "attic cleaning services Dallas" and were surprised to find that one company came up for both things: Omega. We tried for months to make our attic animals leave on our own, using stuff from hardware store. Didn't work. We interviewed several companies for this project and Omega was our choice -- they were not the cheapest bid, but they were very thorough in their explanations of what they would do, and we are confident they got rid of the current animals and will stand behind their work if we have future problems. The people we dealt with are professional and prompt to deal with.
