Massey had always baited my rat traps outside for years now. This time they said the stopped doing that. Just found a dead rat so I know they work. Guy told me someone would call me but inneber heard back from anyone. I also pay for annual termite contract/service. Very disappointed. Time to find a new exterminator.

Oh how i wish I could give no stars. This man came to my place and stood in the bathroom doorway and sprayed a can of spray in the air. How is this controlling pest. Then didn't want to get on his knees and put down the proper treatment in my place. He was very old and lazy. It's crazy these people want you to continue to pay for services so they can continue to make money. Very terrible company.

I’ve had a terrible problem with rats in my garage. I found a dead one and couldn’t bring myself to remove it, I was really worried about keeping it there as I have dogs and small children. Lonnie was nice enough to come during holiday hours and remove it for me! Highly recommend!

I signed up for pest control on my new home and so glad I did. Before moving in I noticed multiple different insects both inside and outside of my home, including ant mounds next to the foundation which were entering through the weep holes. Sean Bordelon was my inspector with Massey, I met him at my home and he explained everything in full detail about the services they provide and answers all of my questions, he is great! I would definitely recommend Massey as your pest preventer, being family owned and in business for around 100 years they really seem to care about their customers.

I had an issue with rodents in the house and Massey Services has a specific plan and follow up service that gave me peace of mind. After witnessing truck TL200016 make an illegal U-Turn on a red light into oncoming traffic with no concern for the safety of others, I will be advising all of my Dallas friends and businesses to not utilize your services. This occurred today, 12/27/2024, around 4:15pm at the light before Dallas North Tollway and the 5700-5800 block of NW Hwy. He almost hit my mom and others. That was absolutely terrifying.

Brandon H. is always cheerful and helpful. He listens to our concerns regarding rodents and asks questions for a better understanding so he can provide us with an effective solution. Thanks to Brandon our rodent issue has steadily declined.

I can only imagine it isn't the intent but the phone services is not always that great. It feels a little impatient however the field service is good, responsive to concerns, and very informative.<br><br>Update: Since my initial tech Chase started with me (who was absolutely phenomenal, I missed him when he got promoted) I did have a series of inconsistencies and it as difficult to remain, however, whoever the manager is was always repetitive of my concerns and would personally come out to assist. I finally ened up with Conrad who is the first since Chase and the manager who is very professional, informative, and neat. I've had a lot of people service my home whi look like they have absolutely given up on life, and maybe they have so I get it. But Conrad was neat, polite, informative, all the things that lets me know he'll be promoting one day just like chase, and I'll be so sad.

We have been with Massey for quite some time Because it is a very well reputed company, thanks to employees like abid Hussain and Micheal veazey , who Were absolutely professional and super helpful.<br><br>We have known Michael from the past few years, and he is very very vigilant and pays a lot of attention to detail. Abid Was extremely attentive, and thorough in his inspection and recommendation on what we should do to save our home from reptiles, rats, and rodents. What was additionally, very helpful was that they were willing and able to take our calls/texts For any concerns we had.<br><br>Another employee named michael Was also extremely helpful, and he made sure that he lets me know where all he has laid the snakeAway product, And agreed to cover a little bit of an extra area per our request and need.<br><br>Everyone in the staff is so polite, and really looking to address our concerns. Truck number 660423 time 2:16pm date 9/27/2024<br><br>Never use this company again, the guy that was sent out was a horrible customer service representative for the company, this company needs to be reported the AG office and the better business Bureau.<br><br>The man came in my yard and just started putting green cones in my yard. I did not see a truck parked, however when I went outside, some kind of truck was parked 2 houses down, at the time I did not know it was pest control. I have been having drainages issues with water not draining properly outside when it rains are when the water sprinkles are on. I was under the impression he was coming out to assist the drainage, I attempted to ask him to let me know when he gets to the back so I can open the back gate.<br><br>He does not do a good job he only put cones down that goes in the ground I guess for all types of bugs termites etc.: for the most part in the front of the homes not the back.<br><br>His exact words (Let me say this once you need to call the company, I'm like okay what company are you with, he said Massey and he was a 3rd party, I Now have more concern because why are you at my home and putting what appear to be some form of drainage cones, since you are in my yard<br><br>He yelled at me and said you have termites, I said what, then he picked up the cones and refused to service for termites. I was like sir I have an artistic son if I have termites, you most defiantly need to service he ignored me and started talking to some's men walking down the street.<br><br>If I could give this company a negative star I would for hiring this man.<br><br>I advised the man I was going to report him, he said nothing will happen I will say you refused service; I said you do not need to be working here with that attitude he said impossible to report me nothing will happen.<br><br>Then he preceded to walk upon me like he waited to fight I'm like what's wrong with this guy I never seen this guy in my life .

Conrad came to our house today and did an outstanding job! We haven’t had the best luck with pest control companies previously but he was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable! Very happy with the service he provided. Would 100% recommend Massey for all pest needs.

Massey does a fabulous job keeping our residents at Knoll Creek pest free!!! Spencer is our tech and he always goes above and beyond treating our property and spends extra time with the residents explaining treatment plans and answering any questions or concerns they have. On July 31st, 2024, I had stellar service on my property performed by Shawn. It's not just that he did a good job fulfilling the contractual obligations it's that he went above and beyond his responsibilities. That kind of above and beyond service fixing issues without being asked with no expectation of return is exactly why I'll continue to use the services of Massey because so long as they can keep employees like Shawn wanting to come to work then they deserve our business.

A Massey Services representative, Dustin, serviced our home yesterday in Texas, and he was super helpful, kind and offered step by step of instruction. I look forward to seeing him and working with him in the future.

Kyle did an excellent job during the service to seal up entry points inside my home at plumbing drops that go through the slab and did a thorough repellent throughout my flower bed and yard. He also removed all wasps nest and spider webs. Great service!

Mr Bennett services my property today and my family was really pleased . He was very professional . Today was our first appt and owner had to be there , and I was was running late due to a dentist appt .The temperature was 100+ and he got started on the outside and waited . That’s great customer service !!! I was with Terminix prior and they didn’t do half of what massy done today !!!

A few things:<br>1) Technicians should contact customers within normal business hours, not after 8:30pm or later the night before service.<br>2) Technicians should read the notes for services required and confirm those.<br>3) Answer your business office phone.<br>I paid a "past due invoice" that I've attempted to discuss with your Dallas office multiple times now but have not received a return phone call. The technician was made aware of their non-fulfillment of a service in November 2023. The letter I received in a paper bag on my door today had a mechanic's lien notification on it for a service we paid for as part of the "package deal" that was NOT PERFORMED!

Brian came by my home today to spray for ants as our home for ants. My wife was the one home, and I could not be any more impressed with this company and their employees. Lonnie was great getting us on the schedule and getting everything going. Brian explained everything so well to my wife what he did and gave great advice on other ways to prevent any more pests. He even took care of spiders and wasps nest that were forming on our back porch. This company is just all around great. Prices are great, everyone I’ve spoken too is very friendly and knowledgeable. Brian went above and beyond today, and I’m glad he will be the technician servicing my home. Lonnie went above and beyond as well explaining all benefits and the details of the services I purchased. I definitely will be recommending this company to friends of mine.

I had a 1 year contract with Aptive that was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Was referred to Massey by a neighbor who highly recommended them. My experience with Massey has been 180 from Aptive and so far I’m extremely impressed. From the initial phone call, to the inspector David who came out to give the initial assessment, to Juan the exterminator, it has been such a great experience. I never write reviews, but felt obligated to because of the great people I’ve encountered through this experience with Massey. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Kyle he does an awesome job with the knowledge and just friendly all around. I usually get my house sprayed once a month due to my job and not knowing what I bring home. He has been amazing and I’m glad I signed up with him and the Massey services.

We were referred to Massey by a close family friend. We returned home after several months to find our home invaded by ants and spiders. After being bit by brown recluse. Massey sent Chris to inspect our home the same day. Chris explained everything thoroughly with scope of work and answered all questions. Kenneth arrived to provide services spent over two hours thoroughly spraying inside and outside, with special attention to windows and doors.<br><br>I am still checking everything, clothing, linens, and bedding, but my fear at home is subsiding.<br><br>Massey provides a guarantee if we see anything before their next visit. On a recent regularly scheduled service call, technician Juan Zamora, provided excellent service beginning with a call the evening before to let us know when to expect his arrival. And, when he arrived, he rang the doorbell to let us know he was here to begin servicing our home, and subsequently left a door tag informing us of the services that had been performed. While this level of service is what we should always expect from Massey Services, Inc., this has not been the case as of late. Thank you, Mr. Zamora for providing professional, exceptional service.

David Smith my sales rep was outstanding we move into a new construction in Forney and have a little spider and bug issue like any new home.<br><br>He gave me a great price and even serviced my house himself next day.<br><br>Overall I think good value.

Massey services had the best pricing for termite base station installation and ongoing yearly maintenance. They also are one of few companies which offer a damage warranty instead of just a retreatment warranty.<br>The installation team was very professional and worked with me to place bait stations where they were most ideal for my landscaping.<br><br>Update: Juan has been coming out on a regular schedule and has been extremely professional. He has maintained the pest prevention and has also addressed problem spots that have come up. I'd highly recommend Juan.

I gave only 4 stars due to previous experience with this company. But they have improved after a few years.<br>I have clear instructions about calling and scheduling with me before they show up to do the service. Finally, they now understand what I meant by communicating with me first instead of just showing up and doing the service. There are different service technicians who does the work in our home. Probably there are 4 that I can remember- Shawn, Chase, Cody and Juan. I appreciate when they communicate the time they come and show up on time. Juan did the last service and he took time to address our pest issue and was very professional.

Driver nearly hit my wife in the car with my son in the back, twice. Throwing hands in the air and getting frustrated because she's trying to pull into our driveway, called this company to report the driver and they blew us off 3 times until they closed. Completely unprofessional and rude. Hopefully they call back but I doubt they will.

I have been using Masseys for the past 3 years and they have been amazing. Not only do they eliminate pests, they do great preventative measures every quarter. They are great with communication and are like clockwork when it comes to the quarterly treatments. We just moved into a new home and they were definitely first on our list of services to transfer.

Cannot think of a better company to work with! Massey has always been professional and flexible with scheduling times to come out and do their pest control. With having dogs, it was nice to be able to adjust schedules so we were here. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Massey Services! They have been super attentive to our needs, and Colton is such a great representative of his company. This company is not the best with their schedules. They often forget to service us on the scheduled visits. Fortunately, they hired an amazing technician named Sergio who has been amazing at everything. Because of him I give one more star. He always comes in on time, he’s great with the residents, they appreciate the time and patience he has to explain and give recommendations to them. I’ve been working with Massey for several years now and I’ve never seen a technician like him, ready to work, get things done and fast while being very professional.

Update 12/14/22:<br>I promised I would come back with a follow up at the end so here it goes. The new service manager Kyle Tester and Lonnie the GM came out for my last run through. All the rats on previous visits had been caught and we had 3 successful visits with no rat action. So on the last visit Kyle and Lonnie sealed a crack in my kitchen on the floor by the dish washer and in the cabinet next to the dishwasher. Lonnie went back into my attic to make sure the holes he had sealed earlier was still sealed. Everything worked out well. This was my first time meeting Kyle and he was nice and friendly.<br><br>I asked for his number just in case I needed to call at a later date and he happily gave this to me. Before making this update I had to call him. He answered the phone everyone. I don't make many reviews and when I do it's just 1 and not updates. So when I tried to make an update a week ago the old review came up and I was lost so I called Kyle even for that. So overall my experience with Kyle and Lonnie was a great experience and I am happy I am doing business with this location.<br><br>Old Review:<br>Shawn and Lonnie are the best. I've been getting my house sprayed for insects and bugs quarterly for a while now. However, I believe I have a nasty neighbor and rats and mice entered my home. Long story short Lonnie and Shaen came to to scene and have been a BIG help. They laid traps and sealed holes and continue to come back for follow up.<br><br>I will give another update once everything is complete. So far so good and I am happy to have those 2 on my side.

I have tried many pest control services but Massey has been the best experience and I will continue to use them at every property I work.
