Everyone I worked with from my initial phone call, to the free estimate, to the installation was polite, efficient, on time, and neat as a pin. We are very pleased with the final product- and already feel a big difference in the uniformity of temperature in our home!

Very impressed! They were able to come give me a quote within 2 days and after accepting the proposal I was able to schedule my service for a week later. They are very flexible with scheduling and always on time. The removal and new blow in took 5 hours and very little was left for me to clean up. My house is quieter and is definitely retaining heat now😁. My heater kicks on maybe twice a night and that’s only if the temperature drops below freezing. Can’t wait to see how much my energy bill has decreased! Highly recommend Koala!!!

Workers did a great job of removing old insulation and adding new. However, in the price proposal was to “ Home air sealing service, Install single component foam to seal visible gaps around accessible framing, HVAC boots, electrical wires and lighting.” I happened to notice that no one was applying this foam. I pointed it out and they did start the process. I am so glad that I watching otherwise this foam application process would not have completed.

We had solar roof vents installed by koala co. There where some issues with product and they handled it in a very fast, professional manor. Very nice people to work with. worth dealing with.

I had a great experience with Koala. Gil came out to give me a detailed recommendation and quote, and was very knowledgeable and explained things well. I got new insulation blown in and two solar fans, and the team was prompt, did a good job, and the price was reasonable.

Koala did an amazing job spraying insulation under my house. They were on time and completed the work on time. They also followed my instructions on plumbing areas that I did not want the spray foam on. Plus they were the best on price and I got a bunch of estimates. I would highly recommend them.

Koala Insulation of Dallas jumped in to save the day. I had arranged for another company to remove all my old Insulation, seal and disinfect my attic before blowing in new Insulation. They suddenly went out of business, Koala of Dallas stepped in and did the work for the same price I was quoted from the out of business company. These guys are great to work with. They are on-time, do exactly what they say they are going to do, and have a really positive attitude while they are working. Just all around great to work with.

Timely correspondence and they were quick to come out and provide a quote. Price was better than most of the other companies around and the sales guy was great. Once agreeing to the services quoted on, they were extremely flexible in working around my schedule. On the day of the work, the crew did exactly (if not more) what they promised and were in and out without any disruption to our family. They cleaned up after themselves and left our house without a trace that the just installed quite a bit of insulation in our attic. I would definitely recommend them based upon our experience today and would most definitely use them in the future again if we have the need for more insulation.

From initial contact to consultation with Chris to quote to performance of work by Gill and Jordy the experience was seamless and highly professional. I was particularly impressed with the communication, informing us who would be arriving and when. The crew showed up on time, did the work in the time estimated, and left with no sign there had been there other than a fresh blanket of insulation. Had a great experience with Chris Yetts on the sales side of the house and coordination of the scheduling. He was patient in explaining the different services offered and their process. The actually installation of insulation took less than 2 hours and they did a good job of clean up. The only negative was that the roofers did their job, but did not follow up explaining what was done and where the passive vents were all installed. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and their pricing was very competitive!

Koala contacted me, they came out and we discussed the project. The price was competitive. We set a time for installation and they did the job a few days later in less than two hours. I booked my insulation consultation through Lowes, but honestly I should have known that this place was fantastic. I really appreciated Chris coming out to the house and taking a look around before quoting me. I had some other companies come out and they were quoting me well over what I would need and benefit from. Chris came out and told me what the actual cost was going to be and how the insulation was going to actually improve my home. It was so nice to be talked to as an actual human being and not a sale. They even booked the roofer who was amazing and even helped me install the bathroom vent that had become dislodged from the roof. These guys did an amazing job, since first day I got a great explanation on my different options. I can tell that I see an immediate roi, my property temperature has changed immediately but also my AC is not turning on all the time, this will decrease my energy cost. So happy that I did this small project with such great impact.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! Koala Insulation is THE BEST. They took on the large project of removing the 40 year old fiber glass insulation and reapplying updated foam insulation to both large parking garages at our condo complex. They did a FANTASTIC job on both the removal and the reapplication and our garage ceilings look updated and fresh. Charlie gave us a detailed schedule for the 2 week long project that allowed only certain cars to have to vacate each day while work was being done in stages and they were able to stick to it. He communicated with us and our property manager each day, providing photos of the work that was completed and reporting any issues that came up. In addition to that major project, I had Koala add insulation to my condo's attic space and they were in and out very quickly and were extremely clean and efficient!! If you have an insulation project (large or small) you can trust Koala to do the job!!

We are very happy with the quality of work done by Junior Ramirez with Koala insulation. He was not only on time but 30 minutes early getting prepared. He did an excellent job and cleaned up the tiny bit of dust. It didn't take long for the job and he went over and beyond. I highly recommend Koala especially with people like Junior doing the job. They did a great job cleaning everything and maybe it’s my imagination, but I already feel like I can breathe better having the old decaying insulation removed and the new blown in. They were awesome at addressing my questions and concerns about what may have snuck in to and nested in the attic. I was so worried about being upsold and revealing a bunch of other issues, I put off for way too long what was a much needed improvement and investment in our home when really I just needed this great contractor.

Had a 30' x 60' metal building fully insulated (walls and roof) with 2" closed cell foam. The Koala team was very profession and prompt. It took 3 days to prep, spray, and clean up. There were a couple spots on the roof where the spray did not properly adhere to the metal and started to sag. The Koala team, without hesitation, removed the foam from those areas and resprayed. They ensured the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I would most definitely hire Koala for any future spray foam needs and highly recommend you consider Koala for yours.

Honesty. I had them come out to take a look at my existing insulation as a new home buyer. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, Charlie was honest and told me areas where I did not even to improve my existing insulation. I feel that honesty is the most important quality when looking for contract, work, and koala insulation has sold me on their business. Koala service was to remove 30 year old insulation and replace with new r-19 insulation. arrived on time. explained what services i requested and that the service team would perform the insulation on day 1 and return to blow r-19 insulation on day 2. cleaned up my garage after day 1 and 2 to my satisfaction. service tech found ac connection inoperative and fixed it at no charge. i actually had to increase my thermostat 2 degress due to cold temp in house. great jo Koala! service team is to be commended because they worked as a team and kept me updated on their progress to my satisfaction. needles to say that i feel the team was very professional and just did an outstanding job on my house. i highly recommend Koala to everyone

We used Koala to remove all our original insulation, and to install/blow nee Insulation. After several hard days sucking all the old out, we found that we had roof repairs needed and a rodent problem. So we delayed the new insulation for a few months while we worked with contractors to get the problems resolved. Finally we were ready for the new insulation, and Koala finished the job. They were extremely professional during delays that were not their responsibility. Everyone at Koala were kind, and focused on our happiness. We are completely satisfied with Koala, and highly recommend using them for your insulation needs.

I seldom leave reviews but, in this instance, feel as though it is appropriate. When we hire contractors, we have a universal assumption that the contractor will provide their service or products at a level that demonstrates a love for neighbor. That is, there exists a duty beyond the contractual terms. When the entity meets that duty then it is as it should be. However, the true test of a friend or a service/product provider is when things do not go as planned. This is when we see the true character of people and companies. Too often, when we make mistakes (we all do), we can resort to denying responsibility, cite fine print that disclaims any moral duty, make counter accusations or any other human weakness. It is in this test that one is truly measured, and it is in this context that I am bound by my conscious to recommend heartily to all who read this review Koala Insulation. Were mistakes made, yes. Did they fix them above and beyond the call of duty - yes. We all fail and therefore we should all be merciful as we all need it. The key is that if we are the ones who failed it is how we work to make it right. Charlie and his team did that, for that we are grateful. The blessing comes most often not when things go perfectly but instead when they do not. It is at that time, that friends are made. I heartily recommend this Firm and pray for their continued success as this is exactly how the world should work. If you have any doubt between Koala and another provider, please choose Koala.

Attic insulation. Fantastic job. Blow-in insulation was surprisingly quiet with no mess. Two man team had job completed in about hour and thirty minutes. Very professional job. Very satisfied customer!

I had spray foam installed in the attic. The company was professional and very easy to work with. No major issues at all. Had one little wire get pulled from the furnace to the thermostat. Second crew had lessons learned - fixed the problem and as bonus added 2 inches of the insulation’s over what was initially agreed as moral compensation. Adding 3 stars on top of my previous 2 stars. Great from start to finish. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need and the service was just as promised during the sales call. Great team and great experience. They installed to solar fans in my attics and cleaned up the insulation from another contractor.

Took, extra care with protecting my floors and in trying to keep house cool while front door was open by hanging a plastic curtain. Then cleaned up after it was all over. They even did extra to cover my ceiling fan as I requested. Excellent service and GREAT price. U won't be disappointed.

The Koala crew that came out was on time and professional. They used drapes to protect our house and flooring. They also covered our doorway so insects getting in the open door were minimal. They worked efficiently installing the insulation and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them.
