Koala has great customer service and will make things right. It too soon to tell but it seems like the blown in insulation is maintaining cooler temperatures in my home. They had some mechanical difficulties which required them to come back out for a second day. Was disappointed that some of the equipment taken in the house left marks on our freshly painted walls. They also left some material scattered around our front yard. They claim 13" of insulation will be blown but there was no depth marker provided like pictures online so I am a little suspect of the consistent depth across my attic.

Sooo.. I gotta be honest. I’m very, very hesitant about hiring anyone for my home services. I’ve let things go just due to the stress and logistics involved…I’ve also experienced a nightmare contractor or two.. so against that backdrop, I can confidently say that the whole Koala experience was definitely the best I’ve had in the 20 years of owning my home. From the initial low pressure consultation to the the ending walkthrough, I was impressed.. My home was respected, the job was done well and quickly and I’m very happy with the work. I used Koala Central DFW.. can’t speak for the others in the franchise but would recommend my team for sure.

Quick and friendly service. They offered to come out that same week, unfortunately I was not available but we still got it done the following week. Also, and probably most importantly, the price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

I'm so happy with my service. Luck, the owner, is so kind. He made sure that he took time to provide education and then promptly followed up with my insulation services once they were completed. I appreciate that he is honest and caring. The men performing the service were quick, friendly and clean. I would strongly recommend this business. They are also affordable and the quoted price was thr same even though the original quote was a few months old.

Comments They just finished my attic here in Carrollton, and WOW!, what a change! The team was very professional, hardworking and they cause the least amount of disruption possible. I can already feel the change in how much faster the house gets cool. They removed all the old insulation, sanitized the entire attic (~3200 saft) and added the new fiberglass material. My attic looks like a white Christmas wonderland! I recommend their service today and every day.

Installed blow-in attic insulation today. Luck is a swell guy who took the time to cheerfully explain the details involved with the work. The work itself took no more than 3 hours to layer the attic of our 1400 sq. ft. home and install the tread depths needed for the correct depth of insulation. I'd do business with them again if I ever needed any more insulation related services.

They added attic insulation to an even level of 13” making my attic an R38 rating. Luck n his team were amazing, they did a stellar job, I highly recommend them!
