We had Insulation First do an attic remediation in our Plano home. Marco and his team removed old insulation, cleaned/sanitized the attic, added new insulation, and installed an attic tent. Meeting with four different companies and considering all proposals took time, but one company stood out from the initial meeting. Marco listens to what you need and offers solutions. No upselling or high-pressure tactics. They completed the work last week (Oct 2025) and we could not be more pleased. Communication was great throughout, and Marco was very patient answering all my questions. The entire team, from Avigail in the office, to Marco, Pedro and the rest of the crew were very professional. They were respectful of our property and the clean up at the end was amazing. Marco and his team are exceptional. They removed old insulation, replaced it with new, added radiant barrier, and cleaned the ducts. The drop in inside temperature and A/C running times were noticeable as soon as they finished. It’s been a great investment. For context on this review: This is after my first time hiring Maoz and Insulation First - but it's the second time they came to my house to quote out a job. The first time Maoz came out to my home, I explained an issue I was having with cold air on the first floor of my house in the winter time. Instead of telling me I needed to redo all the insulation in my house (which I was kind of expecting), he instead walked me through all of the places cold air could be coming from, budget solutions for those points of entry, and basically said "try all of those things first and if you're still having a problem, call me". The honest approach he took (what I call "the anti sales pitch") is what made me reach out to him to do the insulation work on my garage. Again, when he came out to the house, he laid a very clear scope of work, explained what the insulation would fix, what I would still need to get to achieve temperature control, and followed through on exactly what he said he would. I thought the cost was right in line with what I would want to pay. His team was professional and efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. The next time I have a need for insulation work, I wouldn't look for another insulation company.

His team also added solar vent fans to the attic and insulation to the roof of the attic. On the hottest days my attic stays comfortable. The price was less than half of that quoted by a national company. His latest work at my house was to insulate my garage door. The materials he used received the highest ratings and the job was done quickly and at a great price. He’s the go to guy for insulation!

First for the evaluation, Marco provided a fair estimate that was lower than the other vendors I had checked with. Once I mentioned some other items with some vents/ducts that needed to be done as well, he was prompt in providing quotes. Scheduling was a quick call and Marco and his team were able to do the vent/duct work along with adding the insulation in one day. The insulation has made a world of difference!

The whole process of the removal and installation was stress free. Installation of closed-cell spray foam insulation. Short review: Good people, good product & service, good price. I would hire again! Long review: Good: 1. The salesman and front office folks are nice and easy to work with. 2. They had good communication and were punctual. 3. The lead installer was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. 4. The product was installed exactly as the examples I saw when doing my research on the Internet. 5. The closed cell spray foam that was used had very little odor. I was pleasantly surprised. 6. They covered the doors and windows well before spraying. 7. They cleaned up okay and scraped the overspray off the wall studs well. 8. Their prices are good and inline with my research on the Internet. Not so good: 1. Their lack of sales literature, references, and insurance documents at the time of sale had me worried. They did send me proof of insurance via email. And they are free to use my info as a reference. 2. They could have cleaned up a little better after scraping the overspray off the wall studs. There were tiny foam particles, like the little foam balls from a beanbag chair, statically charged, clinging to the walls, the floors, and anything nearby. They need to invest in a vacuum. It took me 2+ hours to vacuum them all up. I'm giving them 4 stars but they are a 5 star company. I would definitely hire them again

I used them for insulation removal, air sealing and blew new insulation in. Marco and his team were great. They had great documentation before, during and after including the air-sealing work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs insulation work.

Marco is the pinnacle of doing a trade with high standards. Explains all steps in detail, provides photos and documentation. He exceeded my expectations and made sure each step was done to our satisfaction before moving to the next step. Plus saved my family's lives by being the only one who caught that our dryer had been blowing lent into the attic. Our attic was 35% covered in lent from the previous owners. Not even our home inspector caught this one and that was his only job. Also identified that our bathroom exhaust vents were not vented to the exterior of the home for over 20 years they blew into the insulation. Now they blow through the roof as they should. Everyone who we had contact with at this company was excellent and took great pride in their service. I highly recommend.

Marco is a wonderful point of contact and face for the company. They provide a free of charge assessment of your house. I did a lot of research before committing to a company for the AC duct cleaning and insulation installation. He explained everything needing attention, even took videos and pictures of our attic and AC unit for us t have before and after. The scheduling process was very easy and able to get on the calendar within a week. The two service technicians with Marco were professional, focused, and cleaned up everything after they were done. We had insulation installed, dryer vent reinstalled, attic vacummed, AC unit coils cleaned, etc. I will be using again for my home in the future.

We are new to TX and bought a house that needs a lot of love! Marco and his team have now cleaned and painted our fireplaces, repaired a leak in the chimney, caulked several entry points around the home, added gutter extensions for drainage, and replaced the wind turbines on the roof.
