Great service

We are relatively new to the pest control service, but so far it’s been effective. We really like our technician, Steve Fimbrez. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to be with Ideal.

Scott does a great job every 3 months that he comes over. He is a real professional!

I used the same service for years. Then, they became part of Ideal. I started having billing issues and appointment issues immediately. I tried to stick it out, but more than a year later and I’m still having the same issues. I miss the family business where I got great service and had confidence the bill was correct.

I’ve been with Ideal, and a predecessor, for almost 25 years. They are dependable, professional, and always effective. They’ve never sent anyone to my home that freaked out my dogs. Trust me, that’s hard to do. I’ve worked with them for regular pest control, termites and recently rodents in the attic. Amazingly responsive when you need them.

A couple years ago Ideal Partners purchased the exterminator company we've used for over 25 years. The friendly reliable service is so consistent I didn't realize they owned it until they finally changed the name a few weeks ago. It appears they retained technicians and staff from the legacy company. I expect they will continue the same friendly, reliable service.

Service was fine, but your scheduling department failed to read the notes on our account about days of the week we’re available, so the service was scheduled at an inconvenient time, causing us to change our schedule at the last moment. Bad form. You need to get the requested service date confirmed before you send someone out.

Technician, Xavier, was very professional. Explained the changes for our next service.

Dan White is the best exterminator! He is kind, considerate and has a great memory for how we like things done!

They did pest control. Had rats in my attic. They sealed up the points of entry and got rid of the rats. Bill came twice a week to check the progress until they were all gone or there were no more traces of them. Very good service. I appreciate everything they did.
