Terrible. Guy came out, said it shouldn’t be a problem then never heard from him/the company. I called and was informed that they’re declining us because of the height of our chimneys. I understand the safety aspect completely but to not call/email to inform me or give us other options, in my opinion is very unprofessional. We recently had our roof replaced and they didn’t have a problem with it. Very disappointed since we are still having wasps in our house. I do not recommend.

The beekeeper kept in contact with me with pictures and all of the information I needed. Very professional and kind. Very happy with the service.

I needed an inspection done on my fireplace. Taylor arrived on time, was professional, thorough and pleasant. Answered all my questions!!! Will call HBR with any concerns regarding fireplace, bees, wasps, chimney's, etc again!

we have a large dying tree which needs to be removed. The tree cutters found honey bee nest in one of the larger trunk branches. We called Honey Bee Rescue. They came out the next morning, determined what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate. I said yes lets do it. He was finished a short time later. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone.

We had bees in same place 20 years ago. Bee keeper killed bees but never removed hive. Victor did great job cleaning out area with old hive and preventing new bees coming in. We are VERY pleased with his thorough efforts.

My wife and I are so impressed by the skill and care that Victor Guzman and his helper exhibited. They truly care about what they’re doing and the way they replaced our heavy wood shingles whose removal was necessitated by the hive location was truly amazing. Job well done and we’ve even got honey comb. If I could put up 10 stars I’d do it.

Excellent! HBR did a fantastic job, from scheduling (thank you Kim!), to inspection (thank you Taylor!) and finally to the actual hive removal / relocation (thank you Victor! I didn't catch your helper's name but I would like to thank him too!).<br><br>They were very professional and described in detail the safe removal of the honeybees and their hive. They did meticulous work in cutting through the drywall and I was given the opportunity to see the hive in the wall with all these fully active bees, which was fascinating (and a little creepy I might add! - but I was glad to know that all these hard-working insects will be relocated to one of HBR's multiple bee farms to keep happily doing what they do). After they were done, they expertly repaired the wall. Once I apply a little touch up paint it'll look exactly the same as before!<br><br>So, if you have a situation like mine (beehive in the wall of your home), I HIGHLY recommend HBR. They are pros and will remove the hive, rescue the bees, and make the repairs for you. What more could you ask for?

I discovered a honey bee nest yesterday it when I called it was after hours. They called me back today and the bee keeper came out right after zi spoke to him about 6:00 PM. We had a small wasp problem in our house and they came out quickly to see what was going on. They also educated me on what to expect with the wasps (not aggressive, will leave us alone, they go dormant at night) which helped ease my anxiety while waiting for them to come out. Taylor was great and very helpful. Wasps were taken care of!

Victor did a great job eradicating the ground hornets nest & saving the bees that had nests in the tall tree in our front yard.<br><br>Bees returned in a new spot on the tree… Taylor was able to cover the holes in the tree so hopefully they won’t return… & he sprayed the ground by flowerpots so they will go away. He did a great job plus he is a neighbor in Lake Highlands & will come back next week for a recheck.

When scheduling the time and day, Kim didn't ask me to wait half a day or more for a phone call with an approximate time of arrival.<br>The time was set within an hour's wait, and she made sure I had the name of the tech scheduled. I received a text in advance from Vince with his arrival time, he was on time, polite, and waited to be invited into our home. He started by looking over the fireplace floor and walls, asked its age and its amount of use. He welcomed my questions look me in the eyes when answering and giving his observations.

I appreciate the service. Earlier this week, I contacted HBR to inquire about services for my chimney online. Kim with HBR promptly replied by calling, asking about my needs, and describing services. Next, she was able to conveniently schedule for this same week. Upon scheduling, HBR sent a message with the technitian's name, date, and time of the work. On the appointed day, HBR sent a message reiterating the technician info as well as the arrival time. Shortly thereafter the technitian, Blake arrived in a fully equipped service vehicle, with protective gear, & equipment. He was patient and understanding where my two dogs were not, and set to preparing while I moved the dogs outside. After a short assessment, Blake reviewed the work to be done. Next he brought in dust covers and a vacuum to control and manage dust and debris. Blake quickly identified a problem with the existing wild life barrier, removed this along with debris, and set to cleaning. The chimney was cleaned inspected and a report of work provided. Next, Blake climbed on the roof assessed the chimney top, and measured for a new cap. Additionally, Blake reviewed options, provided suggestions, and described the install process as well as the time line. Payment options were presented, and payment quickly facilitated. I look forward to getting the new cap installed so that we are ready to use the fire place when needed. Interestingly, they also do Honey Bee rescue, hence the name, HBR. For several years bee services have been at our house & exterminated where the bees were located. Each year bees would come right back. This year we called around looking for a bee service to help us. At least 3 businesses directed us to call BEE SERVICE RECUSE. This service came & gave us a free estimate. Within a few days later the technicians came removed the wood (where the hive was located) removed a seriously large hive, replaced the wood, insulated that area & painted. All this was done within 2 hours!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I spoke on the phone and texted them a few photos of the area where I was stung while watering some plants. From the photos they were able to let me know that I had ground wasps which look almost identical to honey bees. They gave me a quote for removing the colony and came out the same day. Congratulations on doing such excellent work and keeping this colony from growing and becoming more dangerous.

Victor completed the entire extraction; reconstruction and stopped by couple of times for checks and help with another swarm. These are very kind people and people who really love Honey Bees. HBR updated our fireplace and installed both an engineered chimney cap and a beautiful gas fire log system. We have a remote control that manages igniter and gas valve. HBR’s service was first class and highly recommend this company

We had a large honeybee hive take over our owl box. HBR was quick to set up a time for removal, and the removal was so fast- Victor was easily finished within half an hour. We’re happy the hive will have a new home!

Came out the next day to inspect and assess. We able to come out the following day, but I wanted to be home. They came out the following day. Collected the queen and many of the bees. Removed all the comb with lots of larva (and some honey) to take to the new hive. Filled the cavity with insulation and closed up.

We had a huge honey bee hive in our backyard. Honey Bee Rescue came the day after we called them. The service was excellent and the price reasonable for a job that most of us would be hesitant to attempt ourselves.

I had a bee infestation so I called them and they came the next day. They removed the bees in a hour tops. The guys were very kind. Hopefully the bees will relocated somewhere safely.

We received excellent service! I called in the morning and they had someone call me back within a couple of hours to discuss the what we had and provide a quote. He came out same day and removed the bees and hive. Very happy with the service!

Kim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with supporting the bee removal process from our chimney. She was extremely prompt and responsive to questions and facilitated expediting the job due to an urgency on our part. Victor, the technician that came to do the work had excellent communication during the initial stage while examining the site, he sent pictures of the scope of the bee hive while he was on the high roof working on taking apart the chimney bricks, and he was so courteous to ask if we wanted honey from the comb and he showed me the bee box (where he accumulated the bees so that they could be relocated to a designated bee farm). Wonderful experience from all the people at this company, especially since this is our first issue with bees we had questions and their experience was just tremendous!!!

Blake came out to check the area in hopes of relocating the bees but that was not to bee! The location of the swarm was in the base of our tree that they accessed through a vertical hole. Our dog thought it was fun to try to jump and catch them!! He never tried to catch the geckos that lived there before.<br>He sprayed a powder inside and killed the colony, then plugged the hole. I’ve not seen another bee since the treatment.<br>Great job for a good price.

So tempted to make a Bee joke here, but truth be told Victor arrived with everything needed to safely remove the bees that had moved in and taken over a front sprinkler control box. His estimate was we had about a thousand bees & one queen. 45 min or so later Victor had the queen (they’re larger ya know) and several hundred worker bees vacuumed up into a box to be relocated to a Rowlett, Tx bee farm. I chose these folks because they are owned by neighbors and they support our neighborhood HOA & come highly recommended.<br>“Bee” sure & call them first.

So, I didn’t actually hire this company. I didn’t need to. They were so incredibly helpful - they informed me that, because the bees were on HOA property, it was actually the HOA that would need to take care of the problem. They also spent the time to explain bee behavior and helped me understand what I was seeing, so I could better communicate the need. They were so nice and friendly - if I ever do need to hire someone to remove bees from my property, it’ll be this company!

Fabulous! Received same day service when I got zapped (again). Tech arrived on time, recognized the issue (type of wasp and nest building), provided reasonable quote, had necessary tools to remedy, did so, cleaned up area, and job was done!

I reached out to Honey Bee Rescue around noon and before 3pm Felix was at my house. He was very professional! He located my source of paper wasp and explained the process of exterminating and removing the nest. It took about 30 minutes. He was very fast and efficient. I highly recommend HBR. I found bees in my water meter in the front yard. HBR came the same day I called and found a hive of about 800 bees. They got them cleaned out of the meter and relocated the bees.

Kim in the office was very helpful and professional researching a previous service and coordinating everything to get the job done. Victor and his partner came in a timely manner and explained the whole process of bee removal. They did a fantastic job in a couple of hours to solve my problem with the bee’s. Everybody involved at the company did their part to resolve a stressful situation for me. And I am very grateful and satisfied with the outcome.

They relocated the bees that had created a Hive in our exterior wall and sent me photos/videos as the process happened (cuz I was NOT going outside!). I loved the communication and how considerate and professional the staff was. They were super responsive and came out the same day to find how the bees were getting in, then came out the next morning to relocate, sanitize and seal the hole. Wonderful!!

We had bees that had entered from and exterior wall and made a hive within the studs of our house. The team came out with a thermo camera and quickly identified the exact location, removed the bees, and prevented them from returning by reinstalling insulation and sealing the opening seamlessly.<br><br>Very pleased.

Called to get a new colony relocated from a ball field. Was told they would do this for the bees no fee. Tech. Got here told me it would be $400 and bees would not make it. When I called they told me they could locate the bees and let them do what bees do. They lied so not use.

I had an appointment for an estimate. It was raining that day so I wasn’t sure if they would come. I expected they would call with updates. I waited during my appointment time and some time after, and no show. I didn’t hear from them before or during that time that they were going to cancel. My appointment time was 4-5pm. They called me at 6pm to say they weren’t coming and that their guy was finishing up at another appointment. Said I would get a call that night with an estimate based off pictures I sent. Never got a call and never got a call to reschedule. They wasted over an hour of my time waiting for them to come. I found Bee Safe Services that gave me a very inexpensive estimate over the phone and came out the next day.

Jeff from HBR came out on the initial visit and did amazingly explaining our bee infestation and how they would solve the problem. And that they did! HBR safely removed honey bees from the roof over my son's room on the second floor. Other vendors wanted to come through our clay roof, which would have been time-consuming and expensive. HBR did the more straightforward routine of going through the ceiling in my son's room with less damage, less cleanup, and easy repairs. They explained everything they were going to do. They kept me updated with pictures and explanations along the way. Great job!!!

I had just bought this home and realized we had bees coming in from the outside. I called many places, and this company was most informative and fair priced. Jeff did the general inspection and did a great job on informing me of the process, he also got me someone in quickly to do the removal of the bees. We recently used Honeybee Rescue for safe removal of a bee colony in one of our trees. Working with Tommy, Trevor and the entire time was such a great experience. Called after my usual pest control company was slow to get back to me regarding a large swarm of bees beside my home. Was easy to book an appointment and they came on the day and time I requested. Jeff was proffessional and seemed excited about doing his work. He explained the process the usual actions of honey bees. He removed a large honeycomb from inside of my 2nd story wall. Which required him to remove siding. He showed me the comb after having it removed. Was able to put the siding back and paint it. It looks like nothing was ever done to the area. The bees are now gone.

I had Felix come to the house and remove a large bee's nest. Felix was responsive, he answered phone calls promptly. He showed up when he said he would. He clearly explained the process and gave me a comfort level with the service. Felix was very customer oriented. I would recommend Felix to my friends if they needed bee removal service.

Jeff did a great job cleaning out the honeycomb hive that has been in our roof crevice. He was extremely thorough, very professional & clearly takes pride in his work. Finished product looks excellent! Definitely recommend them for any problems with bee hives, etc. which is a common challenge here in Texas!

Jeff and his team came out this afternoon to take care of a swarm that was just starting to set up a hive in my attic. They were able to safely remove them by cutting through the exterior soffit. They then put it all back together and painted so it looked like nothing ever happened! They did excellent work! Full service! Communication was fantastic throughout the process, and the bees are now safe in a new home! Additionally, Jeff works on chimneys as well, and he was so awesome to take a look at our 3 fireplaces that weren't lighting when I happened to mention it after they had taken care of the bees. I will say that my initial reaction to learning our rental home had a bee infestation was of horror but after Tyler came out and answered all of my questions I felt significantly more at ease…and I had a LOT of questions. He knew everything about them and how to promptly solve the issue. Very, very impressed with this company overall and would recommend calling them with any bee concerns!

I had a good size bee hive that moved in behind my Hardie plank walls between my first and second floor. This was about 15 feet high and the bees got in through some gaps in my water heater exhaust vent in a stucco wall. Tyler did an awesome job removing the bees and hive. He also patched up the wall and sealed the gaps. Looks like nothing ever happened there.

Nate and Tyler came and removed a bee swarm from a tree in our back yard. They were able to come out the same day I called, which was a great relief. We were able to see the bees collected alive and still buzzing around in the back of the truck. An interesting experience for sure! Highly recommend.

I had yellow jackets in the ground right outside my front door. I called the main office and within an hour someone was at my home for a free inspection. They could have treated my issue same day but I was gathering quotes. Within a week, Honey Bee Rescue was the best price in town and I could not be happier with the service! They were prompt, explained the issued to me, taught me about why the bees were present and how they burrowed, and most of all they treated the area! I called Honey Bee Rescue once I noticed a small hive starting in our backyard. The owner responded quickly and asked me to send him photos. Very quick response and appointment to remove a hive in our back yard. We were happy to find a company that would relocate the bees and not destroy them. Kyle did a very good job and followed up to be sure all of the remaining bees had left the yard. He came back to get more of the bees a couple of days later. We would definitely call them again!

Kyle and his team removed over 20,000 bees from the inside of my house last August. This Spring, Kyle helped me set up a new hive with some great bees outside the house. Tommy answered my call about a bee swarm in my tree and was able to get out to my residence the same day. He is super nice, professional, efficient and trustworthy! The Honey Bee Rescue team is absolutely amazing! They efficiently removed a huge hive including, especially, the queen so the workers would follow safely. They gave me a "bear" of fresh honey and it is the purest honey I've ever tasted. If you have any bees on your property call them. After talking to two companies that recommended extermination due to where the bee hive was located (inside a stone pillar), I found Honey Bee Rescue.
