7:30pm, Christmas Eve, leaving for Mass , my garage door gets hung up on a ladder. Now half the door is hanging off on one side. Who do you call? HOMR! I felt terrible calling on Christmas Eve, but had no choice. Mathew answered the call. He said he would put out a call to their garage door vendors. He found someone willing to come fix my garage door. The man was at church himself, but he would come afterwards. He had it fixed in no time.<br>I have been a member of HOMR for almost three years. HOMR helped us find a knowledgeable Tree service that understand the unique challenges Texas Trees are having with the heat and drought. The crew they sent used strategies to remove dead branches without stressing out the trees. They were fast, clean, and our trees look much happier!

The good people at Homr really stay on top of home-related issues for us. They do a great job, as do (most) of their vendors. If a vendor is slacking, they quickly line up a new one that gets the job done. Highly recommend.

HOMR is my one-stop shop for anything that goes wrong with my house. They completed multiple jobs for me with high-quality, reasonably-priced contractors. I work full-time so I don't have time to research, contact, and schedule contractors to do fixes. Now HOMR handles the communication and scheduling, and I don't have to pull out my checkbook when a contractor comes over. I know if anything goes wrong, I have HOMR as a third-party who will keep the contractors honest.<br><br>My roof was damaged in a storm and HOMR connected me with a roofer and walked me through the process to file an insurance claim. I got great service and communication throughout and a quality new roof!<br><br>I also had plumbing and dry-wall repair jobs that were both completed quickly, without having to contact multiple contractors myself.<br><br>I've only used HOMR for one-off jobs so far, but I will likely start using them for other repeat home maintenance jobs as well.

I texted about finding someone to power wash my front steps/walkway and HOMR responded with multiple options within minutes (company name, price, scheduling options), I selected one for the next day. The power washing company did excellent work. The next business day, HOMR texted me for approval to use the card on file to pay for it, with just the simple response "Charge." Getting my steps power washed took less than 90 seconds of my cumulative time took 2 business days from initial inquiry to service completion to service payment.

We joined HOMR over a year ago and have been consistently impressed with the service ever since. Our home has benefitted immensely from the pros they've recommended to us. The best thing about HOMR is when we're ready to start a project, all we have to do is text them, they get our availability, then they do the work to contact the service provider and will get multiple estimates if we want. Not having to search around for reputable providers, contact them ourselves and if there is a problem, deal with getting it fixed is worth every penny HOMR costs. I have been in search of a home management partner for over two years now. I just recently started working with HOMR and have been very happy with the results. They've streamlined items such as post control, garage door fixes and tree trimming. The easiest part is they provide multiple quotes, and do all of the heavy lifting, I just have to pick the vendor. I'm planning to use HOMR to bid out my roof replacement in the coming year. No brainer service.

Homr has been great for us, my husband and I both work so the ability to get quotes quickly by texting has been amazing!<br><br>We also use it for our lawncare and ac maintenance.<br><br>Full disclosure: my husband works here! It would be nice to be able to see scheduled services on my calendar, as right now they send text remindets. Hopefully this gets added soon!
