We just bought an old house and have needed a lot of work done from inspectors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, fence repair, concrete installation, pest control and etc. Of all the different companies, contractors, technicians we've hired, Morgan has given the absolute BEST customer service across all areas. I will continue to be a loyal GreenPower customer because of him.

I initially inquired about pest services and experienced high-pressure sales tactics, with promises of heavily discounted rates. When I decided to cancel due to relocating, I was assured multiple times that cancellations are allowed for any reason, including moving. However, after my cancellation, I was charged the amount that had been discounted.<br><br>Their actions have completely lost my trust and business. As a professional real estate agent, I will no longer refer any clients to Green Power Pest. It’s disappointing, as I had been sending all my clients their way, but their dishonesty has ended that relationship entirely. I strongly advise others NOT to hire this company.

There are so many pest control companies out there that’s it’s hard to find the really good ones. Mario came out for our initial service and the additional mosquito service and was very professional and took his time to ensure that all of the concerns were handled. I went with Green Power because they were highly recommend to me by Nicole and Ricky Newman. I move into a new home and after a couple of weeks started noticing signs of a protection roach issue. I quickly reached out to Green power and Bianca was extremely helpful and understanding and did a great job of explaining their services and assuring me that this would be the company to do the job right the first time, and consistently there after. I got a next day morning appointment and Mario was my tech. He was extremely professional and friendly, kept me informed about what he was doing during the service as needed, let me know the severity of the issue based on his findings (thank God it’s not bad at all and can quickly be eliminated) , and he set my expectations going forward so i know what to expect from this process. He was quick and efficient! Based off my i risk experience i would highly recommend choosing Green Power. I will update after my follow up service!

Jeremy and other team members come by to conduct the quarterly services for pest maintenance, and so far we haven't had wasp issues like we used to when we moved in! They've been covering the inside of our chimney, all around the house, and under our entry way that stands as tall as 10 feet where the wasps normally bunch up. Recommend them for your pest removal needs!

Juan came out yesterday to treat our home and I’m glad he did, my husband ended up going into cardiac arrest while he was informing us (in a very detailed and concrete way) Not only did he immediately help my husband by performing CPR and instructing me to call 911 he also stayed until they showed up and even made me a cup of tea after to calm my nerves. Even after all that he still did an amazing job and was nice! Would definitely recommend this employee!

Had our first service with GreenPower last week. Since then; we have seen zero (living) pests. Additionally, our tech, Jeremy, was engaging, kind, and informative. Great experience so far, and we’re looking forward to continuing service with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!<br>This has been an absolute nightmare. The so-called “owner” has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. I’ve still got spiders and ants running around six months later, and now they’re tryin’ to charge me $200 just to cancel? Honey, if you can’t fix the problem, you sure as heck shouldn’t be charging folks to leave! I’ll be takin’ my business elsewhere and I suggest y’all do the same.

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Signed up for service. Was billed every month even though you don’t receive service every month. Yet every time I turn around my house still had a horrible spider problem on the exterior. When I called and asked for them to come try to do something to fix this spider problem (months after their service was started) I was told they are unable to come out because the products they use are meant to last. (It wasn’t I found a spider on my bed).<br><br>The next time they were scheduled to come out was a month later. On the day they were scheduled to come for service they called and said they would have to reschedule because it was raining. The next day they called to reschedule and said they couldn’t come back for another month. Meanwhile I’ve been charged now 3 months in a row without a single treatment or service. So I canceled and was required to pay a $90 cancellation fee.<br><br>Update: Was contacted by the owner Benji who is very personable and very willing to make things right. He refunded the $90 cancellation fee, completely agreed the service was not up to his standards and genuinely apologized. He had Juan one of his guys to my house within days to make it right. Juan did a great job. After all I would recommend their service because I would much rather hire a good honest company. Thank you again Benji for making it right. Will continue to use his service. It will not let me change the stars but would love to add stars to this review after it has been all said and done.

This place is the best. They were very informative and affordable. When Juan came out he was great he lets us ask a ton of questions and he help get our house pest free. Juan went above and beyond my expectation. Use them today!!!

Green Power Pest Control failed to honor their contract with me. Spoke to Mr. Benjamin who was very condescending<br>and rude but very nice after telling me the company charged me $181 to end the contract. Contract started August 2024 Green pest came out the first initial time and again without any notice and only did the exterior, plus did 1 sos call to lay sticky pads in the garage. When asked Mr. Benjamin why I wasn't notify, he replied "it mustn't have been his dyslexia." Green Power Pest is very unethical and I would never recommend them to other disabled military Veterans.<br>Zero stars given.<br>Thanks for nothing!!

We have had a recurring 90 day service agreement with GreenPower Pest Control for years and we love it. Our technician Jeremy is awesome! He is so professional yet makes you feel at ease. This company was awesome! Everyone I spoke with from the office, to Benji, to Matt (the tech) were very responsive to all contact. I have had two services now. Jeremy and Benji were both extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding every question I asked. Jeremy did my initial service, and he was very thorough in explaining exactly what he was doing and how it worked. He even gave me some extra tips on how to keep bugs out of the garage. When Benji returned for my second service, he didn't hesitate to spray in extra areas where I had seen extraneous critters. He was very up front about the capability of their products, and even gave me a few extra traps for future use. A+
