At the delivery It’s not cooperate the forklift driver it seems not happy at his work. from 9 AM to 1 PM waiting no trucks
Don’t show up before your appointment time if a trucker(don’t trust what they say over the phone)… Avoid delivering there if you have a choice… worst place to deliver…
I wish i had hired someone else to install my insulation back in 2021. Had difficult from the outset - nearly called the police to arrest one of their employees as he broke into my attic without my permission! They did recognize the problem and sent him home for a day. While I originally had work performed by a company they acquired (LCR Construction), it's all one company now and I have been trying to get a problem resolved since July 2024 - it's now May 2024 and the non-responsiveness, run around and finger pointing continues. I really am shocked that this is the way they run their business! My problem is they missed a room in the attic, so there is little to no insulation above it...and I paid for a full house insulation. Seems to me it would be an easy and quick fix and I wrongfully assumed Garland Insulation given their fine reputation would correct matters in short order. That just isn't the case and I have given up. So, I'm posting my "review" - have dealt with David Miller, Sholana Wells, Kimberly Ward. I think they all should be fired given their actions and non-responsiveness.

location brfore 8am nobody other truck there but me made me wait almost 4 hours for del appt. Not respect for drivers hours! missed my next pickup. They must take drivers time seriously
Not sure who dropped the ball here. Told to sit by fence and wait for unload. Reci er gentlemen is the best to talk to as he doesn't care what your told on your dispatch but told me I am supposed to contact Garland insulation once i picked up the load. I didn't have any instructions on that except to deliver load. Was even told be here 1300 for appt but he then informs me he doesn't start unload till 1400. At least I'm here before appt and not late

Edit: back again today August 6th for another delivery. This experience was the opposite of the last. The same man that i thought was rude last time was very polite today. Maybe i caught him on an off day last time and if so that’s understandable. We’re all human. I did not have to wait long this time because i knew better now not to show up super early because it’s by appointment. Everything was routine with unloading my trailer and I’ll happily be back in the future. To an my fellow truck drivers just understand that businesses run a certain way and you can’t expect to always be unloaded early. If i could give this place a zero i would. You have the rudest man I’ve ever met working the receiving department. I came to deliver a load to them and was told by my dispatcher that receiving hours were first come first served 8am-2pm. When i got here at 8am on the dot i went to check in. The rude man got mad at ME for following the direction of my dispatcher. My appointment time was at 3pm and they were mad that i was there at 8am. Not sure why you would shoot the messenger. I literally showed him the text from my dispatcher. Get mad at the right person. He told me to pull around the building but wasn’t specific about where to park when i pulled around. I parked at the opening to the warehouse since that was where the ramp was. I then got out to use the restroom. Upon coming out of the restroom he asks me “what the h (profanity) is that?” While pointing at my truck. I told him you told me to pull around the building. He said “i told you to pull around the building and park by the fence. I maintain that he didn’t mention the fence but even if he did and i didn’t hear it, I’m human. To err is human. There’s no reason to start cussing at me and being rude so i told him “there’s no reason to be rude” and returned to my truck. I don’t know who made him grumpy but he needs a serious attitude adjustment. There’s no reason to treat a hardworking trucker like that after he just got finished driving the better part of 3 days to deliver your product. I hope i never get a load here again. Says a lot for the state of Texas.

They cannot drive. I am in an 18 wheeler and the box van just hits the brake in front of me and then his signal light at the last min To exit the highway
Garland insulating was fantastic during our new construction project. I worked with Gayle Houchin and explained our project to her. She sent a proposal within a few days outlining not just what I asked her to bid but additional options if interested which was very helpful. I was able to get them out to complete poly seal with only a few days notice and upon completion of the spray foam insualtion, I was able to get them back to complete some punch work without question. I will 100 percent work with them again and would highly recommend them to all the builders I work with!
I went here for delivery they made me wait for 6 hours and i missed my next pickup. They must take drivers time seriously. I would advise.
I could ve given 0 star if possible, i arived at location brfore 8am for delivery but they made us to wait for 5 hours. No other delivery or pickup guy was there. They must respect time of drivers.

I received a very competitive quote from Cody Johnson at Garland Insulating then worked with Idalia Reyes to get a job scheduled about 10 days later. Both were fantastic to work with. The team arrived on time as scheduled and was very quick and efficient at blowing in the insulation. I would highly recommend Garland Insulating to any busy homeowner that needs insulation done in a timely manner at a fair price. Thanks, GI Team!
I have used Garland insulating for years as a new home builder. They have a great team helping me as a builder be the best I can be. Thank you Garland Insulation and specifically, thank you to Carlos for always being there when I needed some help.
A bit tricky coming around to the unloading ramp. Lot is cramped but manageable. The unloading ramp is inside so drivers will need to pull through the warehouse before backing to the ramp. Workers got me in nearly 3 hours early and quickly unloaded my trailer. No hassles at all.

I build a new house and I had a complete insulation job done. All of the pipes on the exterior walls froze. When I called about the problem they have never addressed the issue. I'm supposed to get a call from someone who handles problems but they never call. I've left messages and called the main office and still haven't received a call back. They got my money so I guess they're done with me.
Great people fast in unlding
They don't want you to get there early, but when you get there at the appointment time you have to wait an hour to get to the dock to unload.
Quick in and out delivery
Attempted to get a quote for work. Never got a quick quote based on sqft as offered. Guy came out and looked in the attic, said he would send a quote the next morning... never received that either. Very disappointed at the lack of follow through.
1 star for bad driving and cutting off cars. I don't remember the exact date, but it was sometime around March 28th or during that week. It was at the entrance ramp northbound 75 just north of Arapaho.
Called and left a msg to set up an appointment for an estimate. No one called me back. Business must be a boomin.
Had an excellent experience with Garland Insulation, their rep Mike Watson and the team that showed up to blow in the insulation last week! Our architect recommended them after our remodel to add insulation into our attic. The price was on par or lower compared to the other 2 quotes I got from other companies. They scheduled the job one week out. They put down plastic and made sure they protected everything. Cleaned up after them selves and were very professional. The process was much easier and faster then I anticipated.
Such pleasant people to deal with. Quick to unload and they do go by appointment time so be there at your appointed time.
Today, 1/4/19, around 11:15 am going south on 35 heading towards 635, I was on a short on ramp that leads straight into the right lane, as I was already out in the lane, this guy accelerates and forces me to slam on my brakes almost causing the guy riding my rear to slam into me, even though the middle lane was wide open. After he passes me then he moves over to the middle lane, and as I was beginning to pass him on the left about a mile down the road he swerved into my lane causing me to straddle the shoulder. I don’t know if that was intentional or just bad driving, but he nearly caused me to wreck twice, because he’s not paying attention, or to worried about getting where he’s going to care about other people. Either way, he’s representing your company while in that truck.
I have been a customer with Garland Insulating and also their gutter division multiple times and they are awesome to work with! The sales rep Carlos has taken care of our needs and gives great customer service every time. I would definitely do business again with Garland Insulating!
Spoke to Sales Rep (Mike Watson) on multiple occasions to get quote for insulating a two car garage. After receiving and executing the proposal I have tried repeatedly over the last week to contact both Mike and the scheduling office and I still cannot get a response beyond 'We will call you to schedule' and 'you are not in our system'. Customer service to this point has been terrible and I would not recommend this company. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, call someone else.
If your delivering to this place it's a joke 2 guys sitting around on Facebook saying to busy to unload 10 min before appointment time I get turned away no stars was not an option or it would have got 0 stars next time I'll be to busy to bring them product see how much work they get done then
Everything was done as expected and beyond. Jesse Martinez ran the job expertly and professionally.
I did a lot of research on various contractors and I was 100% satisfied with Garland Insulating. Mike Watson did a very good job on specifying what needed to be done. Jesse, the installation team leader, was OUTSTANDING. I have three separate attics with several very hard to get to places because of the roof line. They made an extra effort and got to every space no matter how difficult. Excellent work. They deserve the 5 star rating and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Mike came over to write the quote and was very knowledgeable; reviewing all aspects of my attic insulation and ventilation. Price was reasonable, and I think the installation crew may have finished even quicker than it took to develop the quote! I swear they were out in less than 30 minutes, although I have a 2 bdrm townhouse so not a huge attic. They did a neat job in the attic and didn't leave a mess anywhere in the house. Thanks!
Did a good job
Excellent service from Mike Watson coming to provide an estimate to Dion and Jesse performing the work. Dion and Jesse were prepared to come early, which was fine with us. Both were very professional and personable and they finished much more quickly than we anticipated. We recommend them highly.

On install day, the team arrived on time and was knowledgable about how to deal w/my low pitched mid-century modern roof pitch which was tricky. Everyone from sales person to scheduler to installers were pleasant and professional. I did not feel I was oversold rather they recommended options and costs that worked for me.
We used Garland to spray foam insulation in our Barndominium. It is a big building and a big job. The house built inside the building was sprayed and then the rest of the building. Have not moved in yet but so far the house part is cooler with the high temp days. A/C comes in next week to finish out the install. Expected all of the exposed metal to be sprayed in the building and it wasn't. Dustin says it will not be a problem. So we will see. Hope it is cooler in the shop. Otherwise great job. Thanks guys.
