This is the first time I have used Forterra Pest Control and had a great experience. Cobie the young man that came to service the house did an amazing job at explaining what he was doing and was very detailed. I’m so thankful Cobie will be the representative that will be taking care of us every 3 months. Great job Cobie!

I had a bird nest on my front porch and it had been empty for years. It was definitely an eye soar. I'm disabled and can't climb on ladders. Casey the Forterra Pest Control professional. Offered to remove it for me without me asking. This shows someone going beyond their normal duties and helping a customer by their own initiative. It's employees like Casey that keeps a customer loyal to a particular company!

Cesar came out and did a fantastic job treating my house and pavilion for wasp, ants and spiders. He was on time and thorough!

Though I was not home when Ryan with Forterra Pest Control came by, I was informed of his expected arrival time and was able to see he was timely (based on my security cameras). Once complete, I received the report via email rather quickly, which I appreciate. Another great service was performed.

I’ve been with Forterra since they took over Integrity and have been happy with their service. Casey did a very thorough inspection and provided comprehensive treatment.

I am on pest control service number 4 and I finally found the winner here. They actually get rid of pests and prevent them from coming back. I've had ants for 4 years and 3 other pest control services could not get rid of them but these folks did. They are professional. They are reasonably priced. And they all do it with a smile on their face. I also had wasps in my chimney and I got stung by 1 of the 30 that came into my house. My pest control service at the time would not come help with the chimney but fortera did and the wasps are gone now. So if you want an actual preventative pest control service. This is it. Look no further.

Hello! Cody Buchanan serviced our home last week! In side and outside in addition to a free pest control that Forterra was offering. Super polite and attentive. Forterra always had the most nicest people service us.

Last week we had Forterra Pest Control company come to our townhouse. We have had ants on and off for the last six weeks. I tried to get rid of them by going to Home Depot and purchasing products to kill ants, but it never worked.<br><br>I googled pest control companies and found one with a five star rating and no negatives to their cause. I called them. They came out immediately, and Billy Mitchell was wonderful. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and treated our whole house inside and out. We have a dog and I was concerned. He said the chemicals he's going to spray with are not harmful to animals at all.<br><br>They are the only pest control company I will ever use again. I needed a service done since I was seeing bugs that were coming into the house. Ryan was able to come fairly quickly to our house and was able to find where the source of moths were coming from and we were able to get that fixed. When there are any issues Forterra is usually fast to come check it out and give a spray. Highly recommend.

Forterra customer service was top notch. Chad was great, he serviced our home and followed up to make sure service was effective and up to our satisfaction. Their service warranty was also awesome, really operated to make sure the pest does not bug you after the service, and if it lingers, they guarantee to come back pretty right away to re-service. Overall, we were really happy with using their service.

My personal technician has been Cesar Favilia. He's been thorough, professional, courteous, always available, and just overall great.<br>We had an ant issue in the kitchen that was rather insistent, unfortunately for them Cesar was persistent. He took our outlets apart to spread bait inside. He explained absolutely everything before he made a move, whether it was inside the house or outside.<br><br>Even when it's not Cesar, I still get phenomenal service and understanding.<br><br>I'm not going to write a book, I will simply say I have never regretted hiring and paying for this company's services.

Hi! Parker is an amazing young man who carries himself with respect and confidence. He knows the trade and is very diligent. Everything was clearly explained prior to application and execution occurred nice and smoothly both outside and inside the home even at a time where all the family was at home! Everything started happening as Parker said. Ants disappeared, bugs started to come out to diying around the patio and pool area, etc. Parker is a great guy to deal with. His manners and professionalism speak volumes about himself, his family, and the values they care about the most. The company could not be represented better than any other one than Parker.
