He brings wisdom, experience, and kindness into every interaction we’ve had.<br><br>With the recent ice we had a rat get into our wall and John was available via text to coach me through what to do (and this was on a Sunday when he wasn’t even working). He then came out and patched everything up, answered all of my questions, and brought peace of mind, which I desperately needed. He also gave me direction on things to look out for moving forward. Tawana was great! Came out inspected for bed bugs… was very knowledgeable thorough & honest. We didn’t have bed bugs… thank goodness! She put out sticky bug traps. Knocked down 2 wasp nest. I love that they use natural organic treatment. Was very happy with the service we received. We will use this company quarterly.

Professional and very knowledgeable about the problems you may have with insects and/or critters. Ethical, family owned Have used them for many years when need arises.

I lose track of the years. My mom and dad used EcoSafe since I was young… and I am old now and I have been using them every time we have lived in the metroplex which is about 35 years or more. Great Great company… and they are invested in their customers like they are with family. We have out door treatment and some indoor treatment. Suddenly this summer we had some TINY ants coming in one wall and with two visits with in a few weeks… gone and never been back. We rarely have anything in the house. They are all ecosafe… hence the name. Nothing toxic or harmful to people or to pets. We have total confidence in all they provide us!

I highly recommend Eco-Safe Pest Control. @JonathanBryant explained everything they offer and made recommendations for my situation. I signed up for quarterly pest control service. He came back a few days later and took care of the pests/ants. The house smells like essential oils, not harsh chemicals. I'm thankful for excellent service at a great price!

Colton was great. He was prompt, efficient and thorough. I asked for both outside and inside service and he delivered. He was respectful of our house, wore protective shoe coverings and asked if there were an areas of the house he should not enter. He made sure to ask about any pest concerns and addressed them in his service. We've been faithful customers since 2017 and technicians like Colton are a huge part of the reason why.

My wife and I just moved into a new home, had these guys come out for an initial home inspection and general treatment. Appreciated that they took the time to get a good feel for our space. (Front/back yard and garage). He found some spots that definitely needed treatment so I’m feeling a lot better now after having them come by.

Jesse was the absolute best technician we have had throughout our many years with EcoSafe. He was extremely thorough, informative and helpful. He did such a great job. I feel that he treated every inch of our home (inside and out). He even sprayed wasp nests on patio ceiling, without being asked. He even found a brush outside and swept up wasps and nests after he had sprayed them. He was so friendly and such a hard worker! Would highly recommend having him service your house.

Tawana was fabulous! She made the process seem less and I appreciated her knowledge about the products and how thorough she was with the job!

They charged my card without authorization. I called three separate times to have this adjusted and have the charge moved to a different payment method. Each time I was told they would call me back my the end of the day and never did.<br><br>I also had issues getting the pest control service out to my home it was rescheduled twice. The second time I was told the scheduling/appointment team would reach out and they never did.

I just moved into a new build in Lavon. There were horrific problems with ants and mosquitos. Liz was my tech at my previous house for around five years, so I requested her. As usual, ALL PROBLEMS RESOLVED. I’m sitting on my patio right now, at prime morning mosquito time, and there’s not one. Ant treatment was supposed to take two weeks for full effect, but the ones in the house are already gone. And all without using any dangerous chemicals.

Yes, finally found a good pest control company. This company is worth the wait. A lot of other pest control businesses not that reliable. They are a ethical company that doesn't randomly sell you services you do not need. Have any future issues using this company. Will be recommending to anyone needing pest control.

We've used EcoSafe for just about everything from bugs to critters and I have to say they're the best! All aspects of the company are 5 stars from the time you call, to the techs that come out! Every employee who answers the phone is always helpful and the techs that come out are well informed with whatever their specialty is. My only regret is not reviewing sooner and not remembering everyones name who has every answered the phone or come to our house. Would recommend to everyone!

Vidale, with Eco-Safe Pest Control is the best.<br>He is always very thorough, conscientious and has a command over what he is doing. He also communicates very well.<br>In the summer of 2024, we had a horrible flea infestation. Vidale jumped right on it and we've been flea-free ever since. I highly recommend Vidale.

After speaking with him, I had the opportunity to learn how passionate and committed he is about non-toxic solutions for pest control, protecting the environment and ensuring that customers have an excellent experience. I truly believe that they are good people. I do recommend this company and plan to use them in the future knowing that they have odorless, organic, natural solutions for protecting the home from pests.

Absolute best customer service.<br>My first experience:<br>I had called to schedule them to come give a quote and view my property. (Realize I hadn’t ever done business with them, just getting an estimate).<br>The day they were supposed to come; I had to put my dog down, unexpectedly. I called them to reschedule, but I was crying as I told them why I needed to reschedule for the next week.<br>3’days later when my mail came, I had a handwritten envelope addressed to me, with just a street address in the return address section.<br>Upon opening, they had sent me a hand written sympathy card; signed by all of their employees with words of condolences for my sweet pet.<br>If that isn’t the most amazing customer service in the business, I don’t know what is.<br>Thank you! And I’m now a customer for life.

My parents used this company to get rid of ants in our house. Julio was very nice and knew a ton about the ants. We would recommend Julio and the company to our friends if they ever had any pest issues.

Have used them for years, and they are great. Easy to schedule, and they remind you they are coming and are flexible if you need to change times and days with notice. We have had the same tech come to our house every time, and he is fantastic! He remembers us and knows our house, and knows exactly what to do. On the quarterly visits now he just shows up and quickly does his thing and we don’t have any bugs. I think having this dedicated model of specialist who really understand and listen to the homeowner and know the property makes a huge difference. We had a pretty nasty ant infestation at our house and no matter how much poison we sprayed they just kept coming back. So much ruined food and supplies. I called up Eco-Safe Pest Control and they sent Jonathan out within a couple of days. Jonathan was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He brought safe options into the house and we are basically back to normal. - I'm very happy with the service, and we are extremely glad we called.

We've used them for over 29 years at 2 of our previous homes and now our new home. Was a little disappointed in the technician when he went off in the dirt and got mud all over our entry as I spent the previous day getting it clean.<br><br>Yes, the sides had dirt put on and leveled out and the gravel is right at 13' wide. As you can see in 2nd picture, he was not paying attention and went off the gravel and picked up the mud. If you have a power washer and come clean it, that would be greatly appreciated,

I was recommended to Eco-Safe Pest because I have 3 dogs. I was concerned about the backyard and spraying with pesticides that could harm them. Eco-safe was the best choice. The service teams have been professional and the customer service keeps homeowners on schedule. I was so impressed, I bought the regular service maintenance for summer and winter pest control.
