it was a good professional experience and problem is solved which was a squirrel hanging out in our attic. I had a great experience with Critter Stop from the first phone call to schedule a free estimate until the 3 week onsite follow up. Everyone that I interacted with was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s been a month later and no squirrels or rats in the attic! They successfully identified all the entry points and patched it up. Only regret is that I should have done this 2 years ago because the squirrels ended up damaging the air ducts. Jason and his team is top notch!

Christian came by for a follow up appointment for some traps sent. There was a spot I felt rodents can get into and he offered to address it and did. He also came by to help with the insulation for the house and he was very nice, professional, and courteous.

They gave me a fair price and did a great job. It was super tough cleaning out some of the tight spaces and they stuck at it until it was done right. They did the whole job through the gable vent which kept the house clean too. Before and after photos attached.

Phillip and Jordan are amazing! Very attentive and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Turns out we had not only a raccoon, but rats as well. Philip also found where the air ducts had been torn open (the critters need AC, you know) and repaired those, too. Phillip wound up having to do extra work due to this and other additional issues found during the repairs, but it was done with a smile and no complaints at all. I can't believe we got so lucky with just a Google search. They have a camera set up and will be returning soon to make sure all the squatters have been evicted. Seriously, if the raccoon paid rent we might have been able to come to an agreement but will obviously keep the security deposit due to excessive wear-and-tear. Not only does Critterstop get 5,000 stars from me, but my dog Rudy gives two paws up!

Had a great experience with them five months months ago. We were having squirrel and rats coming into our attic from no where. The critters team did a really great job of taking care of the problem. Took this long to write a review because I wanted to make sure that things were going smooth and we were not facing any new problem. Jordan, Phillip and Dustin were absolutely great. Jordan thoroughly developed a successful plan to exit critters (a racoon) in the attic and to top off our attic insulation. Phillip and Dustin were great in making sure the racoon safely exited and they also finished the attic insulation add-in (we can already tell a difference). There was another tech that came out to update the exit trap for the racoon (not recalling name). He spent 2+ hours to update exit door and he was very friendly. CritterStop is now a go-to contact should we need further services.

Jordan came out to give a quote and Adrian and Devin came to fix everything. All my interactions so far have been great and they've done a very thorough job so far. They also spend time to walk you through all the changes and are happy to answer questions.

While I am not located in the Dallas area, I consulted John regarding a related pest management issue in another location. John went above and beyond to field and answer these inquiries, despite the fact that I won’t be able to retain his services in any paid capacity for not being located in the area. I would recommend him and his company to those that are located there without any hesitation whatsoever.

I had a roof replaced and the roofers left an opening near a corner that wasn't covered by flashing or anything else. a few months later I heard scurrying around in the attic and I wasn't sure if it was rats, squirrels, or what - turned out to be squirrels. Critter Stop came out and located the source of where they were gaining access. They covered one and installed a one way exit only gate on the other. They also set traps and a motion triggered camera. After a couple weeks and there were no more animal activity, they came back, removed the traps and did a sanitation of the area where there was evidence of nesting. The technicians were very polite and knew what they were doing. Highly reccomend.

They came to do a free estimate. The guy was cool and gave me detailed information on what needed to be done and had told me that they would send me a quote. Welp, I guess they didn’t want our business since they never reached out and sent out that quote as promised.

Here is all you need to know...My daughter is a single mom and David and his crew were spectacular. We live out of state and going to have to make a special trip down to help clean out the attic. David offered that they would move it out to save us the trip at no additional cost (it was only a small amount of items). The work was well done and they were always on time and we appreciate that. After I saw a hole a squirrel made on the side of my house I freaked out. Called Critter Stop and was reassured they could not only fix the hole but ensure no more squirrels or anything else got in my attic! They explained the process which lasted a little over two weeks. They always came exactly when they said and all were very friendly and knowledgeable. My problem was solved!!! Great company…so glad I called them!!!

I hired Critter Stop to seal all exterior access points to my home and to undertake an exclusion process that culminated with a sanitation of my attic. Their pricing was very fair and all of their staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The job was completed in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them if you have any unwelcome guests in your attic.

Critter Stop damaged my electrical systems during their scope of removing and replacing my attic insulation, which caused me an additional $1,600 to fix with an electrician. Although the damage was obvious, Critter Stop emphatically denied responsibility for cause and compensation. To make matters worse, they did not remove all the rats, and I now have another rat infestation just months after their work was performed even though my house is very well excluded/sealed off. A true rodent control company would not recommend reinstalling fiberglass insulation, which is what they recommended and installed. In short, Critter Stop is your most expensive option for a cheap roof insulation replacement. Don't let the company name fool you like it did me - they are no rodent/pest experts. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere for any job.

I had some critters in my attic that had chewed some access holes in my wood eaves. Phillip and Dustin came, assessed the situation and sealed every point of access and even painted the repairs to match the house. It's been about a month now and there are no signs of activity in my attic. I highly recommend Critter Stop.

Oh My Gosh!!! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! We had squirrel...squirrels...issues in a multi-unit building. Critter Stop was recommended by All Safe Pest. We gave them a call. David came out to give us an estimate. Kyle and Homero did the exclusion. Christian came out to finish the job. First of all, let me say that all of these gentlemen were so nice, professional, and reassuring and the work they did was amazing! When Kyle and Homero were here, they patched up all the holes, leaving one open for an escape route without an entrance. The patchwork was amazing! They patched the holes, with galvanized flashing so that the critters could not chew through again. Then they took a little chip of paint to Home Depot to get a match and painted the patches. It all looked like nothing ever happened. We definitely were not expecting any of that! And, the squirrels are GONE!!! VERY HIGHLY recommended!!!

Had a rat problem for months, tried everything. Caught like 50 mice/rats, but was losing the war. Chewed wires, broken HVAC, spending a ton on traps, not good. Had an exterminator out and they did a terrible job, which turned me off to the industry. But finally broke down and saw Critter Stop on Google, called them. They did a free quote the next day. They were professional, followed up, did all the things they said they were going to do. They sealed all the entry points on my roof, and it looks good and more importantly now I have no rats in my attic anymore. They trapped and caught the few that remained after they sealed it all up, they fumigated to get rid of the rat stench. Some of the entry points they found, I would have never found them. I'll be honest, it wasn't cheap...but typically quality service isn't cheap. But they did good work, did it quickly, and now I have no more rodent stress...which is worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Truthfully, they boasted about having a 5 Star rating when they sold us the job .. but really didn’t live up to it. For the price paid, the value was not there. Forgot things, were under-staffed and didn’t do all they said they would do. Cannot recommend at those prices.

Though initial work was good, the results are the same. In other words, I paid a lot of money, but no results. Whatever was in the attic outsmarted them. Not pleased!!😡

I have been extremely pleased with Critter Stop. We have not seen any sign of moles since the first application. Prior to these treatments moles were completely destroying new sod with their tunnels.

These guys did a great job of setting a trap for whoever was burrowing under my house, and keeping me up to date on the status.

All the personnel sent by Critter Stop Dallas to deal with a rodent issue at our home in Colleyville, TX during October of this year were punctual and professional. He walked me through the process of my project (insulation clean out and install) which helped reassure me my attic would be thoroughly cleared and cleaned from rodents before the new blow-in insulation was installed. Critter Stop is wonderful. We found evidence of a burrow under our foundation and weren’t sure what animal was responsible. They came out quickly and set up traps and ended up catching three skunks! We had frequent communication back and forth, I kept them updated on the status of our traps, they kept me updated on when and who was coming to help every step of the way. Recently used Critter Stop to address noises we were hearing in the attic space. Their guys came out over 2 days. Each day they texted me an arrival time and worked the entire day sealing up every spot a critter could get through. Haven't heard a critter since. At the end of each day they walked me through what they did and pointed out the suspected entry points they addressed. Would definitely recommend.

I heard little taps in my roof and quickly looked online for a quote. Critters quickly sent someone out to give me a quote and set up traps that same day. They're efficient and quick. I will definitely suggest them to anyone.

Had rodents in the wall and in the ceiling between floors. Critter Stop came out and sealed all possible entry points. When the unwanted guests created new entry points, and Critter Stop sealed them up as well. Easy to deal with, very thorough and professional.

These guys at Critter Stop appealed to me because their website states they practice humane pest control. They came out about 48 hours after I called and Chisam did an inspection and gave us a quote on the spot and spelled out exactly what would be done. They were back a couple days later, did an excellent job and were VERY thorough and sealed off our shed completely - sanitizing included. I wasn’t even home and they completed everything and I was able to pay the bill once I had taken a look at everything. We emailed back and forth a couple times during the job and they were very responsive and helpful. It’s been two days and our furry friends appear to have moved out. 💯 would recommend and use again.
