Thank you Berrett!! The solution to my pesky problems. After months of trying to get rid of indoor ants, y’all pulled thru.. thank you 5 star service!!

I tried to make an appointment and gave my information as requested and no one reached out to me or my husband. They tried to say I have to call them but if that was the case why would you ask for my number in emails if you aren’t going to contact me??? Obviously I wanted service.. Doesn’t make sense. Not very smart of a company. Don’t recommend wasting your time. They are unreliable and unprofessional by the lack of concern for their clients.

Believe the negative reviews regarding pricing deception. They are call center based. No one in actual office setting all lies. The services provided did nothing for what we paid for pest control. Even with following their list. Calling to have to keep coming out clearly the chemicals they use isn’t strong enough.Called and they presumed to transfer me to a cancellation department that they never called back on as they said. In all do not use this company they are taking advantage of consumers and clearly keep charging you after pricing was told differently at time of sign up. This would be day 3 I have called to leave a message regarding the services and extra charges.

Tech was nice and knowledgeable. I was misinformed by Steven/Stephen that the 30 day warranty began after the 2nd follow up, I was still seeing activity after two treatments and wanted one more before the 30 days ended, and now they’re telling me it started the initial visit and would not able to honor what was told to me. Sucks but won’t ever use them again.

Donyale Maddox really provided excellent customer service, helping me flawlessly navigate services and get exactly what I needed. These are the only pest control services I will use. Thanks guys!

We made an appointment with this company. They told us that they wanted to gain our services. We explained the urgency of the matter and we had an appointment for today and they completely bailed no call no text but they managed to charge us awful service unreliable

Kaitlyn was professional and very sweet. She assisted me with a billing issue which was resolved immediately.

I recently contracted Berrett Pest Control and it's been a great experience. Desmond (the technician) was very knowledgable and passionate about ensuring we had the best service possible. He was very thorough in his approach and even offered some suggestions on what I could do as a resident that would help. Absolutely the worst....they may have actually become a criminal enterprise. A year ago they sold me $3000 worth of unneeded rodent exclusion doodads. Did nothing to eliminate the mice. In a subsequent visit by one of their techs, he admitted that I was sold something I didn't need...and attributed it to an the inexperience estimator that they had sent out. I complained multiple times to a manager named Chris...she was absolutely unhelpful, argumentative, and confrontational. I considered taking legal action, but decided to let it drop. Now, one year later, they charged my credit card for a renewal of the warranty...something I had specifically declined (I have the contract here in front of me if anyone has any questions). Essentially, I feel I've been the victim of elder fraud, and want to warn potential victims to stay far, far away from this sleazebag operation.

I’m not too sure who the representative was that I just got off the phone with, but she was the most helpful person that I’ve ever experienced at this company. It’s people like her that create loyalty and she should be appreciated. I hope this company does that for her. I’ve had not the greatest experiences with the technicians and the work that they do at my house, but she was able to schedule me all of my appointments and all of my follow ups to make sure that nothing gets missed. She really went above and beyond to help me and I’m really, really grateful.

The customer service is good but their bug formula isn't. Never have I ever had to call a pest control company to come out this much. Yes, when they first came out it rain a whole lot so I gave grace. They charged a monthly fee and used our water outside (for something, I don't remember what reason was given) and that made me wonder are they using formula or water. And why aren't you coming fully prepared?? We still see spiders and earwigs. Over $200 wasted, makes me want to call my credit card company and tell them it was a scam. I DO NOT recommend!

Been a customer for years. With their subscription, you get quarterly service and spraying around your house and you can call anytime and they’ll send a tech at no additional charge. About 50% of the time I can get somebody the same day. Otherwise, it’s usually in a day or two that they can come out and take care of the problem.

Just moved to Dallas and Berrett has been very helpful with treating our house and yard.<br>The team is friendly and helpful all the way around.

Good service, knowledgeable Technician, josh was friendly and knowledgeable at his job.<br>However, I just found out I got screwed, I got charged $250 to replace a 20$ capacitatator. I thought it was the part I was paying for since the capacitator was already pulled out. Turns out I was overcharged 230$. Changing my review for lack of transparency when it comes to what is going on. They Technician said he had and extra one in the truck but made it it sound like I was just paying for the part (since he did nothing different, the old one came off and the new one went on, had i not gotten the new one he would have put the old one back). Be ware that aldough they are nice and friendly they are there to take your money.... very surprised and disappointed that they pulled this on me.

Barrett Pest Control is the best. The office staff is so friendly and easy to work with. I have the same tech for every service so I know he is up-to-date on any ongoing issues.

We’ve been using Berrett for three years now for pest and rodent control. All in all haven’t really had any problems with them. But I will give a shout out to the last technician who came William. Although I wasn’t home when he did the service, he called and left such a wonderful professional message with great detail of how he treated our home. He was so professional sounding. He left a picture showing he had been at the house, and I just felt he went above and beyond in his explanation of what he did for us. I recently spoke with La’Sonya on the phone about a separate issue we were having, and she was so helpful and delightful to speak to. Keep up the good work, Berret!

Berrett Pest Control provides exceptional service. They are locally owned and take great pride in their work. I have had insects, rodents, and raccoons in a new house I bought! Berrett was always there for me and kept pests at bay. They also respond fast and with quality service if I encounter anything. They make me feel safe and protected in my home.

I am using Berrett Pest Control since years and fully satisfied with their hight quality of service. They stick to agreed schedule and deliver quality service. However what made to write this review their great quality of customer service something not common now a days. The customer service understand and help my issues right away.<br><br>For over a year they send Fareed an excellent pest control specialist to take care of our home. Whenever I find any issue in side the house they promptly schedule an inside treatment. They use natural and organic material not harsh chemicals. I have Cockatiel birds and that is why natural and organic material used for pest control is extremely important.

Kathleen was able to identify our pest problem by forwarding a pic I provided of the problem to a technician. She promptly called back, told me the issue was covered by our current plan, and scheduled service at our home!

I had Lizzie help me set up my account to make my quarterly payment. She took me step by step thru the process to the very end. She was very patient with all my questions and I felt very satisfied that my account and payment was processed correctly. Loved the customer service I received. Thank you

Mike was awesome! He answered all my questions and gave me tips to help keep pesky gnats away. He's extremely knowledgeable and definitely set my nerves at ease about the process. So glad we found Berrett!

Kathleen was helpful and professional on the phone. We have used berrett for years and they always come when we need and handle any issues promptly.

We signed a contract with Berrett to do our pest control at our business. Knowing full well we have to have service every month per city health inspectors as I stated to them at the time of setting up service, they agreed & supposedly set me up for every month service. Jan 2025 they showed up & did their job. I was billed towards the end of Jan for the following month (Feb). The next time they showed up was March only after I called & complained that it has now been 2 months since the last service, yet they billed me. Fast forward 2 more months with regular service, & here we are with the same issue again. Billing me & not showing up. They serviced May 7, billed me on May 28 & still to this day have yet to show up. After I called them a second time regarding their breach of contract, I decided to cancel do to their failure to hold up to their end of the agreement. Now they are billing me for the remainder of the contract for which they initially broke. I do not recommend this company at all & suggest you consider another company to do the job right & consistently

Five stars every single time!! We have been using Berrett’s Pest Control services for a few years now and are very pleased with their professionalism both on the phone and in person while doing our treatments. The availability is also very good, I was able to get the appointment I wanted even though it was a short notice. Everyone is very knowledgeable in what they do and are very kind and respectful. The treatments are always done thoroughly and with great care. I would totally recommend!

Kathleen just mow did a great job helping me review my bill. Will always gives us great service—making sure my herbs don’t get treated so I can eat them.

Customer service rep Christina was very rude upon calling to see when they would be out for the service. I said I’m sorry for bothering you all and then she just laughed and said no bother, very duplicitous behavior. I called since most of the day has gone by since it’s almost 3pm and they have forgotten or missed appointments before. Very disappointed. Zero stars as bad behavior should not be rewarded. But it made me give atleast one star.

Berrett has been great for my home. They are so courteous and professional. The pest inside and outside my home have gotten better and I just call them if I have concerns and they come back out.

I had a intermittent water leak under the kitchen sink. This caused damage to the floor/cabinets. I had plumbers out who suggested different things that I did (replace dishwasher, garbage disposal, ilunder sink plumbing, kitchen faucet, hose faucet on outside wall) still had a leak. Charly who has 15 years experience as a plumber and about to get his master plumber certificate was able to open the inside wall, cut away nasty water damaged material, insulation, and find a Crack in the drain pipe from the kitchen sink. He treated my home as his own provided education and worked w me on pricing. I wish I knew about him sooner so the damage wouldn't be as extensive.<br><br>I also had Jacob the HVAC technician out who did a full assessment on my HVAC system. I have had 2 floods in the past from the ac condensation drain line backing up or being plumbed incorrectly. He provided pictures made various recommendations, never pressured me to commit to work now or unnessacary work, bells and whistles a single mom doesn't need. He provided education about a system that can filter germs/allergens out and provided pricing and information for me to research for future due to our asthma. Jacob also assisted in putting the plumbing and hvac bids together and apply for 12months 0% apr financing to get the work completed. He even stated that if we wanted to get a second option he can help go over those options, and provided education on how to use the warranty from Diakin and other ways to reduce costs but do the work correctly and in a way that will last. Barrett customer service and speaking w Tim was excellent, he walked me through and explained their $10 monthly maintenance plan that has a plumber and hvac technician come out 2x a year to review things like waterheater maintenance etc...w a discount for services. I'm really impressed with the care they took in my home, no pressure, the education they provided, the kindness they showed my child and dogs, and the time they took to explain and provide various options for trialing the situation. Highly recommend.<br><br>Update spoke with Leanne today to have a termite inspection and more pest spraying done due to renovations and she really took the time to listen to my concerns in a professional manner, educate me on options and work to get my apps scheduled quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

Our neighbors moved and left a few things behind. About a week and a half after they moved, we started having a few guests. I quickly called to set up an appointment before these guests settled. Cris helped us out and got us in quickly. We haven't seen anything since and we are truly grateful! It has given us a peace of mind!

We use them for our HVAC sytem. Our tech was friendly and knowledgeable about the havc system we have. He was able to explain how it is working today and gave us optional options to make it run smoother and more efficient. Berrett is very responsive to any questions we have and offer reasonable pricing. We will continue to use them going forward.

Seth Winburn was so professional! We had an extensive plumbing job for him and the team to complete within a specific time period. They met with us, got a game plan together, committed to a date, completed the job and kept me informed the entire time. It was a pleasure to work with Seth in the contractor space and have a nice experience. He kept his word, came in below budget and dealt with the City of Dallas. Thank you so much Seth!

Terrible service. We contacted them a month ago about a raccoon family that found its way into our attic. It’s been almost a full month and they haven’t gotten them out!! This company charges you for the job up front so they have no urgency in doing any diligence. Pathetic customer service.<br><br>I was using them for HVAC service and pest control, I’ll be dropping all my business with them.

Excellent pest control, excellent customer service. If you need to schedule an appointment in between regular sprays, there is no hassle. You can do it all in text and someone will come out usually in a day or 2. I’ve been with this company for a couple years now and I highly recommend them. Other companies I’ve used are not as prompt and thorough. Their services killed the roaches I had a couple years ago when I 1st hired them and I’ve not seen another one since. I just scheduled them to come out to kill some ants that started coming in after all this rain. I’m confident the problem will be remedied promptly.

I have Barrett’s monthly payment option. Have had issues with fleas in the yard and thought it would take a few days to get them out. But Julius was able to work me in for a treatment the next day. Outstanding service and so easy to set up appointments. I would highly recommend Barrett Pest Control!!!!

They come quarterly but if I need additional visits or additional services, I can usually get an appointment within a couple of days. Customer services is terrible. I been contacted Dan Youstra at berrett pet control services. We go back and forth. Give me a price for $750 for mice service but he only warranty for 30 days. I ask if he can warranty 90. He say sorry. I ask how much for 90 warranty since April 18 but never responded back. I event send him second emails but still no response. Appreciate the non response, I’ll take my business elsewhere!

We live in Ponder, use to be a small town and we love this company! Since they started treating our home and yard we have not had any problems with spiders, scorpions, or tarantulas!! Their customer service is excellent as well! I have never spoken to an unpleasant person. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is not happy with their current pest control provider.

Katleen was super helpful. I have a maintenance subscription. Barrett always gives me a days heads up before they come out. This past month my service day was during a week long rainy spell and when I told my technician about my any problem in the back yard he advised me to call back after the rain ended and that they would come back out to treat not only for the ants outside but also the inside, because he rightly predicted that after the rain they would move indoors. I also asked if I could have the yard treated for fleas because I wanted to be proactive before the summer onslaught and he told me ABSOLUTELY! When I called in this afternoon, Kathleen had all of his previous notes readily On hand andavailable in my file And was able to get me on the schedule two days from now.<br>We have recently had someone going door-to-door trying to sell a monthly maintenance plan, highlighting the fact that they were A family owned local operation. They were $20-$25 higher in price than Barrett, which is also a family owned local operation that I am proud to support<br>They have never let me down and will come out as many times as it takes to get the job done

Excellent service! Mike is friendly and knowledgeable. He laid out the facts clearly and concisely. And he's a pretty funny guy!<br>Today I had to reschedule and he was most accommodating.

Barrett always responds quickly when I call with a problem, and their technicians are consistently ready to check things beyond the reported place of concern. Notification half and hour before arrival is always much appreciated. My service call for yesterday seemed to fulfill this pattern commendably. We will see if the ant activity was successfully cut out in the coming days.

Love, love, love Berrett Pest Control. Their customer service is wonderful. The same tech comes to our house every time so he knows the issues. They have Saturday appointments which is so convenient. And they call a day before your scheduled quarterly treatment so I know to leave the gate open and they she it and lock back up when they are done.Thank you for being awesome and the easiest thing I have to deal with in my busy life!

Joshua always does a good job, is very nice and tries to please. The company could use some improvement on scheduling but otherwise they have been good to work with for the last 7 years.

As always, the customer service here at Barrett has surpassed my expectations this morning I spoke with Linda, who was able to get me scheduled at a time that was more feasible for me. Also, Linda explained to me some of the other services that Barrett provides and being that I am a pest control customer how the other services Only makes sense to have I will be in contact for some of the other services Barrett provides and again thank you Linda!

I have had service with Berrett for years. It was great until my technician left. Then it was a revolving door of different people every service. (I don’t know about anyone else, but it really matters to me who enters my home and some of them were really unprofessional people) I had the monthly billing for quarterly services. I reached out due to not being satisfied and was told that the manager would come out with the technician to check that they are doing everything they should. Only the technician showed up and looked around telling me it was impossible to get rid of all bugs (though their website insinuates different). He argued that I would not get the same benefit from using preventative sprays myself, even though I was not asking for his advice. Then he scheduled my next service for the following week and that day showed up with the manager and another unidentified person. They again said it was impossible to see no bugs and performed my normal spray. I called to cancel yesterday, knowing I would likely still have to pay at my normal billing date next week. Instead I was billed today which throws my budget off, which is negatively impacting me unnecessarily. Especially for a service that I have been paying for monthly since 2021. My suggestion is to treat your home yourself first before you try a service and to not get locked into a service because their billing will never make sense to me.

This business is very professional, thorough and responsive. Everything you can hope for with pest control! I called around to several pest control businesses before choosing this one. They were reasonable cost and didn't require a year long commitment like most other pest control businesses. I've been very happy so far and I've had them for about 6+ months!

Barrett Pest provides great pest control services. Technicians always friendly, on time and very knowledgeable about my concerns. The customer service reps are always friendly and will get you scheduled for service on an ASAP basis. Saturday service is also available. I definitely recommend them.

Christian, the technician Berrett sent out, was super professional, kind and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend asking for him if you too find yourself with a rat trying to set up a home in your attic. I received a call back same day to get on the schedule for a decontamination/exclusion quote. Great company!!

Hold times were short during busy hours and was quick answer all questions. Able to give me schedule that works best for the household. Techs seem to enjoy their jobs extremely helpful. Honor 90 day warranty I know no where else that has that kind of service. The only business that we will have to enter our home.

Fantastic service. Tech was Glenn, he explained everything he was going to do prior to starting. He listened to issues I was having so they could be addressed. Glenn made the experience great, he knows what he is doing. In and out fast and everything was done. Won’t have any other tech.

What drew me to their business right away was that they were a family-owned business. From there I liked that I wasn't locked into a one-year contract but instead only 4 months. When I called to get some information, Lizzie was very friendly, very informative and answered all my questions thoroughly.
