What a great experience! It's nice to work with someone who loves what they do and explained the process clearly.

Revised: The company does good work. When you can get ahold of them they are super helpful! The technicians are knowledgeable. But I will say that the scheduling process is difficult and they are hard to track down. It was definitely not a seamless experience. However, they do read reviews and when they saw my review initially they reached out immediately to make it right. I will give them points for customer service and overall quality of the work.

We had a wasp problem in our chimney and they were able to have someone out to our house and treating the problem in less than 2 hours! Harold did a great job at addressing our wasp issue.

Exceptional service and experience! After outside inspection, the tech, Harold, determined there was a bee nest in a bedroom wall. He treated and removed the nest safely and cleanly. Harold was kind and courteous to my elderly parents. Highly recommend!

We've used the services of Bee Safe Bee Removal for more than a decade. We've always been pleased with their expertise, reliability, and commitment to deliver on their warranty. Most recently, Kenny came to solve our bee problems. Bees bee gone! What I thought was a honey bee sting was in fact a nasty yellow jacket who was making its home under a concrete and rock pathway meandering through my garden. I found “Bee Safe Bee Removal” on the internet and called them on Sunday. Shockingly, someone answered and got me a bid after I sent pictures of my dilemma. I hadn’t figured out that this is a larger nationwide LLC out of Texas until later when I was skeptical that the company might not be legit. So I did my due diligence and researched yelp reviews and finally breathed a sigh of relief when my bee keeper showed up on time to rid me of the angry “nesters”. The job was thorough and more complicated than expected but done safely and within the agreed quote without surprise added costs. Are they expensive? Probably…but I knew that before I began. They were courteous on the phone, kept me in the loop and followed up prior to billing my credit card. What more can you expect!

Had a little bee issue In my backyard kind of put off mow for a day or two. My aunt reached out and the gentleman Harold had came out. He was very happy with the last minute call for the day. He had informed us of every process and step. Also, it informed us exactly where the bees were going, and that they were going to be safe. The bees were in an out box that was in our tree. I thought you would struggle getting the whole box down, but he didn’t. Again, his customer service 100 out of 10 all around. He’s a great dude. I definitely recommend anyone to request for him. She was even nice to the bees to put them in AC to keep them cool that is going above and beyond for your job. Honeybees had started a hive under the eave of my house. Bee Safe Bee Removal was recommended to me. Ryan arrived the next morning and quickly collected the bees. Harold did a honeybee removal at a local location and connected with me (a local bee keeper) to give them a new/safe home. Kenny came out to assess the carpenter bee situation. Based on the number seen and this being a rental we had to go the extermination route. They got to work and by that night we had swept up 14+. He can't back the next Monday to finish the job. Also had him go around the house to deal with wasps. Have not seen anything around except the occasional wandering wasp that is just passing by. A+++ job!

Terrific service! We had a massive bee carpenter problem. I called Bee Safe after hours on a Thursday, and they answered and had a beekeeper there Friday afternoon to address the issue. The bees have been removed, so our backyard is usable again.

Bee Safe did a great job with a hive hiding inside our roof, which required cutting and repairing it. The bee keepers were very professional and courteous. The job got done in time as agreed. I also got some of the honey from the hive and the colony is still alive somewhere else. We had a wonderful experience (as good as removing bees can be!) with Kenny and his team. They were quick to respond to our request and extremely communicative. They helped us with our carpenter bees within 24 hours of calling them. Highly recommend!

PROS: fast professional response. In our case, this is the easiest kind of removal as the bee swarm was on a bush just outside our condo, at eye level, and very accessible.<br><br>CONS: the technician that came out didn't tell us he is starting the work. Only on completion did he ring our doorbell--then left too quickly for us to answer it. Price seems high.

I discovered honey bees in my water meter box. Fortunately, BSBR came out the same day I called. They took great care to locate the queen and safely remove the hive for relocation. I understand the importance of our honey bees, but I prefer they not squat in my water meter box. Live on happy bees!

Bee Safe removed an 8” inch wasp nest from a 2nd floor outside soffit last fall in addition to 4 other small nests. They powder treated all the areas. Since they guarantee their work, when the wasps came back in one week, Bee Safe came back out and removed the nest and retreated. No more wasps!! Quality work!

I have used Bee Safe to remove 2 separate bee hives over the last 6 months and they are competitively priced; professional and timely. They can even do the repairs to close back up where walls or stucco has to be removed in order to move the bee hive out. Our last hive was in a pool pump room in a stucco wall. The hive was quite large. Bee Safe personnel were really good about explaining the process to us so I was aware to close down the community pool before they started the removal. I will use them again in the future for this work. I am (unfortunately) in a very desirable area that seem to attract bees.

They went 40-45 feet up the tree (via ladder), vacuumed out the bees, applied chemical, filled the hole and sealed it. All without damaging the surrounding forest of trees and on uneven terrain. We had a hole in a tree with a beehive. The bees had been become more aggressive and active outside of the tree. Nick and his son came out the same day on short notice and helped with a treatment of the tree with spray. Then they stuffed the tree to disallow them to reenter. They guys were courteous and gave great service!

After a couple stings we called Bee Safe Bee Removal to come investigate what seemed like a considerable amount of wasps or yellowjackets living under our deck. The company sent out Kenny, who was quickly able to identify that we had both in strong numbers. He was thorough, coming by and treating twice to ensure the problem was solved. Bee Safe Bee Removal did an outstanding job removing an active bee hive from our house in a very quick and safe way that saved us from a fastly growing number of bees in our home. If I could leave 10 stars I would!!!!! Upon arriving to a property we manage we found a swarm of bees and immediately called Beesafe Bee removal and Harold came over really quickly and jumped into action taking care of the swarm of bees before they got inside our home! He was very polite and friendly and even explained how the process worked!! We loved that he even went above and beyond with spraying the corner the bees were in to make sure they never got inside the home!! We were very intrigued with the whole process and got to watch him and he let us hold the box of bees after he was done rescuing them and it was so much fun!! He even checked the entire house to make sure the bees hadn’t moved anywhere else which we so greatly appreciated!! Furthermore, Harold’s pricing was fair and transparent. They provided an estimate before starting the work, and there were no hidden costs or surprises along the way. I greatly appreciated their business!! We love Beesafe Bee removal and will always go to them for any bee problem in the future!!!

I’m kinda bewildered why they were throwing the comb on the ground with bees still on them. Is that part of the process? I saw the queen on the ground and they said it doesn’t matter but the hive is just going to be back.

Harold relocated the bees to our hive after another homeowner had an unwanted swarm removed. He was so helpful in getting the bees situated into their new hive and extremely responsive. We couldn’t have done it without him! Such a responsible way to handle unwanted bees and we are so thankful to have them!

Called on a Friday afternoon when a swarm of bees suddenly settled on a tree close to our front door. The company picked up, and to my surprise, said they could send someone to remedy the issue right away. Within a couple of hours, Harold arrived at our home and took care of the bees (by safely putting them in a box to relocate them).<br>Very professional, knowledgeable, and a job well done.<br>Would definitely recommend!

My kids love bees and were able to watch the entire process while every step was explained to them. We have a newborn and we noticed bees were coming in our home. This morning I found one right on his crib. It was so scary especially since he is just 3 weeks old. I had about 12+ wasp nests. I was worried about them stinging my family and my dog. Called them and they told me they could be out in a few hours. This was a Saturday. They came and took down the nests, picked them up, and placed some type of powder around the perimeter of the roof.<br><br>I also asked them to look through the dryer vents since I saw a wasp crawl into one. Sure enough there were 2 nests out of 4 vents.<br><br>Nothing like peace of mind knowing that my family is going to be safe from wasp stings.

I don't post reviews too often but need to share that I really appreciate Bee Safe Bee Removal. I worked with the owner Harold who was highly professional and really cares about people and bees. I was able to re-home some bees to my acreage in the country which is a win-win for everyone, especially the bees.

Harold Wright at Bee Safe Removal was a great help! He was able to safely remove a swarm of bees from an undesirable place and put them into a bee box, which I provided as a bee keeper. I was able to relocate them to a remote location outside of Dallas. Now they are thriving and pollinating and producing honey.

Fantastic service, Harold came out after a swarm took up residency under an awning at my home. Other companies wanted to come in and kill the bees with various pesticides while also charging steep fees to fix the fascia board and cavity the bees were living in. After actually speaking with me, Harold suggested saving the bees and also fixing the cavity. His team came out a few weeks later as I needed time to finally buy the beekeeping supplies I had been researching for a few years. They removed the fascia board and put the bees safely into my first hive. They also replaced the fascia board and properly sealed the cavity. The entire experience was amazing, and I highly recommend them.

Wow, Bee Safe did an amazing job! I found out yesterday at 5:00pm that I had bees in my roof. Harold came out within the hour to give me an estimate and this morning Allan and Carlos came and removed the bees in under two hours. And there were a ton of bees. All of them were so professional, knowledgeable, efficient and wonderful to work with… I highly recommend using Bee Safe!

I had a colony of honeycomb bees on second floor balcony soffit. I called several places, but Bee Safe Bee Removal was the only company offering a free inspection. Harold came over the same day and used his thermal scan to show me the size of the colony. He was very amiable and thorough in his explanation. Although I was waiting for two other companies to give me a bid, I decided to go with Harold because of the 1 year warranty offered and the fact his company is a one stop shop; I wouldn't have to look for a different contractor to repair/replace whatever the techs tore open. He was able to schedule removal on same day. Adalid/Javier came over and took care of the bee problem. Adalid looked for the least invasive way to get to the bees, removed them and sealed soffit up to prevent future infestation. I also liked how they email you pictures of their "before, during and after" work. Overall a very painless and pleasant experience.
