Always reliable and friendly. They will notify you of upcoming treatments a few days in advance so you can plan, and then roughly 30 minutes before they get to your house. I would gladly recommend their service.

I have worked with Barefoot Pest for a couple of years. I originally began with Evolve Pest and Barefoot took over their services. So far, I have only positive feedback. My regular scheduled technician is Dustin. He is thorough, very polite, and always willing to answer my questions or concerns. Dustin is a value to Barefoot.

Jarris was awesome! Ummmm he spayed sprayed, which is what we wanted! He was on time, super polite, and explained his process throughly! He got in our eves pretty good too!<br><br>We do not have a huge bug problem, but we have black wasp problem. Those things are huge and scary! Fingers crossed what he put down will do the job!

My technician, Jacob, was very friendly and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and did it very thoroughly and reported all findings back to me. He was here to do an annual termite inspection and check for rodents in the Attic. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

01/05:<br>I have called customer service. There is no record of them performing an inspection in the year 2025 or 2024. Yet they say I owe them the amount.<br><br>Do not opt for this service. We had them for 3 years. All went well during that time. It was getting expensive so we cancelled the service. Now they send an email saying they did an inspection in Feb 2025 and we owe them $140. I have been calling customer service to get it fixed. No one came for any inspection but they are expecting me to pay for the service which has been cancelled. Very bad.

Michael was very informative and helpful with my problem. I have used This service since 2002 and I’ve never had an insect problem at all, Michael answered all my questions and came out very quickly. If you’re thinking about a pest service I highly recommend this company.

Been using them for a couple of years now, very happy. They come regularly to treat for bugs, but if I need them in between, they come as needed. They contacted me to do annual inspection for termites and rodents. Jacob is the best, always has a smile. Texts or calls when he's on the way, great service!

Bill the tech has been great on both visits to the house. My rating is for Bill. The only complaint I have comes from the service desk. I called to schedule an extra visit and was told I would get a call back to notify me of a date and never heard back from anyone. Could do a better job of customer service from the office side.

We went into our garage and found fire ants crawling across the threshold into the garage. We called and Jared came and treated a very large bed of ants for us!<br>Today Jared came for our regular treatment and asked if we had seen any more ants. I appreciate that follow-up!<br>We deal with scorpions in our house and I asked for glue boards to keep them under control and he left me some.<br>I appreciate the service I get from Jared!

My service technician, Mario S, was phenomenal when he did the service at my house a few days ago. There were some emerging issues outside that I didn't get a chance to tell him about before/during service and he correctly identified them and addressed them without me having to tell him. I used to be with Vinx and I guess they got acquired by Barefoot Mosquito (?) and I don't have a lot of experience with Barefoot Mosquito itself but Mario S definitely represents the company well.

Our technician, Jacob, was very knowledgeable about the pests we’ve been dealing with! The phone calls and scheduling before the service was a mess: there were mix-ups about my scheduled appointment and I had to keep calling to clarify availability (my husband needed to take time off work to be home early, now that it’s getting dark outside sooner the latest appt is for 4pm which was inconvenient as well). But our technician was very understanding, he called before arriving and informed me of what was needed from me before treatment even though I wasn’t notified of this beforehand. He was still very kind and considerate of the time and still was thorough with the inspection. Thanks Jacob!

Scheduling was great expected the same with the technician. I called and due to a wasp problem. I informed them when scheduling they assured me that the technician would check fireplace and go into the attic and take care of any wasp nest. Tech did t do anything for wasp he treated ants ? Barefoot Mosquito does a thorough job killing any pests and prevention of any new pests. We have used them for a couple of years. They treat our entire yard, around the house and all windows and doors. They would also treat indoors but we weren’t home. Dustin, our technician, is professional and kind. He communicated with us and asked if we had any special pest concerns so he could address them.<br>He is awesome!

I’ve been using Barefoot mosquito and pest for years. Our tech Jed is super friendly. I love how he will send a text, letting us know he’s on his way and he also takes his time and answers and addresses any concerns that I have. He mentioned that he loves how we are taking care of our hedges on the side of the house and those small personal things make a big difference to me.

This company charged me for a service I never authorized. I had already requested cancellation last month, yet they continued to charge my account without my consent. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, they have been unresponsive and are refusing to issue a refund. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere save yourself the frustration and avoid paying for services you did not approve.

Jacob was great! Quick work and he covered the whole property. He answered some questions about how pet safe the products were and gave me some advice.

We loved our provider Vinx but they’ve been bought or something by Barefoot. Ever since I can’t get anyone on the phone and my house is getting taken over by spiders again. This never happened with Vinx. I’ve called multiple times, requested callbacks, left messages, and spent lots of time on hold. The customer service department here does not seem to exist.

Great experience! My service guy was very polite, and after I told him how bad of a day I was having, he just nodded his head and did his job and got out of my house! I appreciated that and I will keep using their services!

I had a couple rats in my pool over a 2-3 week period so I wanted to be sure there were no signs of them in the house or attic. Rick was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I quickly identified that Jerris is very experienced in pest control; this was the first time that he has serviced my home. Every question that I asked him, I learned something new. That gave me a lot of confidence in him and his overall knowledge in pest control. He informed me that pests are attracted to cardboard and plastic. I had been placing items in my garage on cardboard boxes to keep the items off the concrete floor . Plus, several of my items are stored in large plastic bags. This information was truly educational to me. He also identified a wasp nest in my home’s eves and a large ant mound which I didn’t even know were there. He also noticed the termite bait stations in my yard. I say all of this to point out how observant that Jerris was while doing his job! He did an outstanding job!

Jarris was absolutely wonderful. He came to my home to spray for insects and I was not home. He sprayed all around the outside and sent me a detailed message of what he had done and told me to call if I wanted the inside sprayed. I called and he came out and sprayed inside the house. He was friendly, courteous and respectful as well as a great communicator. He gets 6 stars from me. The 4 stars is for the company.

I want to give a special shoutout to the technician Kane he is amazing. I am so happy good people still exist. He was very thorough with his inspection and treatment in the home and very polite and very knowledgeable of what he does. Also another shoutout to their technician Kyle is always very polite and a great technician as well. I appreciate both of their documentation as we all know documentation is important. Also I want to give another shoutout I spoke to a gentleman on the phone and his name was Nester (I hope I spelled it right) he was soooo kind, and helpful and again a huge gentleman, again I cannot express how grateful I am to know there is still good people in this world who care and don’t try and gaslight you like my Landlord has been trying to do with me with a Roach problem in my apartment building and they gaslighted me and made me feel as if I didn’t have a problem and the problem was just a one unit issue and the truth is it’s in fact a building issue. My landlord made me upset with this company but after my own research I realize Barefoot was never the problem, they are a really great company.

Kane called and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. When he arrived he was polite and displayed the brightest smile I’ve seen in a while. He was friendly and knew exactly what to do, even though it was his first time here. Way to go, Kane!
