Alamo came for a free inspection when I was worried something might be termites, but Gary informed me it was just Carpenter ants and after an perimeter check didn't see anything concerning. I love how informative Gary was without trying to oversell their services. Will definitely use them for future needs

Everyone I talked to at Alamo was great, courteous, professional and helpful. When Leland came out to see what was needed he was awesome. He gave me all of my opinions and took time to explain what was happening. He was so sweet and patient with me. I highly recommend Alamo to anyone who needs an exterminator. Their attitude and service far exceeded the other exterminators I contracted. They were the only one who were more interested in helping me than signing me into an expensive contract. Definitely one of a kind!

We initially reached out to Alamo due to finding dead roaches in our bathroom. They came out and treated the inside and outside of the house with multiple methods. We reached out again a few weeks later after seeing one additional dead one and they quickly came out to treat the house again. Haven’t seen any since.<br><br>An outdoor rodent trap is included in our package and they were able to alert us of rodent activity outside and refilled the trap.<br><br>Everyone is very friendly and earned a loyal customer.

Axel came out to spray yesterday. He was very friendly and helpful. We are finished with our new home on our property now and was glad to get it treated. I called this morning about ants in our home and within a few hours a technician was sent to remedy the situation. He was quick in his assessing and providing application of product and even provided servicing around the yard and outside. There was no charge as we have a contract.

Unfortunately I found this company to be very unhelpful and disorganized. We had a wasp nest on our porch that fell down and wasps went inside of our home. We called at 10:30 pm on Wednesday as this was a 24 hour line. They told us they could not come out until Friday morning at the earliest and said we were booked for that but they would let them know it was a more emergent situation and would try to send someone out sooner if able. They also told us one time fee of 200 for this service. The following day I was called the schedule the service and when I said was already scheduled for Friday they found no records of this so rebooked it. They were again made aware of the wasps. On Friday the person they sent out was for a “free consultation” only and could not help do anything about the wasps until Monday they also said if we do a one time thing the fee is actually $349 unless we sign up for their monthly subscription. We had no help with our wasp problem after all of this and a higher than expected estimate. Call other companies before using this one.

Alamo always addresses all my needs whenever I call., Oscar is an awesome technician. Thorough and professional.

This was a complete waste of $350.00. I am requesting a refund. Your unnamed person came out and assured me he could spray the property and eliminate ground hornets, He did spray and he did not eliminate them .There are more than ever. I have now learned, from people who actually know what they are talking about, that the only way to eliminate them is with dust they carry into the nest. If unnamed person thought what he was doing was right, then he doesn't have a clue what he is doing. If he just wanted to make a sale, then that speaks for itself.<br>I expect a refund. The one star is just because there are no stars and it won't send without it. That seems typical of your company.

Had a great experience with Almo Pest Control today. They were very professional, courteous and listened to all my concerns. Their service included a free inspection, before we could finalised on a plan. They did not push any offers on us. I liked their text reminders before the service, so I knew to expect them.They bought shoe covers too. We went with the defender plan, which is quite reasonable. There is a 25% off on initial visit too, make sure to ask for that.
