Not only did Luis, the service rep, help with the termite issue, he also helped get rid of a bee issue we had all in one visit. I recommend these good people to all of Houston and the Cypress area. We recently had Arrow Pest Control come out to our office and home, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Dimitri took the time to explain each step and didn’t mind my old, blind dog sniffing him as he walked inside. He treated both the inside and outside areas and gave clear instructions about waiting an hour before letting the dogs out, plus a reminder to dust off the outside cushions before sitting down. I appreciated how much care he took—covering more areas than any pest control service we've used before. Highly recommend!

Dennell was amazing! Took time to mention what was being applied in our home and he seemed to cover more ground than anyone we’ve ever had doing pest control service! So being our first time with Arrow, we were really impressed and would highly recommend.

As soon as he arrived, his first question was "What are the issues you are facing?" in order to try to get a better understanding of what was going on. He proceeded to work in a professional manner taking his time to explain everything he was doing. He also did a walk through with me after he was done to explain what to expect in the next few days. He also gave recommendations of things to do going forward to avoid having more issues. His knowledge, recommendations and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

The technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and made sure all my concerns were addressed. He showed me how the Sentricon Baiting Stations work as well as how he locates them. He determined that I was missing a number a baiting stations and made sure to replace them properly. His attention to detail was a welcomed change.

This company uses dishonest and unscrupulous methods while soliciting new business. They try to tell you that you signed up for an evaluation and need to see in your backyard.

I have been using them for a while and recently they charged my credit card more than the agreed price. I inquired about it and someone in the office told me that Manager will give you a call. Since no one gave me a call and waited for more than a month. This morning I cancelled the services.

My rep today was extremely professional, considerate, and friendly. He served his company very well as the face of Arrow Pest Control. He is the reason why I'll continue to do business with them. Thanks for doing the right thing, sir, and treating your customer with respect and concern.
