Luis serviced our home recently to get rid of ants. He was super, very professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully our issues will be resolved within the next few weeks He addressed all of my questions and explained the treatment that he did as well as follow up options if necessary. He performed a great job and is a good representative for All U Need Pest Control!

Trent was very professional, respectful and efficient. Very knowledgeable about the different types of termites and other wood boring insects that could invade a home. I highly recommend Trent for your next termite inspection.

Mitchell repaired several of our Centricon stations that had originally been installed too high for a mower. He checked out all of the rest and adjusted where needed. Very punctual and courteous.

They are great! Do their job well, no issues. They show up when they're supposed to, the technicians are polite. I have more than one home that I have had sprayed in more than one county. Trent did a fantastic job. He came out today to treat for Ghost ants which Truly Nolan was not properly addressing and this is why I fired them. I would like Trent to come to my house on a regular basis and also treat the homes that we have down in the rotunda little Debbies second chance homes

Stuart was friendly, punctual and professional. He answered all my questions with expertise. Since I work from home and have a pet, I really appreciated his call letting me know he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would.

This pest company does not have any kind of quality control as a business billing system for customers payments for various and specific types of services they have alot of them but, I never was given the full formation when I called in to get it the first time all I was given was a quick and very confusing overview of information, but living by a swamp area at a senior community I decided to give them a check instead of debit card on file as he asked me for I explained I first needed to see how this company operates and did I ever find out! When I gave the first pest guy my check that week he held onto it for three days so of course I was treated like I owed them $150! After numerous emails and calls that week I thought it was cleared up after letting them know he had been given a check, he told his office he forgot to take a photo of my check to send to the office as he should have done asap. Instead after many emails and calls to me for payment I asked why the calls they told me I had to pay by giving a payment card as soon as I did that bam!!! I got charged over again for that first service, $150!!! I kept calling them on it and was given a lame excuse it was “accidental” it will be credited back to me within three or four days or however long it takes my bank to do it like it’s my bank‘s fault not theirs? They did it again when a another lady from billing called me again a day later, while conversing with her she went and charged another $150 I asked why did you do that I already paid a couple of times!!! She apologized and refused to delete the payment! They have no quality control, one dept does not know what the other dept is doing so who is actually in charge of billing to keep accounts receivable accurate? I have to call them again now to get triple payments returned plus a discount was given to me for all the over charges but, afterwards when I ran the numbers I discovered I was actually going to pay more for the rest of the year than first quoted by that lady who called and charged my debit card!!! My bank is aware of these triple charges plus, they notified me about, we are waiting to have this company clear it up or the bank will intervene. Think very carefully before calling this pest control company, I am unhappy with all this money grabbing, I am sorry I even called them I should have done more searches.<br><br>UPDATE:-/ Pesty Billing Company does it again!<br>On Nov. 26th the day before Thanksgiving I received thru my email three emails from “all you need pest company” - two were invoices for $20 and for $35 each, the third one was a reminder to pay ASAP a total of $55! Firstly, I was dismayed why the two services in one week without checking if it was time to spray again anyway just less than 14 days ago? The day before Thanksgiving was to too busy for me to use precious time making calls which fall on deaf ears, so I waited till after the weekend then emailed Steven a sales supervisor I think to let him know of the latest billing errors because it was less than 14 days since the last time techs were here plus I had not gotten notices or any indication that two techs were coming over twice in one week, Steven did respond by email apologizing that it was an error and to just delete it. Thank goodness I had arranged to be notified of any billing instead of instant debting my credit card as this company requires a payment card on file. Thats why I arranged to send me notices first before billing me. I absolutely do not feel comfortable at all anymore with this company, they are too quick on the trigger to aggressively bill “without notice” or checking first if it really is time to send techs. Worse yet every employee has a trigger finger on authorizing payment cards so I had to make sure that they didn’t just bill without letting me know thank goodness but, if one has to do that in order to keep safe it is a bad sign its not safe protocol. I do not recommend this company. Search and do your due diligence for a trustworthy reliable pest company.

Steven L has serviced us twice and was incredibly friendly, diligent and fast both times. We have a baby and of course inviting someone into our home is always uncomfortable but Steven was very professional and provided us with lots of information. I would give all you need 5 stars but removing one star because I just wish that they would disclose their cancellation policy when they sell you their services. We are satisfied with all u need as of today but prior we had considered cancelling to save some money and were very shocked to heard of the fees. I understand the need for such fees but their sales reps should be more<br>Open and honest about these conditions. Other than that I do appreciate All U need and we will continue to be a client .

These folks just randomly showed up at my door, unsolicited, to sell me an annual subscription as soon as we moved in. Sounds sketch, but we've been very satisfied. Every guy they've sent out to spray has been super professional, thorough, communicative, friendly, and they're always prompt in responding to my messages when we need an extra treatment btwn regular visits.
