Woodman Insulation

Woodman Insulation recently came out to insulate my basement. They called ahead to confirm the appointment. It only took about an hour to install. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable too. Definitely recommend!

They added insulation to my attic. They went above and beyond what I expected by installing cardboard to retain the insulation. They added more than I expected to bring it up past standard levels.<br>They were very professional in every way. They laid plastic down over the carpets and a rug in the window to protect the paint. They had foot coverings to protect our floors.

This is just ridiculous. Woodmans workers pollute the parking with Tecate and Modelo cans and loads on other trash. Broken down trucks and their workers broken down vehicles. They need to take accountability of their workers and take care if their orher location that in .2 miles crom their main office.

Overall great experience with Woodman. The price was fair and they came, blew 16" of insulation in the attic and were gone within about an 1 1/2 hours.

Removed and installed new insulation. Except for an initial misunderstanding, the job was done as promised. As for the misunderstanding, the company resolved the problem very responsively. They are easy to work with!

The quality of the work seems fine, but the experience of working with Woodman was not good. They would only confirm a date for service, not an appointment time, and told me they would call the day before to confirm the time. When I didn’t receive a call by end of day the day before my installation date I called them to confirm and was told I would receive a call at 9am the next morning with the time of my appointment, but they couldn’t share anything before then.<br><br>The tech showed up (with no notice) at my door at 7:30am the next day, when I was not available to meet him as I had expected nothing earlier than 9a, then left and said he couldn’t come back that day and I would have to reschedule. Then, he changed his mind and came back unexpectedly in the middle of the afternoon. Not a good experience!!

The guys from Woodman were great. They respected my house and property. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process. I was asked to review and approve their work before they left the house and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them.

Seamless, quick, responsive, reasonably priced, and they even cleaned up after themselves! Fantastic work!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Not only did they not show up and not bother calling to tell me, when they showed up 2 days late they didn’t insulate everything needed. When I contacted them they acted as if they could care less. I spoke to a supervisor with the same crappy attitude. I also requested a quote for gutters and they never called me back. Worst company I’ve ever done business with. Avoid at all costs!!

Have been trying to reach this business for the last 2 days with no success. Only followed up because these guys were referred. Avoid.

Sales(Estimate) and service(scheduling & accounting) are TERRIBLE.<br>They dropped the ball at EVERY turn. I give two stars only because the installers, who showed up a week and a half after the scheduled start day,<br>did do a good job at a fair price, which was hundreds more than the original estimate. Prepare for headaches if you go with them.

They have an "old" truck to do cellulose insulation installation that "can not make it" to my house. It only took them 3 weeks after a salesman quote and several calls about scheduling for them to give that excuse. Very poor customer service and can't complete the job due to poor quality equipment.

I called Woodman Insulation to follow up on a quote given, they never returned my message. I called a second time and spoke with the lady in the office and she said the salesman would call me back, I never recieved a phone call.
