We had a rodent problem in our attic and STC came out, sealed the house and set traps to take care of any stray varmints that may have been sealed into the house. They came quickly, treated the attic and a team quickly sealed our home. We're very happy with the service provided.

Chad is the best! We have worked with him for about 3 years. I text him every time I see something crawling where it shouldn’t be 😬😄. He’s taken care of mosquitos, mosquito-like things, crane flies (we had them so badly, and the treatment was so effective!), wasp, ants, you name it. He is so kind and friendly and professional. 1000% recommend!

We had observed a few termite-looking pests at home. Unlike folks from Terminix that immediately tried to scare us into a 1-year contract; Cory was thorough and honest. He told us ours are just winged ants. After reading about the minor physical differences between ants and termites online, we confirmed that Cory was correct. I will absolutely consider him for any future issues.

I was having an ongoing problem with wasps getting into my house through the fireplace. I contacted Chad and he came out and we discussed the issue. He suggested a solution to solve the problem at its source instead of giving me a bandaid solution that others have done.<br><br>He came out with Jorge and did the work and they did an awesome job. They killed the many wasps that were in my fireplace and removed them from my home. They cleaned up the area and left everything nice and clean. I can’t even describe how happy and relieved I am to have this problem resolved. They are very nice people and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control. Top notch!

Treatment failed. These other reviews are dishonest and make me angry. We gave it 100 days and new damage occurred in the exact same area we pointed it out months ago for special treatment to begin. Chad just drilled two holes in the wall, injected foaming chemical and moved on. I inspected and saw there were other tunnels above the drilled holes that would not be in reach of the foam expansion. Now there is new damage in the same area, because of half-done treatment.<br><br>I had to end up buying chemicals to do it myself. I will redo the foundation treatment as well. Do not use him; Chad just wants to make a buck. This is your house and your life's savings if you are like most people. Termidor SC is the leading product for exterior treatment, from my research. Find someone who will do it right. Chad did not follow the 6in wide x 6in depth trench protocol, so I will get my shovel out and do it right. Chad, please do not contact, no more chances. Ridiculous. You could tell I was angry when I looked you in the face before Thanksgiving, I wanted to cut a hole and do more inspection of the damage, and more extensive treatment. I don't have time for replies. We will take care of it ourselves.<br><br>While I don't like negative reviews, I sincerely hope this helps someone.

Chad and Brendon are always very nice and on time. We had another pest control company come out to get rid of ants in the house and outside before them and we still had ant<br>hills popping up everywhere and persistent indoor ants. They came out and were able to eliminate them and we rarely see any ants or other bugs since we started having them come out on a regular basis.

After experiencing a subterranean termite infestation in a front window sill area, I contacted several of the better termite and pest control companies after reading their reviews. I was impressed with Chad for his quickness in picking up my call, forthrightness, punctuality in keeping two appointments and reasonable pricing. Like many others, he uses Termidor, (both liquid and foam), the top rated product for termite control. He was able to spot treat the infested area (10 feet on either side of the infestation area) for a very reasonable fee, and credit that payment towards a future whole house treatment, which I liked. I have to move a whole pile of split wood before the whole house can be treated, so this worked out best for me. When I asked Chad about another window sill, he inspected it and didn't find cause for immediate concern (i.e., no attempt to upsell). I was impressed with the overall experience and am sure we will have him do the whole house treatment in the not-too-distant future. I recommend Chad of STC Termite and Pest Control.

I had a squirrel make entry into my attic and decided to give Chad a call to repair the damages the squirrel caused and perform exclusion of my entire home. Chad and his crew came out and got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Chad is a man who takes great pride in his work and will go the extra mile to make sure your happy! He was also very affordable; in fact he charged an average of 1/6th what other 3 companies quoted me for the same work!! Just because he doesn't charge and arm and a leg doesn't mean he won't get the job done right and in a timely manner! I HIGHLY recommend using Chad for any of your pest needs. After moving into a new construction in December, I’ve been literally fighting through a real life Pixar Bug’s Life film! After exhausting all of my efforts and killing a SCORPION in my pantry, I thought it best to seek services from a professional. I only called one other company but while waiting on them to return my call I stumbled upon STC and was blown away with their perfect score reviews which is unheard of in any industry or service. I called and got Chad who explained my issues were related to the new build home. I’d intruded on a community of inspects and they wanted revenge. George came out and helped me to win the war in man v insects and explained in detail how to rid myself of gnats due to my house plants, what kid and pet safe chemicals he was using, and how it worked. It was great. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly personable. How anyone is that kind that early during one of the hottest mornings in Texas June is beyond me, but I appreciated his work. Highly, recommend!

We had Chad's pest control service in Fort Worth for about a year until we had to move. His service was excellent. He was professional, on time, responded to calls and service promptly, and kept great communication. Neither our pets or we had any health issues with his products, which was a big plus for us. I had animals getting in my chimney. They came out right away and found the screen was pulled open and animals could get in. They fixed it for a reasonable price and were so nice the whole time!!!! So professional and didn't upcharge for services or pressure me to do more than what I wanted. Will use them again!!!!!!

We have had Chad doing our pest control for a couple of years in Arlington.<br>We purchased a home that had some holes in the soffit where squirrels had chewed through, and he came out to disinfect the attic, set out traps, and repair the holes in the soffits. He had a roofer help with the soffit repair, and did the rest himself, taking care of all arrangements. Together, they did a great, professional job. We're lucky to have someone like Chad.

Chad was able to come out the same day we called and spent a good amount of time making sure all parts of our house were addressed. Our last pest control service did a lousy job and often just spent 10 minutes at the house barely doing a thing. So it was very refreshing to see Chad take time to do a thorough job treating our house. We are very pleased with his service so far and plan to make him our 'go-to' pest control service! Chad came the same day I called - Saturday. No charge to give estimate. Accessed the problem with mice in the attic and showed my where they got in. Gave a very reasonable estimate to set traps and repair house so they couldn't get in. Very friendly. Didn't charge extra to take out some wasps nests. Thanks Chad. Price included follow up visits. Gave me some suggestions to keep the critters out. Will call on him again for pest control.

Chad came the same day I needed service and gave us a great value! The only thing is that we didn't get the dead animal removed, but he addressed the rodent problems in the attic, and added in outdoor pest treatment for a great price! He also saved some bird eggs from a nest in the attic and instead of tossing them he relocated them outside for the mama bird to find. He's definitely a kind-hearted man, and gives quality, professional work!

I had a major flee problem. I had Chad come out and spray my entire yard. He did not rush and did a great and thorough job! I'm happy to say, my flee problem is gone! Chad takes the time and explains what the problem is and how it's going to be fixed. I would highly recommend his services!!

I had an ant problem. I didn't know how bad it was until Chad showed me. I have major ant piles attached to my house. Chad not only sprayed the inside and outside but work throughly to kill every ant pile. 24 to 36 hours later I was not seeing a ant around my house! I Definitely got on his quarterly spraying calendar.
