I loved how professional they all were, did it really good job at explaining stuff and they were really courteous Personable house feels warmer. Most of the walls were hollow, and now they have insulation. I would 10x recommend them

Surprisingly unprofessional - they (Josh) came to my home on 11/7/25, did a walk through with me to review my job (insulation in basement rim joists), seemed to do a good job answering my questions, and said he would send me my estimate. I haven't heard from him since and today is 11/19/25.

We had half the insulation we needed. Carlos came out and was unbelievably good at explaining what this insulation would do for us. He’s very knowledgeable. He answered many of our questions. To our pleasant surprise, we qualified for a Xcel Energy rebate, that was really good news! The crew Carlos sent out was outstanding. They were so clean and careful with our home. Friendly hard workers, they had plastic down they told us everything that they were going to be doing, asked if we had any questions. The crew were there on time and they said they’d be there till two and they got done at two and I would highly recommend this company from top to bottom.

I called Insulation, Inc. after an alarming "free inspection" by another company. Insulation, Inc. was very professional and told me I didn't really need to do any additional work in our attic. They offered to add more insulation to get up to current standards instead of the full replacement that was offered by the other guys. The work was completed on time and the two gentlemen cleaned up afterwards.

Very clear communication, thorough job, protected our carpets, qualified for rebates, reasonable price, nice crew. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, these guys were professional. Carlos came by to give me the estimate and he was honest about what I needed. Their bid came in as the most affordable, but their work and professionalism was like they were the most expensive. They did damage a Halloween yard decoration while working but they were up front and honest about it and reimbursed me without me even having to ask about it. Top notch company. I highly recommend them!

The team came out twice as our project was more complex due to some health problems in our family. The team was really helpful. They did spray foam in needed places in our older home and then came back for the blow in and took on the job of connecting ductwork as well. Friendly and would not have known they had been here when they were done. Great job.

I used Insulation Inc to add insulation to my attic space. Their work included sealing all leaks, keeping the soffit vents clear and a before and after blower test. They were efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable about air flow in the house. When they finished, the house was cleaner than at the start. Great work and highly recommended. .

We just had Insulation Inc here to remove the old 1955 era insulation in our attic, seal leaks, repair some vents and add new insulation. The crew was great. They were a hard working, professional and fun group. Everyone had their part of the job to do and they did it well, from the original estimate to the final clean up. Great customer service! Carlos discussed project and gave a competitive bid for insulating our 3 car garage with R19 fiberglass insulation. The crew completed it in one day and installed poly with an airtight seal. Also, installed two vents. Friendly, hard-working crew answered any questions.

Carlos gave us the quote quickly and broke down the cost in a way that was easy to understand. We did not feel like we were upsold on anything unnecessary, unlike some other companies we talked to. The guys showed up on time and were very polite and careful moving in and out of the house. We noticed an immediate improvement to the temperature on the second floor.

I needed my attic reinsulated with cellulose & Carlos gave me a reasonable quote and was able to fit me into their schedule faster than anyone else. The crew was on time, tidy and efficicient. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Carlos was one of the first to come out and give a very thorough estimate for attic air sealing and insulation vs other vendors. The scheduling was super fast and punctual. Austin, Kyler, Joris and Macario were very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up very good after and walked me through what was completed in detail. Work completed: Attic insulation removal, air sealing, and new attic installation up to R60. Complete disposal and clean up of old insulation.

We started to have a spot in the attic that had condensation when the weather went from cold temps to warm. They identified the problem and fixed what was needed. They also were very good at explaining what had happened and how the repair was to be done. They did add more attic insulation and shoots to bring the attic up to code.
