Century Insulation

Century did a great job on our attic project which included baffles, new insulation, and air sealing. We were having issues with ice dams. They provided a competitive bid and very clear scope recommendations that would fix our issues and prevent any leaks. Their Office Manager was great to work with and made scheduling and payment easy. Their field crew was great too. Timely, professional, and efficient. All around great team and company. I highly recommend. The cherry on top of all this is that I'm getting very nice rebates (paperwork all managed by Century) from both Centerpoint and Xcel for making our home more efficient. Can't beat that!

I put a large addition on my house (about 2,400 sq ft) and Century Insulation was awesome to work with from start to finish. They walked me through all the options and gave really helpful guidance on both insulation and HVAC. They were extremely professional and still very affordable. My project took a long time with a lot of steps and they were always patient. Every time I was ready for the next stage, they showed up quickly and got it done. I would recommend them for any insulation or HVAC work. They can handle everything!

Evan, Tyler, and Rob did an excellent job for my project to dense pack insulation for my home. The entire experience was very good. Pricing was reasonable, assistance for rebates, scheduling, installation, and clean up.

We had Century Insulation insulate our garage prior to our installing a garage heater. Their price was very competitive and they even notified us that they had an opoening in their schedule and were able to compelte the job two weeks earlier than originally scheduled. The crew, Justin and Evan, were fantastic. They were very respectful of our property, worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done, leaving our garage and property immaculate! We can't recommend Century Insulation high enough! Thanks for a great job!

We chose Century because they had the expertise to handle a complicated insulation and ventilation project on an old Victorian. They worked with us extensively to plan and carry out the work, and did a great job!

Century Insulation is amazing. The thing that most impress me was their honesty. The project was 2K lower than the initial bid. The whole staff are awesome.

Seldom do I leave reviews because it takes a lot for us to feel obliged to share an experience at a high rating. That being said - the team at Century Insulation were incredible. We began inquiring on their insulation services as early as November 2021, and again in fall 2023 as we planned out how we wanted to renovate our upstairs, and lastly in 2024 debating if we would keep what we had and improve it, or completely remove and start from scratch. We were trying to decide between traditional fiberglass or taking the modern approach - closed cell spray foam. In 2025, we made the leap to proceed forward. We renovated our Attic space and it required a full demo and insulation project to bring our 1950s era home up to modern standards. Our R value prior was next to nothing - 2 inches of fiberglass from the 1950s or 60s that had degraded in our one and a half story home. Days were often spent being over 100 degrees in our attic. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by the team’s attention to detail and authenticity to delivering value and quality. Now when we’re in our attic, it’s cooler than the downstairs which is an achievement in a one and a half story home. A handful of shoutouts to the crew: Crystal in the office went above and beyond in scheduling the team out and working with our project timetable. She also advocated for the offered rebates and helped us achieve a very positive outcome. Ryan was flexible and made several visits to quote us and answer any and all questions in a timely manner. He was flexible with our budget and helped us achieve a quote that fit with our project. Jesse as the business owner made himself available for all relevant concerns around permitting, HVAC questions, and how we could get the best bang for the buck being spent with the R-Value we were looking to achieve. He also helped us pass inspection and in speedy fashion adding a paint layer required by our city. I enjoyed working with each of them and their crew that came out. Century insulation is a down to earth group of folks looking to do business with good people. People want to buy from good people - and these are good people. I would gladly partner with them again on future projects and have gladly given their info to others we know. Give them a chance if you’re looking to do an insulation project, you’ll be happy you did.

Century Insulation did not disappoint! Initially they came out and gave us a estimate and explained in detail what needed to be done in our attic to save us future costs in the winter. We had Century and another company come out for cost estimates and for the same services, Century was substantially cheaper then the other company and we were absolutely impressed with their customer service and insulation knowledge. Day of insulation was a breeze - Evan and Alfredo came out and got right to work. I was able to run errands while they got the attic completed and they explained to me in depth afterwards what was completed. They were very detailed and finished our project in 4-5 hours, which was much quicker then I initially had expected. Bethany out of the main office has been nothing but helpful regarding invoicing and questions and has been prompt in answering my calls and was able to help us get a rebate through Centerpoint for our services. Highly suggest Century Insulation - we had an AMAZING experience with them!

They came in with the lowest bid and did a great job. I added the roof over the back bathroom to be blown and I didn't get billed for it. The crew had a good attitude and communicated well.

My experience with century was fantastic! Every person I dealt with was awesome! Bethany in the office was the person who made this whole process so simple. She helped with everything from the booking to all of the coordinating of dates and finishing with all the proper rebate forms. the job was done quickly and efficiently. Attic insulation and gap sealing initially done in March. I noticed some gaps missed. Another crew came back out free of charge and did a great job fixing the problem. There was an issue with the first crew back in March but all resolved with follow up communication with the office. Dealing with contractors I always expect some discrepancies. I believe what makes a difference is how well the contractor addresses the problems found. I would use Century Insulation again.

Century Insulation did a superb job for me at a competitive price. Their estimator, office manager and crew were all great to work with. Update: Century Insulation did another job for me in Mar, 2023. I wasn’t as pleased with this one. It was an attic insulation project. It was completed in 3 hours which seemed a bit quick to me. I was expecting 10% off which didn’t happen. Afterwards, I was up in the attic running some thermostat wire and noticed some shortcomings in the work and contacted Century Insulation twice to discuss remediation. They did not respond to my communications.

The crew at Century did a great job, from start to finish! They all take so much pride in getting the job done right. The communication from Bethany was excellent throughout the whole process. Being a woman with little knowledge of insulation, drywalling, etc., Ryan took the time to explain everything to me. Matt who completed the sheetrock and taping was reliable, considerate and really cared about the finish product. Tyler and RJ were prompt, professional and tidy. Pricing was competitive, too. But above all, Century Insulation’s customer service was fantastic. Bethany does all the scheduling and paperwork, and she is an absolute saint.

Century came out for an estimate to check my insulation in my drafty house. Ryan came out and checked everything and said all looked pretty good. He said doing anything would most likely not make a difference. I normally do not leave reviews but it is good to know when someone is being honest. Another company came out, also said it looked good and estimated $2k to fill and seal.

Andrew and Evan spent the whole day in our attic placing new vent channels between each rafter, sealing all recessed lights and attic accesses, and getting our insulation up to an R50+ rating! They did a great job and the bid from Century was $600 less than the next estimate (out of 4 we received). They did a great job and if you need more insulation you should get a bid from Century!

This is a great company. I had them insulate and seal up gaps in our attic - they worked hard and did a great job the whole time they were here. Andrew was excellent and very kind. He definitely goes above and beyond. The entire team was personable and caring at every step of the project.

Century did a nice job of coming out and adding more insulation when we learned, during a new house inspection, that the initial work wasn’t up to code. The company was accommodating and everyone from the office to the guys that added the additional insulation, were friendly. Definitely recommend using them.

So the inspection and installation went very well, quick and accurate. Working with the office staff has been…very difficult. They were communicating fine with me at one point. And then all of a sudden, there were staffing issues and paperwork issues, now I’ve heard nothing. No one replies to my emails, no one answers the phone or returns my calls. I’m really confused as to what the issue is and i wonder if anyone even works in their office. Maybe go with a different company, because if you experience clerical or rebate issues like i am….good luck.

Attic insulation

Great experience i had with century insulation. I had a few questions an the 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable on what was going on. The price was affordable an they cleaned their mess before they left. Very satisfied. Thank you Century insulation.

Century Installation was very affordable. The guys that came out were very professional. I had requested pictures to show me their work because I couldn't get up in the attic they had shown me a bunch of pictures that I requested and they cleaned up after themselves.

I was very happy with Century Installation they came on time, an went straight to work. A guy named Andrew explained everything on the job sheet that I had questions about. He had even shown me their prep work and after they were all done with the work. Very nice men I would recommend Century Installation to anyone

We just had Century install insulation in our garage. It was the second project they have completed for us. Wyatt was terrific. They were on time, answered my questions, showed me what they were doing and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Plus, they were less expensive than other companies.

I was initially impressed with Ryan when he came out to do a quote, but Century has ghosted me since then. I reached out two weeks ago to make sure they had the correct contact information, and they said they would follow up, but nothing.

I absolutely love this company! We had so many issues prior to having them come out and help. Even during this busy time of year they tried their hardest to complete my work. I have worked with other companies and first off I was looking already at next Spring, luckily Century is open and does work year round. So them getting me in so quickly was amazing. They had several downfalls but somehow still managed to get my work finished quickly. I was rescheduled once but again working with other companies I would have been rescheduled four or five time (nature of the business). Ryan did a great job on the estimate and the rest of the team was awesome to work with. I could tell they care and tried. I would recommend this to anyone wanting insulation in the future.

I called Century about adding some insulation to my attics and they sent Ryan out right away for a free estimate. They emailed me a quote a couple of days later that came in under other estimates I got. We set up the install for the following week. The crew showed up right on time. They worked pretty quickly and finished both attics in about 4 hours, well under their estimated time. They cleaned up very well and were very professional. There seem to be a lot of fake insulation companies that pop up on Google that all share a call center and charge a fee for an estimate. Century is a real company that is very honest and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insulation work.

I wanted the floor of my 3 season porch spray foam insulated to make it warmer. There is only 19 inches of room from floor joists to the ground. I called 10 companies. Only 3 said they could do it. Century was not only the most affordable, but also the most informative & after talking to them I knew they were the company I wanted to use. Travis explained to me that I should zone out my outside water line to prevent any future problems with it freezing up. No one else even mentioned that. The 2 guys who came out did an excellent job. They were done in one hour. I can already feel the difference out there with these cold mornings we are having. I can barely wait until next winter to see how much warmer it is out there. I highly recommend Century for all your insulation needs.

The owner (Jesse) and employees are very professional. Their knowledge of building code requirements and quality are excellent! For our job they reworked the old part of our house to bring it up to current standards for ventilation, insulation depth, and vapor barrier as well as new construction working with and around our sheetrock crew. We needed both spray foam and blown insulation. Both types were done extremely well. We could not be happier with the end result. Our first heating bill after their services was a fourth of the prior month and we were opened up and heating more than double the previous space! Recommend their services to anyone looking for insulation. We had a large job! They were quick to respond to our call, gave us a very affordable estimate with expected start and completion dates, and held to them. We have a somewhat unique house with vaulted ceilings, and had been working with Century to have them insulate our home and coordinate with the roofing company we selected. At the last minute, the roofing company "went to Texas" - so we didn't have anyone to roof the house. Century recommended Legacy Exteriors - and between those two companies, they did a phenomenal job insulating/roofing our house. Special thanks to Travis who did the coordination. Really impressed! The roof looks great, everything is well insulated, and they did an exceptional job of cleaning up everything, Highly recommend both companies.

We had Century Insulation blow in additional insulation in our attic space. Without going into a long story, we ended up with dust in the house. I called their office and told them the situation. Jesse (owner) was very concerned and made every effort to make things right. I am very impressed with their response and professionalism. I have already referred Century Insulation to friends and family. They are great people to work with!

Excellent service! We had a water leakage around the bathroom exhausting fan that we wanted fixed before the winter. I called Century Insulation after a brief research online and their service was perfect from beginning to the end. The person answering the phone and scheduling the visit was very friendly and efficient but the best was Ryan's visit today. He came on time and after a short introduction and look at the problem, he went to the attic (first he covered everything with a tarp, brought his own ladder) for a thorough inspection and gave me a very honest report of the situation and what to do to fix it. I highly recommend this company and especially Ryan in case you need insulation at your place.

Century did a fantastic job. I received multiple quotes on the job and chose Century because they were creative in using the most cost effective insulation on different areas of my project to achieve our insulation goals. We used a combination of spray foam, blow in, and batt insulation. They answered my prepping questions promptly and they worked very efficiently when they arrived to do the work. I highly recommend Century Insulation. I recently had a new roof installed and we decided to complete the repair with an attic overhaul. Travis was on site promptly to help us get an accurate quote. This job required some special coordination with the roofing contractor due to a flat roof dormer. Everything was hands free and simple. We ended up getting an extremely high R value in our attic by using a combination of spray foam and cellulose. For the best quality, service and end product, go with Century Insulation.

Having previously worked for century insulation, I have seen from the inside out their attention to quality. They are excellent with communicating, arrive within their designated time window, and their guys completed a large job in one day while still cleaning up thoroughly. Their spray foamer is knowledgeble and both understands the technical aspects of application while making it cosmetically appealing. Can't recommend them enough for your insulation needs!

I trust these people. We received four bids and while Cenutry's bid was not the lowest, their estimator Ryan B.was clear and confirmed the details. The Century crew of Tobias M. and Emmanuel D. did an excellent job insulating the upstairs of an older house. There were several hard to reach spots and the came up with solutions and explained the issue and how they proposed to deal with it. Very professional.They do what they say they are going to do. Century was very helpful in finding a new environmentally friendly blowing agent I requested. It's new and difficult to find and emits 1,000 times less of an ozone eating gas. They found it and Tobias sprayed it very well. Cassie in the office is organized and efficient.. Invoices are accurate and receipts for payment are processed quickly I highly recommend Century. .

I had a wonderful experience working with Century Insulation. The two gentleman, Tobias and Emmanual, did the work at our house. They were exceptionally great to work with and certainly took pride in their work. They were always taking time to clean up and leave the house exactly the way they found it. Century went above and beyond for me and will be my go to for insulation needs in the future. Century was quick to respond, reasonably priced, and scheduled the project very quickly. The house's kneewalls created some extra insulation needs and they didnt try to upsell me and allowed me to pick from a few price options. After the great initial job, through no fault of theirs, our roof started leaking. After getting the roof redone, Century came out promptly and at little cost. They pulled out the wet insulation, let it air out for a week, and came back to fill it the wet insulation that was removed. I cannot say enough good things about Century Insulation and suggest anyone looking at a project consult them for a quote. Cassie also does an amazing job running the office and takes care of all energy rebate paperwork for you!

Our work was done at the end of January, and we found out today that the work, as written up, did not include everything needed to qualify for the rebate. We said yes to everything the on-site orderwriter suggested, and were led to believe that the work would qualify for the xcel rebate but no rebate for us. The workers on the job were excellent as was the main office contact. Addendum to this review: The owner reached out to explain how our house’s design makes a dense pack of insulation result in an air seal. Because energy efficiency is our actual goal (and the power company has rated us “Great!” based on our winter consumption), we are highly satisfied.

Our insulation crew was very professional and courteous. The office manager kept me informed and was so polite and quick at facilitating all of my needs and requests. If I need any insulating in the future I will call Century first.

We have a small crawl space / basement in a very old duplex. The exposed wall in this space is roughly 3' high x 15' x 10'. We hired Century Insulation to spray foam this basement wall, because our downstairs tenant's pipes froze. Century quoted $1500 and we asked the rep what the odds were that it would fix the problem. He said "95%". They sprayed one small area of the basement. The pipes froze again shortly after that. We asked Jesse why this happened and he agreed to come look. He basically scoffed at the work they did the first time, and said what we REALLY needed was to insulate THE ENTIRE basement. Well, OK, duh, thanks for not figuring that out the first time and taking care of it. Then, the worst part, he quoted us an ADDITIONAL $1,800 to complete the job... the same job we paid them for the first time and were told would fix it. So they want << $3,300 >> to properly insulate a 3x10x15 foot basement...? Sounds like a price-gouge to me. How about 1. do the job right the first time and 2. charge a little extra or no extra to fix it when your original work failed?

On time, affordable, great work!! The house feels warmer already!

I would highly recommend Century Insulation. A colleague of mine referred me to Century after having his home attic insulated. Everyone I spoke with was professional, from the owner and estimator, to the installers who performed the work. They were extremely knowledgeable on best practices for attic insulation and ventilation strategies. The two installers were prompt, extremely thorough, and left our home as clean as when they arrived. They were listed as one of Xcel Energy's approved insulation providers and handled all the energy rebate paperwork, even before we had a chance to discuss rebate options with them. Extremely satisfied with the work.

I hired them because of their excellent rating, but was extremely disappointed in the serves provided. First time, they were schedule to come (didn't show up). Second time, they came out but did not do the work that was specked out the in the quote - leaving the job half done. Finally after weeks of calling an no responses, (almost a month an half later) they scheduled another time come out and didn't make the schedule time -having to reschedule. It took them 4 times to come out and complete a very simple project. I would not recommend them to any of my friends of family.

Century Insulation did a great job spray foaming insulation on the rim joists and a couple of basement walls, of our house. To gain access to the entire rim joist, they needed to remove a large portion of our HVAC duct work. They used All Climate Mechanical for the duct work portion of the job. Both the insulation and the duct work jobs were done very well. I have recommended both of these companies to my friends.

Century Insulation was a great experience. They were extremely knowledgable, professional, courteous and easy to work with. We had spray foam insulation applied to our poorly insulated back room as well as the joists in the basement. We are extremely happy with the installation and will definitely use them again.

I needed to have old, inadequate insulation removed from our attic and replaced with new in our recently purchased home. Ryan was prompt in providing an estimate, and he and Jesse were extremely helpful in explaining the best insulation options for our home. Because of a number of other projects going on at the house, I had to push back the re-insulation work a number of times, and Jesse was understanding of the many changes I made to his schedule. He was accommodating and I appreciated his flexibility. I couldn't be more pleased with their work!

We hired Century to do both foam and batt insulation in our attaic and walls. We had several companies come out and decided to go with Century because of the price and customer service. I was a bit frustrated when Jesse came out to do the job that he was not doing it to code, and it was on our contract that it would be done to code. Thankfully I was home and questioned it, and after calling the City they did fix It. Most frustrating part though has been receiving the rebate we were told we would get. We have contacted them several times and they say they will look into it and send emails to Centerpoint rep, but dont.

They insulated my attic, roof slants, sealed the knee walls, spray foamed the rim joists in the basement. They also filled all of the exterior walls with new insulation. All it had in it prior to that was newspaper from the 1930's. It went really well. We had some scheduling issues come up but that was due to weather and the aluminum siding. They were very accommodating and answered all my questions. They were great. A big reason I went with them was the price. It was a big selling point for me. Another company wanted to do less work than they did for more money.
