Great job clean work. It’s only took them 2 hours and half but they did a lot at that time. Very pleased and I feel the houses already wormer at this point.updated 1/20/2024 after a few days pass by I notice the room still gets cold but not like before. I guess if you do what ever you do it still will a bite chilling.2/20/2024 my outlets switched off while they did the installation. Been calling them for a while. I think this is my fourth time calling them haven’t got much responses. One time I did get a response from somebody to send him a pictures for my outlets but after that never heard from them. Call the company again and told them the situation. It just keeps going on and on when will this get done!!!!!!. If there isn’t anymore responds from you this company I’m moving it to one star.2/21/24 just crew just came in very nice and cool they are going to get a electrician to fix my two outlets but most importantly he found out there was spots that have to get filled up with more foam which made very happy because I know that room wasn’t getting wormer because they must be something. stay tune to more updates.this update is on January 11/2025 after a two years from what I did the foam spray insulation job what I want to say the job that you did for me didn’t help at all. The room and kitchen is still freezing. After two times you coming in and screwing up my plug which you said you bring a electrician which never happened and I had to bring one but the case is the foam spray is worthless it’s like throwing money into the garbage. Now I’m going to tear down the walls for the kitchen and room sheet rock and foam you sprayed and insulate it which it will cost me an arm.

This was a last resort call as all other companies in the Philadelphia area weren’t returning my calls for service. Steve N. and his team did a professional job with the insulation of my 2nd floor ceiling. Steve was very flexible and accommodating and handled situations with ease. Insulation around my house done. The three men were very professional. Explained everything to me and stopped and showed me what they were doing. Since it was just done I cannot tell yet about the difference in my home. Hopefully my house will be warmer.

My home definitely cools down faster and stay cooler with the installed insulation. The crew did a good job mitigating mess in the house, as they had to install some via interior walls due to my home's location. I haven't seen anyone else mention this, but there is an odor to the insulation, at least in my case. One worker on the installation day told me the smell would last a few hours, but the insulation needs a 24 to 48 hours days to fully cure. I spoke to another employee about a week later, and he said the odor would be gone in 2 to 3 weeks. Five weeks later, there is still an odor, but it has subsided a bit. The salesman said there is no downside to the insulation, and while there may not be a true downside, we were not informed of any kind of odor associated with it. Some online pages seem to have very negative feelings about USA Insulation locations across the country, but I'd say this location is reliable, trustworthy, and willing to negotiate on prices. They even sent a crew out a week or so later to remove some excess insulation that found its way out of an exterior wall (it's a 100-year-old house!).

Complete waste of money!!! I recently had my home insulated using USA Insulation of Philadelphia and my experience has not been a good one. High pressure sales will tell you anything to make a sale. And once the money has changed hands, they simply don't care. When I called customer service, I was gaslighted and made to feel like idiot. It has been about six months and my house is neither warmer nor have I seen a reduction in my heating/energy costs.

USA Insulation did the premium foam injection in my exterior wall cavities on 02/10 and I was told that it will take around 24 to 48 hours for the foam to start retaining heat inside the home but it has been 6 days now and I have not seen any difference in terms of comfort or heat retention. My HVAC is still running all the time. I waited 5 days to check the walls using Thermal FLIR camera and all the walls even after foam injection are purple. I am regretting my decision because I have 5 rooms to paint and I am still losing the same amount of heat. This was the first and last time I fell for the sales pitch that my home will be very comfortable even if the temperature outside drops to 20 degrees Fahrenheit and we could do it from outside. Your HVAC will run a lot lesser and you will be a lot more comfortable but all false promises. I would request the company to be really transparent which they were not throughout the process and after the agreement kept changing throughout the whole process. I just wanted my home to be comfortable and I paid a really good $$$ amount for that. I am highly DISAPPOINTED with the whole process and the service. Only consolation was I was offered a discount for paint work because the initial agreement was to inject foam from outside but on the job day, I was told it is not possible. All my rooms were drilled with so many holes and what I still find is that all the rooms are still uncomfortable. I don’t like giving bad ratings but this is really unacceptable service. I am wiling to change this rating if my wall cavities can have the promised R value.

They were courteous, clean and professional. It's only been a few days but the house is noticeably warmer.

People are very nice, however the foam doesn't work our home is still freezing. We did contact them they did come out and add more foam. I was hoping that would be it but nope with the cold we have recently had I can for sure it was a waste of $12,000. I feel parts of house are colder than before and it did nothing for reducing the road noise.

This company is amazing to deal with! From the sales rep to the installers, everyone was polite, courteous, and very efficient. I was told installation would take 4-5 hours and when I got a call that it was completed in 3, I was shocked! Travis went over evrything with me as we walked around the whole house. You couId not tell which pieces of siding they pulled off to inject the foam. I was worried what kind of savings I would see, but 2 days after the installation, the temp dropped to around 40 degrees overnite. That would normally leave my house around 57 degrees, until I turned on the heat. When I checked the thermostat in the morning, the temp was 69 degrees! Just from the sun the day before, my house kept the heat because of the insulation. I will definitely savce money this season and for many seasons to come! Thank You!

We had Scott & Nigeria lead a team of 4 to complete the install of premium foam installation in one day! They arrived on time, inspected the inside of the house and the areas to be insulated. Explained the process to me and my wife, then began to quickly execute their plan. They finished all the work in one day; cleaned up the work area and reviews for he finish work with a walk around inspection. Professional and thorough, I would definitely recommend!

We couldn't be more pleased! When evaluating companies to perform this work we met with two of the industry leaders and chose USA Insulation. From the moment John came to the home, we could tell this was his profession. He wasn't just a sales guy doing this gig for a spell. He knew the product, knew the process, and took the time to look around and really understand the scope of the work. We felt very comfortable with the decision to use USA. Then came installation day and we met Travis & his crew. We opt'd to go for all exterior walls (2 story) and the interior garage walls. Communication was exceptional, very professional, and kept a clean work environment. When you're spending this kind of money and someone is drilling holes in your home, it can get worrisome! Travis took that completely off the table. If you can get his crew (I suspect the others are equally as good), you'll be in great hands. We're a week in since the work was done and it's been cold here so we have a nice comparison from before/after. The difference is irrefutable. By my expectations, I'll recover this cost in 7 years due to energy usage reduction. But more importantly, I'll have 7 years of an airtight, comfortable home. The thermo readings confirm what my body tells me - the air gaps in my walls are closed and replaced with an insulation product. Exactly what we set out to achieve... and my home is significantly warmer and more comfortable. Overall, extremely happy and believe this was a great decision to use USA Insulation. If you do it, I think you'll be pleased. We are!

The foam was done from the inside instead of outside. Both workers covered the furniture, and helped move items as needed. Touch up paint will be needed after, but it's a small inconvenience in exchange for lower utility bills. USA Isulation reached out both during and after the work was complete, and that is not only rare, but much appreciated. So far I'm happy with my decision. Before and after pics added.

Wow!!! Travis and his young crew of professionals are right on the money!! Full stop. They traveled from Scranton, PA to us in Atlantic County, South Jersey and finished the job in 4 hours. At one point I observed Travis wiping down the outside window ledge with a rag. I love that from a company. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than a crew of workers leaving trash and things dirty when completing a job. Give this company a call. Not only will you be warmer but happy too.

We were overall very happy with the experience from the salesman to the installers. It was quite terrifying watching them put holes into your house but 2 days later we noticed a huge difference in both the temperature and noise reduction inside the home. I wish we had done this service sooner! Quite a high price tag but worth it to us in the end.

We have a single home here in Warminster and it get's really cold in the winter because these homes were built in the 60's and don't have insulation. We called USA Insulation because we see them advertised on TV a lot and thougt they would be a reputable co. We had our whole house insulated top & bottom. We were here and actually watched them do the work. It was spray foam and it was all done from outside of the house. I was absolutely amazed at how it was done. The guys worked as a team, and it was amazing to see how they did that too. It was costly, but not as much as I thought it would be. We noticed the difference in the way the house felt, right away. Now waiting to see what our heating bill will look like. Customer service is #1 with us, and this company and their employees did a #1 job and we are pleased.

Had USA Insulation come out to our home to add some new insulation in our walls. They were very professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Can't even tell they were here to do any work! Would definitely use them again. Also love the fact that they offer safe, non-toxic materials compared to some other companies.

Buyer beware! I got in touch with USA Insulation of Philadelphia from a search on Angi. I was looking for a company to help with insulating my home to try and reduce my energy bills. USA Insulation said they can do the foam blown insulation from my exterior brick into the exterior walls. I paid a initial deposit of $1,500. On Feb 9th 2023 the team came to do the work and damaged my home. They drilled into the interior of 3 of my rooms from the outside. The foam insulation was blown into the rooms and on my property. The team did do their best to clean the material form the inside of my home(See pictures below). At the end of the service I paid an additional $6,495 when they finished and barely patched the damaged holes. Two days later someone did come back out and repair the holes with more spackle. After calling back again as I was not happy with the weird patch marks on my walls and requested some type of refund as the quality of work done did not seem to improve the temperature quality of my home, the gentleman offered to come out and paint over the patched walls. He did come out and paint the holes and was able to color match the paint. So now after a month after getting the foam insulation there is still no temperature difference. There is still a draft in the walls, I can feel this through the outlet and switch covers as well as the cold walls. This foam insulation product does not feel like it works. Im disappointed in the mortar work done to my exterior. I was not expecting a perfect look but someone that looks like it was dont with care. This was truly $8K down the drain. Look for a better company and a better product.

The whole thing was easy and painless showed up on time. Product worked great to sound proof and insulate the walls in bedroom and laundry room. I will ask them to come back for dinning room.

Destroyed my siding. Siding is coming off my house in multiple locations. They will not fix the issue because of new ownership but still has same company name. Heating and cooling cost never went down. Not worth the $6000.

On time efficient employees who completed the foam insulation of my enclosed porch. From the moment of completion, I could feel the change in temperature of the enclosed porch. It is very warm and cozy now and prior to that due to no insulation between the stone, aluminum siding and drywall it was the coldest part of the house especially during the winter and rainy days. Thank you USA insulation and you will be satisfied with the completion their service.

This is in regards to spray foam installation in my crawlspace. The work took place over the course of the summer and fall of 2022. TL/DR: Use anyone else but USA Insulation for foam spray projects. Incompetent staff. Poor communication. The salesperson sold me in on the foam insulation estimate. USA Insulation was to do both the basement and attic. He was a very aggressive salesman who used the old "this deal is today only!" line. It felt icky and I wished I paid attention to my instincts. That's because it was only the beginning of my worst contractor experience ever. The work was to begin first thing in the AM on a day in late June. The process they told me was that a foreman would come with the crew and review the site. Throughout that day, I waited in vain as it got later and later. I was in communication with Sally who promised me it was ok as it was only scheduled to take 2 hours. I also spoke with Scott (the crew manager, I believe) who also stated that it would only take 2 hours. It was near 5pm when two workers showed up. Nice-seeming brothers, they apologized saying that they were delayed by their previous job of insulating an entire school (!). They began setting up equipment and then examined the crawlspace. After a bit, they called to me and said they couldn't do the work that day. It would take at least 8-10 hours. They also informed me that since they live in Scranton, PA (over 3 hours away) they couldn't stay long. So with promises that they'd return, they packed up and left. They returned in a few days and began the job again. I'd say they were working for a couple of hours before I heard cursing from the basement. Apparently their nozzle broke causing a catastrophic failure back in the truck. The entire barrel of resin chemicals had blown out the top! They showed me a photo and it was certainly a mess. They spent HOURS trying to fix the issue but eventually had to give up. Less than half the job was complete. Worse, when the crew left, they spilled resin on my basement floor, covered a door handle with the stuff, and spread it across the custom-built exterior steps! Since it was dark when they left, I didn't realize the extent of the damage. Calls with Sally made the outlook for a quick completion GRIM. Apparently they only have ONE foam truck in the entire company. It was going to take weeks to repair it, I was told. But she sent one of the original crew over to try to clean up the resin. By this time, though, it was dry and baked in to the materials and he couldn't do anything. I sent photos to the foreman and was told that they would hire a contractor to replace the ruined steps. But since they didn't have one available immediately, they would call back when they could schedule one. It was nearly 6 weeks later that a crew could come back to finish the crawlspace. I told them of my misfortune and showed them the mess left behind by the previous crew. They promised they'd do a better job. And to their credit they did. Finally, the insulation was in place. That was in early August. It's now October and I never received a follow up call to schedule the stair repair. The busy season excuse is no longer valid. I have left two voicemails with Sally these past two weeks with no return call. I'm at the end of my patience and everyone is telling me that USA Insulation will never keep their word. Questions: -Why did both the salesperson, Sally, and the foreman believe the job would take 2 hours? I believe the saleperson grossly underestimated the job and shouldn't be trusted. -Why would you send a crew at 5pm to take care of a 2 hour job when they live 3 hours away? -Why did a foreman not show up to the site as promised? -Why was the equipment in such bad repair? The hose is literally held together with duct tape. -Why is no one honoring their commitment to repair my stairs?

Update 2/8/2022. Spoke with Shaw and he came out to inspect the work, and offered solutions that will be rectified in the next few weeks. Shawn has been responsive and followed up this week as he said he would. Appreciate his commitment to getting this completed. Stay away from USA Insulation. If you are considering using them, get multiple estimates and do not sign the day they give y ou a quote. The salesman John will offer you $500 off if you sign right then and there after giving you a quote, making it look like the deal of a lifetime, but it sure is not. He tells you to report any issues right away so they can address it immediately. Yeah, here we are months since the disaster and one voice mail message from Sally after hours so you couldn’t call back right away. Sally never said who she was and no other call backs after two more messages were left with promises that Sally would call back guaranteed. Supervisor was to come on site day of foam injection to make sure it was not coming though outlets, etc.. Well it did and no supervisor ever came out. Truck leaked oil all over the driveway, things were broken when removed and just left. Have drafts all over the house and seems worse than before we had it done. Still no response or resolution from USA Insulation. They will take your money and run.

Garage complete insulation install- CARL AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME, VERY INFORMATIVE AND FREINDLY. WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND ADDRESSED ANY QUESTIONS OR CONERNS. HAD A GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND WILL DEFINATELY BE UTIIZING SERVICES IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

We hired USA Insulation to come and inject our 2 story house. On the day of, the process went smoothly; however, the next day we learned that two of our AC vents were 100% blocked. At first, we were extremely frustrated with the situation and worried that we'd have a nightmare of an experience trying to get them to come back and fix it. Shawn (one of the managers) and Bill came out and were completely dedicated and worked tirelessly to clear the two blocks. They were here an additional 10+ hours over 2 days (after the initial insulation) to correct the issue. They were professional and extremely thorough in their work. While it's unfortunate the block happened in the first place, it seems like an unavoidable consequence in some older homes and I am thrilled with how well the company handled the problem. We even received follow-up texts from Shawn to ensure everything was good the next day. Fantastic company!! I would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for home insulation!

I contracted the company for foam insulation of my attic space, we agreed on when they can start, deposit, everything. Was promised to get email with instructions on how to make a deposit. After waiting for about a week with no email I called them and the lady said that "it's start of the season, now people can't get their hands on contractors doing foam insulation, it's in high demand, so my boss decided to raise your price 50% above what we agreed upon". Really sad how easily they decided not to honor their own offer. Update: Got a call from the company owner, he apologized and said that when the secretary quoted him saying that people can't get their hands on foam insulation what he meant was "global shortage of raw materials" caused him to increase prices to the customers. Hope it's true because original explanation was so shocking as to be offensive.

I live in a 2277 sq ft, 1964 6-bedroom colonial and went with the “Walls-only” job. The master bedroom and adjacent bedroom were part of an addition and were much cooler and warmer, depending on the season, than the rest of the home, due, in part, from a lack of insulation in the garage ceiling. Since job completion, that problem has been completely rectified. The temperature in both rooms is now on par with the rest of the home, despite only a trickle of forced air coming through the floor registers which are the last on the main trunk. Drafty outlets and switch boxes are no more. Drafts near windows? No more. My handheld thermal imager has confirmed same. There’s also a more consistent climate throughout the entire home. Has my HVAC unit kicked on less? Not sure yet. Too early to tell. Weather is starting to break, so it’s naturally kicked on less. I feel I got the job done at just the right time of the year. At the completion of the job, there’s a distinct odor from the foam. It’s not gag-level, but it’s noticeable. Due to the nice weather (65F-70F and breezy), I was able to open the windows all day for two straight days, and that did the trick 100%. No more odor. During the job, one switch box became enveloped with foam, and as fate would have it, it happened to be one of the more complicated boxes in my home that was beyond my level of expertise. The foreman immediately cleaned out the box of any foam, and they sent their electrician out who not only fixed the issue, he replaced my smart switch and adjacent 3-way toggle that were damaged by the foam. Foam burst through a single weak spot in my drywall. The foreman patched it immediately and cleaned up what little dripped down the wall. I will sand and paint. The hole is about the size of a golf ball and not a big deal. The home is noticeably more quiet from outside noise. Workers were professional and accommodating. Job was two days, and they left my property the way they found it. My only complaint, is that I referred my coworker via the sales rep that I signed with (instead of through the website), and I’m not certain I will see the referral check after not hearing back from the office with a confirmation. There’s no way I see 40% reduction in utility bills, as my home was already insulated, albeit, with 1960s builder’s grade fiberglass batts. So my ROI will take a lot longer than if it wasn’t. I chose to go with foam injection for the comfort, and if I get a 10-15% reduction in my bill, I’ll take it. I’ll be in this house another 30 years or more. One of my biggest gripes about foam injection is the lack of transparency in the cost of it before having a sales rep in your kitchen. I get it... each job is unique, but I suspect there’s a baseline price-per-square-foot number that is utilized to estimate each job. So, for the sake of transparency, and for those doing their homework, this was my cost: Walls-only foam injection: $6843 Garage ceiling (one bay) blown-in fiberglass: $950 Quote was for 1000 sq ft of wall space. Most importantly, my wife is ecstatic and very satisfied with not just the job done, but with the product itself. Overall, would I recommend USA Insulation? Yes. ** Update: Referral check received. 👍

I contracted this company for injection foam insulation in three rooms of our home this winter. The difference in room temperature and comfort was noticeable that night. We are now going to bring them back to do a few more rooms later this year. However, I would recommend doing the interior wall injection foam if you are already planning to repaint those rooms, but it is defiantly worth it. I would like to thank Rob Creighton for the flexibility in scheduling for quotes and his onsite recommendations, as well as Bill Sullivan and his crew for the great work they did. I will be personally requesting Bill again for our next job.

In a nutshell: the team drilled five separate holes that punctured my interior walls. After being notified of the first two holes, an additional three were created. Care and preventions were simply not taken. The holes were patched, but I declined to allow this company to return to sand and paint. I was certain I could do a better repair job, and wanted to avoid any additional USA Insulation employees in my home (because of the pandemic). A discount (not to my satisfaction) was heavily negotiated during a heated conversation with a manager, wherein he made a bad situation worse with his choice of words and combative position. However, the above experiences were made right by an operations manager by way of an incredibly contrite email, a long phone call, and a more substantial discount. I am now satisfied with the outcome, and once it is safe I welcome a service call to assess the work and offer improvements if and where necessary.

In theory this sounds like a great way to insulate your home and get rid of cold spots and drafts. We had them out to insulate our home in Philadelphia a few years ago in February. After the work was performed we really did not notice much of a difference but we figured the weather was getting warmer it was difficult to judge. Fast forward to next winter and we still didn’t think we had any real improvement. Now this year we had to open a wall to investigate a water leak and low and behold the wall these guys alleged filled were at best 30-40% filled. This is not what we paid for and I felt it important for folks to know this before having these guys out and trusting them on blind faith.

1. The crew arrived on time. 2. The crew was personable and knew what was to be done. 3. The crew chief kept me aware of what was happening as it unfolded. 4. Noise level of all the drilling was much less than I expected. 5. The crew cleaned up the brick dust outside. 6. An inspection was done inside during and after installing the foam to make sure there were no interior leaks of foam under the baseboard and around the perimeter in the basement.

My mothers experience with USA Insulation was superb!! She was greatly satisfied with the timeliness, the professionalism, and the work as a whole. Not one negative comment at all. USA Insulation had foam insulated the existing block walls in my old house. I was a little skeptical at first due to the recent reviews on here, and I even spoke with the service manager about it prior to work commencing. The entire crew was nothing short of professional the entire day. They had prepared the area, did the work, and cleaned up like they were never there. We had an additional 10" cellulous installed in the attic and 2" spray foam installed on the band joint around the entire house. The installer we professional and neat. From sale to the walk through they were very thorough. Steve the GM came out at the end of the installation to ensure everything was done correctly.

We just got a whole home package. By the time 30% of the insulation was applied we noticed significant noise reduction. When completed, the reduction of outside noise is amazing. The biggest improvement is the constant temperature in our house. It is consistent even with out outdated thermostats. We look forward to the reduction in energy cost. The crew was professional and didn't cut corners. It's nice to have that assurance. We also received a follow up call the day after installation. Overall great experience and love the product.

I have waited for almost a year before posting my review. I wanted to give an honest posting. If you do not have enough space between your exterior wall and the interior wall, you will not be able to receive the proper amount of foam necessary to do the insulation correctly. I do not have studded walls. I have furring strips. There is just not enough open space between the ways to properly insulate. The salesperson should have known this fact, but apparently the person wanted a commission on a sale of over $5,000.00. The insulation has helped slightly, but not how I expected it to work. Live and Learn!! Update I called your office Tuesday. I was told that I would get a return call from a manager, since you were not in the office. Today is Thursday, and I still have not received a return call. We have not had a cold winter as of yet, but I used more electricity last December than the year before. Don't bother to call me. Your company is a disappointment. Electricity : I should have written electric heat. The owner came out. He gave me his thoughts. I still do not agree, but at least he came out. End of story George

Would not recommend. I cleared my schedule for the day for rep to come out to assess my basement and then never heard back with a quote. I called 2xs to see if I could get my quote....always another excuse and no quote was ever furnished. Quite odd. Clearly they don't want new business.

The entire process from getting the quote to the after completion check up calls was flawless. My wife and I are enjoying the reduced road noise (we live on a fairly bust road) and cannot wait to see the future heating and cooling savings.

Kip, our sales rep, was ‘down to earth’, knowledgeable, and explained how this product would work, without any pressure. He was very relatable, listened to our concerns, and was reassuring, understanding the investment we were about to make. The installers were hard workers, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Follow up came the next morning! Now, we are looking forward to lower utility bills and experiencing a more comfortable home.

At first I was skeptical I didn't believe the insulation would be beneficial to me because my home exterior walls for the most part are all windows. However, USA Insulators Dale, Cody with their two assistants please forgive me for not remembering their names. They were prompt, efficient and they cleaned up after services were rendered. I noticed immediately the difference in the temperature of my home as they worked from room to room. I would and have recommended USA to my friends.

Dale, Kevin, and Cody recently installed insulation at my condo. They were timely, professional and thorough in their approach. I could not be happier with the results. Dale made sure to provide me with photos of the finished product because I had to step away at the end. Regardless, his team left my condo in perfect condition and there was no further cleanup required. Dale made sure to follow up with me at the end, and answered all of my questions. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.

Had Dale and his crew from USA Insulation come and add to my attic blown in insulation to our home. They were very polite and professional, did an outstanding job, and made sure everything was clean and straightened up before they left. I'm glad I heard their commercial on the Chris Stagall Show on WPHT Radio. If I have any need of further insulation, I will definitely call USA Insulation again. Great guys who do great work.

Very professional and courteous. The access hatch to the attic was in my 2 yr old daughters room, so the contractor was very attentive to keeping everything clean by covering her crib and dresser drawer and laying down plastic on the rug. I would highly recommend them.

If could do no stars I would, they put a hold on my ceiling, patched it, dropped paint on my driveway and after 3 days didn't off any reduction on final bill - WOW!

Did a very professional job isolating the areas involved with allowing cold air to enter a space through which our water pipes traversed I am confident that they solved the problem They were neat clean well mannered and performed their tasks quickly while giving attention to detail

#1, That you advertised on a mostly conservative radio program! #2 Your salesman showed us a video that helped us really know what we were looking at an what it would do. He wasn't in a rush and was experienced with having this in his own home.Thus if it was good enough for his house, I think it not a "sales job". #3 He was able to help us with a way to finance the project #4 And that you-all specialized in OLD houses, was of interest and confidence building for us.

Aside from some miscommunications with the scheduling, we had a really good experience with USA Insulation. The guys were extremely polite and were willing to get to my house early to get the job done the 2nd day. I appreciated how courteous they were and how they were willing to show me what was in my walls before they filled them..which ended up being nothing in some areas :( I definitely could tell a difference in temperature in the living room and even noticed a difference in the level of noise I could hear from the road. They made sure to lay down plastic when they had to work inside and to vacuum the areas when they finished. I would suggest anyone looking to get their house insulated to call USA Insulation.

The USA Insulation team was excellent. They were nice. And they cleaned up after themselves. After a few weeks with the new insulation in the walls, I'm impressed with the quality of insulation and the technology behind it. The house has less outside noise too, so that is a bonus. Since some of the walls had to have the insulation put in from the inside, we just finished up the sanding and painting of those rooms. You cannot tell that there was any work - and I have to say I am looking forward to a really Hot and a really Cold day to appreciate the new wall insulation even more.

A little expensive but they do it right! Made a huge difference in my home. Nice and warm in the winter. Cool in the summer. These guys are experts and I highly advise using them over small cheap companies using spray foam and cellulose.
