Matt L gets 5 stars for quickly responding and putting up 2 traps to capture a family of squirrels that had accessed our attic. After several days all had been captured and he kept the traps up until a week had passed. He daily communicated with us. And the last step was taking the attic vent that previously was just filled with wire —- he screwed in a wire cover so the squirrels couldn’t just pull out a wire mesh. Great job Matt!

I contacted them for a pigeon problem in my barn as the pigeon drippings are very harmful to my horses. At a cost of $1000.00 they installed commercial freezer curtains to keep the birds out once they chased them out. That didn't happen the birds came back. I spent another $200.00 on magnets to help keep the curtains closed after the horses went in and out. Birds still came back. They set up live traps that were unsuccessful-Austin stated they were the wrong traps. I even purchased a BirdX to hang outside that makes noises that supposedly scares the birds off. Regarding the BirdX I was going to purchase from Amazon but was told they had one that hadn't been used and they could get it set up right away. So stupidly I purchased it from them without thinking. They sold it to me at the same price as Amazon. NOW if I would have bought it from amazon I would have a warranty, be able to return it and it is packaged with a hanging mount. I RECEIVED NON OF THIS FROM THIS COMPANY. The way it was hung - it fell down within days. When I called and asked about trying the live traps again they wanted more money. After the BirdX was paid for they still sent me an invoice requesting payment. That took several calls to straighten out. SO through all of this they didn't solve my problem-still have pigeons and my wallet has a lot less money in it.

We have recently had Austin out to our home a few times for wasp control. He's very friendly, professional, thorough, efficient, full of knowledge about proper pest control, and very pleasant to work with. The folks in the office are also knowledgeable and honest about methods to deal with pests. While pest control isn't pleasant by any means, we do research ourselves, and we find their methods follow the laws, just like other licensed pest control companies.

My wife found a mouse. She freaked out. I called these guys. They came out and found the nest and took care of the problem.

Do not use this company! They use fumitoxin which is the most inhumane way of killing animals. A very slow and painful 72 hour death.

We had a bird mitigation project with difficult access. Ronnie offered several solutions, scheduled us ahead of nesting season and the installation was completed with minimal disruption. Glad to know that we have a trusted partner for future animal/pest control needs. Effective, efficient and courteous!

Did a great job.

Came out to mitigate bat issues. Pretended to look into our roof with a JLG and then left. Don't trust them.

I had a skunk under my porch and they came out and trapped it and took it away quickly and were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

They came out, put the traps out quickly, and removed them at the price quotes. That's about all I can say. They never provided the requested quote for repairs to prevent the issues again. They didn't place enough traps to fix the issues in a short time. And because they didn't fix the initial problem, the raccoons are back in the roof.

Grateful to have found this company! We unfortunately had some wasps/yellow jackets activity in a bathroom exhaust vent, with a few sightings inside the bathroom... We were having a difficult time finding a company that could get on a high roof. Likely Animal & Pest Control Specialists could help! They were very professional, helpful and transparent from the booking to actual delivery of services. The technician (Ben) was excellent - he was very responsive, thorough, friendly, and efficient. I hope I don't need pest control again, but if I do I'll call this company. They came right away and solved my problem. I especially appreciated that they explained everything thoroughly so that I felt comfortable with what they did.

I am SO VERY thankful for APCS! Brian M. Has just been so awesome with us having raccoon issues. He has been responsive, punctual And extremely knowledgeable about his field. Our community isn't fully developed and the undeveloped lots were overrun with prairie dogs. APCS did a fantastic job of explaining how best to resolve the problem and then executing on time and within budget. I highly recommend Ronnie and his crew.

I dealt directly with Ronnie and he is a very down to earth guy. He is easy to communicate with and very up front with any contingency plans. We had burrowing owls on the property and we had to postpone the treatment. And the first day he had a chance to proceed, he was on it like white on rice. He was very polite and his guys were very professional. Activists hate him which makes him very easy for me to love.

I called this service recently with a serious prairie dog problem. It had been recommended to me personally by the City of Lafayette, which had used it to do some pest control on its golf course. Ronnie, the owner, came out to look at my yard and promised me his help in solving my problem He showed when he said he would and then helped me fill out the paperwork for a special mitigation permit from the city. I needed him to do his work pronto and he promised me he would do that. He found the time to come back and work to rid my yard of those pests when I needed him to do it. He proved to be very reliable and very pleasant to deal with. I sense he was fair in what he charged me for the job, which he did well. I am really glad that I used him. I surely would again in a similar situation.

Ronnie came out and completed an inspection in our home. He gave us good news that we did not have an insect problem. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Although they typically do not deal with our particular problem, they were willing to do an inspection and point us in the right direction. THE best squirrel trappers in the business. My Certified Operator, Ricky M. was able to quickly and efficiently trap 9 squirrels that had set up shop in my ceiling and wall voids. Ricky responded to every single one of my phone calls and texts. He was knowledgable, courteous, patient, and always a pleasure to work with. I would like to thank everyone from the office personnel to the hardworking guys in the field. Take their motto to heart. CALL THEM FIRST! for any and all invasive four-legged furry critters.

Ben has been great with my special requests working around my 5 cats and 1 dog, spraying in one area while the pets were moved another. An APCS customer for 4 years already utilizing their wasp removal, spider spraying, and raccoon trapping services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We came home from vacation to find animal droppings in our house. I spoke with many services and some were unprofessional and others unavailable. Animal and Pest Control Specialists sent over one of their professionals. Ben looked at the droppings and immediately knew it was a squirrel (others insisted it was rabbit, mouse or rat when I texted pics). Ben was smart, kind and professional. He removed the squirrel, figured out how it got in and fixed the problem.

I had the unfortunate experience of having bats (in my attic) and the challenges that come with them. Don and Ben were very thorough in explaining the process and also quoting me the best price. They than proceeded to do first class work in a timely manner, from sealing my house to guano removal. I would highly recommend them to anyone and really appreciated their hard work.

This company is dangerous and does not follow the rules for pesticide application. They fail to properly mark the areas with signage and cause a clear and present danger to human health. I would not recommend this company unless you are looking for a lawsuit!

These people are inhumane. They placed poisonous gas in the ground in Castle Rock to kill hundreds of defenseless prairie dogs. The dogs were crying as they died a painful death. Greed has no boundaries. I would never want this pest control near my home or anywhere else. Now we probably are drinking contaminated water. Do not frequent the promenade in Castle Rock.

Unprofessional and rude. Proper signage, indicating poison used, danger warnings, date applied , etc, were not posted as per state & federal laws, for over 24 hours after the first application.

Great customer service, and a very knowledgeable staff that is very professional. I always prefer to support small businesses when I can, and I was not disappointed. I've used APCS before and they've helped me greatly in removing a total of 6 raccoons in the past . The service is effective and trustworthy. On a recent service, I had questions regarding billing and a policy change on trap monitoring. The owner contacted me personally, explain the situation and remedied my concerns.

We had a terrible problem with pocket gophers that we ignored for too long hoping they would go away. They didn't and we had a larger problem. Animal Pest and Control are experts with what they do and very safety conscious. We have been very pleased with their service. They are extremly dependable and reliable. We recommend them and will continue to use them when needed.
