Gale contracted by Feazel to replace gutters and downspouts. Two man team worked efficiently and friendly, and explained changes from original 2002 product. What's better is they recognized original color i chose didn't look good at all. Fortunately, they did have white products and completed project before noon.

Docks not convenient for a long nose w/53ft trailer. Make sure you slide you tandems all the way forward to maneuver once inside the gate. The unload was fast.

Very quick to unload but dock area sucks. MUST run over curbs to get into dock.

Had a great experience with Gale insulation. Nick was so knowledgable and helpful in explaining our options, and the installation crew couldn't have been more courteous and efficient. They knew I was concerned about our cat getting out so they used a window instead of a door and filled the rest of the opening with their jackets to make sure he wouldn't get out. They covered everything they could with plastic and cleaned up as much as they could after they were done with a room. Of course there's still some plaster dust, but I know how much worse it could have been. They filled each hole with wood and one layer of drywall mud. And our house is noticeably quieter and warmer with insulation!

I used Gale based on Columbia Gas energy audit. They came out in March 2019 and completed my house in a day. Columbia Gas did a followup audit and found Gale missed spots in my walls and didn't do something correctly in my attic. I was told their IR scanner went missing and I had to wait for a new one. I waited for months and finally asked to be billed for their work completed. I was over charged that took a few days to be refunded. Also was promised to come back out to correct their mistakes (two months ago) but never received a call to come out. Sure, I never followed up but after 20 some emails to get to this point, I was ready to be done. Jeff did answer all emails/calls and have to give credit for his customer service but never came back.

Fabulous job with very fair pricing, 5 Stars recommended by Columbia Gas. Reinspection by Columbia Gas after work shows an excellent job.

Gale insulation had been cold calling us to get our business for a couple of years. We finally had contracted with Gale Insulation to do a project for us with a flash and batt insulation. We notified them that they had the project and confirmed our time line. Our sales rep ( James) kept saying they were 2 days out to our supertindent, we still confirmed our dates and once done with inspections called for install. James said they had a sudden rush and they would be 5 days past our date. ( ok busy year for everybody and we tried to be fair). Did I mention James answers phone when coming but ignores your repeated calls to give you any type of updates or time lines. We wait for the 5 days and they do come out to job site. Guys show up and have wrong insulation and said job was not what they were told. ( cathedral ceilings, flash and bat etc/ Even though there was blue prints complete that James had reviewed and bid off of.). They had wrong insulation and were going to do what they could, supertindent on site was working with Gale to get right insulation out to project. They end up leaving and not doing anything that day, we call and call to get updated time line 5 days later still no date and they are trying to get another crew from Louisville ? We could get no updates or timelines from James and would have to call from different numbers to get him to answer. We are now 10 days behind on project and counting. We hired different company at this time, AMAZING we call James and tell him to cancel us because we had found somebody else to complete project and he called back in 10 minutes when he would not call back for days on end after repeated phone calls. Be for warned and call a different company, we are more organized than most companies and set up our projects and if this is tactics to get repeat business I would not want to see how they would treat any body else.
