Jason from Absolute insulation came to give me a quote for insulating my attic. He didn’t bring a tall enough ladder and on his way back down he fell through completely and broke a big chunk of my drywall off where I was left with hot/humid air seeping through into my upstairs for a week until I could have it repaired. He refused to fix it properly or “pay” someone else to come and fix it since he was unable. He even said “well I would have to pay someone to do that and I’m not going to.” I would stay far away from using this company. Very unethical.
