We are so grateful for the outstanding support and professionalism of Romexterra!! We had water damage and needed help in a hurry to keep our home business running, safe and clean. We talked to Marie Sacco who was amazing at problem solving and getting workers here to help. Ismael and Cesar went above and beyond to get things moved, safely cleaned and installed everything needed to get us back in shape! They were very careful and respectful of our property. They assisted my husband with tasks he was doing himself. They were simply the BEST Thank you to this wonderful company for coming to our rescue!!!

Hired Romexterra to help with water damage restoration from a ceiling pipe leak. Mitigation crew was always timely and communicated very well throughout the process. Additionally, worked with Mike O and Belizario on restoration whose team did a phenomenal job repainting and replacing difficult custom crown molding. End result was superb and everything looks good as new!

Tony Mayoral at Romexterra gave me such peace of mind for my mold remediation. Romexterra came out quickly, on time and communicated throughout the process of what to expect and for scheduling. My tenant found mold in her entry closet and was not a small amount. My house is from 1905 and its charm comes with lots of unknowns and yearly maintenance issues. I had to put my tenant in a hotel for a few days and Tony and his team understood my urgency to get her back into a livable space. They were careful with her belongs and took great effort to keep the space clean, asking if they could use her bathroom and always put on booties when in her living space outside of the remediation area. During a very stressful time I did not have to stress about the quality of work and professionalism from Tony and the Romexterra team! Highly recommend!

Last night I noticed a slow drizzle- in my bathroom! After many expletives, I set out to research someone who could fix it. I called 4 places this morning. Three said that there would be a few days wait to start the project, one of which would have charged me to even look at it. I called this company and they sent Luke out to assess (for free) within 2 hours. Luke was very helpful in communicating the next steps, potential problems and a possible scope. They worked with my insurance and started fixing it today! I CALLED THEM TODAY! I will recommend!
