Had a rodent issue in our attic for over a year and finally called Green Rodent Restoration. Scheduling was super easy, fast, and they were able to accommodate our needs without any hassle. Jerry was really helpful and answered all our questions. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, and left everything clean and tidy. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

Green Rodent Restoration did an exceptional job from start to finish. I was looking for a company that used non toxic products to address a field mice issue that we suddenly encountered. I researched several companies but could not find one with excellent reviews that was environmentally friendly. The technician Steve was amazing with his customer service and the team who came out to do the work for 2 full days Isaias, Luis, Fernando and Vladimir did such a thorough and impressive job! Newbie to all things rodents.... found some rat droppings in our basement while putting away Christmas decorations and was DREADING finding someone to come out and asses the situation. I found Green Rodent Restoration called them on Wednesday, (Barbara in the office was SO helpful) they arrived on a Friday to asses the situation. Jerry came and had a plan to get the house cleaned up and the crawl space sealed.. by the following Thursday Martin & Sergio came and spent the day getting the entire space completely cleaned up and sealing all of the entry points. The work was so clean and professional. Even to the point that they made NEW wood covers for a few of the crawl space points because the wood from the original ones was disintegrating. They also set traps and are going to come back in a few weeks to check their work. I believe they have a pretty solid warranty as well if any return visitors make their way back in. They were so professional, super communicative and the work is so top notch. Pricer than I expected but after seeing the work I am more than happy to pay premium price for premium work!

Had someone come for free inspection. He claimed to be the owner. He showed up, I showed him one bathroom with two rat pellets. Told him the attic is the issue and there’s a crawlspace, so I don’t know if they’re coming in from other places. He said he didn’t even need to go to the attic to see the extent of the issue, Nor did he inspect anywhere else in the house, inside or out.<br><br>Demeanor was very unprofessional. Acted like he could care less about being there, but was trying to let me know How extensive and expensive the job would be. Again he only saw two rat pellets on the ground and inspected nothing else in the house.<br><br>However, he was confident that ‘phase 1’ of the job would run 7k 😂. It was a complete waste of time. Needless to say, I will not be using this company. I’m sure their response to this review will be something along the lines of they don’t have any record of anybody coming out to inspect my home or whatever, As I see that is the common response for every negative review on here. In general, anybody should be very aware that most of these companies use fake reviews and lie.<br><br>Just overall seemed very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

We saw a squirrel trapped in the attic, apparently desperately gnawing on insulation and trying to get out via an air conditioning vent. GRR sent 5 workers, who went into the attic, removed & replaced the damaged insulation, showed the tenant a photo of the deceased squirrel, decontaminated & disinfected. They also cut into the AC duct to check for deceased rodents, and replaced the duct. Cleaned up thoroughly, patched & painted drywall. Only small negative: the text alerts of tech on his way weren't sent at the right times, causing temporary confusion. Highly recommend this company.

Steve at Green rodent is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job for me on two occasions. There are an estimated 4 to 8 rats per human being in Southern California. Unfortunately, most homes and attics are not constructed rodent proof and there are multiple ways for rodents to make it into an attic. We evaluated multiple services, including one that had YouTube videos, doing rat dances, but wanted ridiculous amounts of money and left things very open ended. We would’ve spent a fortune with that service. But Steve and his team came, cleaned out the attic, sealed every potential entry point with a mesh, and we’ve been going on close to a year with no recurrence of the problem. His team of workers are extremely thorough, clean, and skillful. They make a difficult job look easy. I also appreciate that they give a two year warranty.

We found you services rather randomly - saw your work truck in the neighborhood and knew we had an issue in our home. We called scheduled an inspection and an estimate to have the work done. You sent a team of 4 to inspect, close up any and all entrance points for rodents. They worked tirelessly for 8 hours - They closed up openings big and small. They were on the roof, and under the house, in the attic and again in all spaces. We'd has a smell/odor coming up from below the floor in one of the bedrooms. You team searched and searched and were not satisfied until they discovered and removed the source!! The odor dissipated almost immediately! Amazing. Worth every single dollar!!

We initially met Noah for our consultation. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He addressed all our concerns and questions and offered great advice. Unfortunately, we had asbestos too. They are contracted with an asbestos company as well which helped. We were concerned about the money but he offered financing so we were able to get both the services. I am so grateful to have found Green Rodent restoration when I did. I had recently purchased a home in Ojai and we discovered after I took possession of it that my home was infested with rats- for likely several years. I employed several companies prior to Green Rodent that were ineffective in assessing and remedying my infestation and frankly had no real knowledge of what is necessary in remediation- I lost about 10k with those companies and still had an unlivable home.<br><br>It was very extensive- rats infested my entire attic and insulation, hvac ducts, and interior walls had to be removed - exterior and interior entry points. Green rodent thoroughly assessed, remediated and restored my home.<br><br>the restoration was costly due to all that it entailed- tearing and replacing walls and beams and ducts- they were very fair, honest and meticulous. I had them out to seal up and clean the underneath of my home. I also had them install 1/8" mesh over all my vents under my home and in the attic for fire prevention (ember prevention). While doing their inspection they found a small termite issue that they referred a great company to take care of. Highly recommend - the quality of work, the professionalism and thoroughness. The service. I received from Green Rodent was excellent. The workers were prompt, professional and thorough in their work.

This company took $5000 from me to rat proof my home but the rats returned every couple weeks later. The one year warranty quickly ran out and now I am out $5,000 with rats. I had major problems with rats in my attic and mold in my crawl space that was a daunting discovery. Edwin and Oscar from Green Rodent went above and beyond what I could have hoped for to ensure the health of my home and for my kids. Edwin did the inspection so I’ll cover him first but then please read on about Oscar, the foreman on the job who was phenomenal also. Green Rodent’s Edwin was the first of five people I had come out for bids- I shared with my family right after he left that I really liked him and his genuine nature and professionalism. I was given a detailed itemized bid so I could see exactly what would be done and how much each thing would cost with pictures of all the problems (they were the only company to give me this detail - let alone a “proper” estimate that wasn’t vague numbers and plans I had to scribble on scratch paper, which was the case from a couple other companies I interviewed. Work day arrives and Oscar shows up with his men who were very professional and polite and each day they worked their butts off and cleaned up everything perfectly. When Oscar would come across unexpected problems he just took care of them and literally o felt he had genuine concern for it being safe and healthy for our family, and takes pride in his work and that of his crewmen. I have had many experiences with issues with my home over the years where I’ve had to hire people to fix and repair things and many have been frustrating experiences. Oscar was so professional and though - I wish I could hire him to do everything I’ll ever need!!

When you have a pretty huge problem with rats at home, you need to choose your company very carefully. We finally went with Green Rodent Restoration for the following reasons: They offered us the best price and for the same service and were the only one to include 2 years of warranty in the price. also Paul was very much helpful from the beginning and spent more than one hour with us to explain and answer questions before we made any decision to choose them. During the process he remained very accessible by text and over the phone even if he was not part of the team who came to do the job. This team was totally informed by him about the situation before arriving to our place. They arrived on time and worked the full day from 8:30 am to 7 pm to complete the job. They were very nice, professional and able to really to cover all issues we had in the garage and in our basement. During the two following weeks it was clear that they had totally block any access for rats to enter the house. Only one rat remained inside and was trapped in the house. the only way for him to survive was to access our kitchen where he met our cat and died when hiding behind a closet. It was during a weekend. We called Paul who came immediately to get rid of him. His team came back a few day later for a follow up. They made sure that rats if still any would had no access to the kitchen and our living spaces. It has been one month since they came and so far formerly infected spaces (Garage and basement) remain totally clean without any activity even during the heavy rain days, when rats are supposed to enter home to protect themselves against rain. I forgot to mention that we live in the hills with a very prolific wild life including Coyotes, Owls and buzzard. It is clear that thanks to Green Rodent Restoration, our place, which was before a refuge has become a blockhaus against rats. I highly recommend this company for those who have to face a serious problem like us.

Two months ago my wife and I heard a scratching noise coming from the attic of our 80-year-old house. Droppings confirmed what we were loathe to believe. I contacted 4 rodent-control companies for estimates. All four estimators found multiple points of entry. Edwin, from Green Rodent Restoration, recommended the most thorough plan to eradicate the intruders at the most reasonable price. On the scheduled appointment day a seven-man crew arrived at 8:30. For the next seven hours they removed our old blown-in insulation, which had been used as cozy nesting spots, replaced all old or missing air-vent screens on the roof, under the eaves, and in the crawl space under the house, sealed off every possible entry point with quarter-inch mesh screen, and lastly installed R38 insulation in the attic. I can't imagine any other company being able to do a more thorough and meticulous job than what Ronnie and his crew did. By 3:30 they had cleaned up and had left. Kudos to Green Rodent Restoration.

They did an amazing job of removing all my attic insulation, trapping the rats etc, then replacing with new. While the price seemed a bit steep, the job was great.

When we discovered a rodent infestation in our attic and basement I called a few places and got a few quotes. GREEN RODENT was the most responsive, reasonable and comprehensive company with the initial experience. We hired them for what was a very extensive job as we live in an old home with small crawl spaces and lots of nooks and crannies. All the old insulation needed to be removed. Paul, Leo, and the team came on schedule every day, were professional, courteous and extremely diligent. They were not going to leave until they removed every last sign of rodents! When the job was complete, they followed up twice to make sure there were no missed spots and gave me great advice moving forward regarding replacing HVAC (the rodents had eaten through it) and when I should re-insulate my home. So far, we have had zero issues (aka rats!) return and have also signed up for the DART monthly maintenance program which is very reasonable and worth every penny AND safe for my pets, thus ensuring the rats don't come back!<br>Thank you for making a difficult situation go smoothly and safely. We wanted to properly insulate our attic with batting insulation and radiant barrier. Contacted GRR and two other companies for quotes. This company was the only one out of three that accommodated our busy schedule and sent a rep on Sunday. The rep inspected the attic, gave us a very competitive bid; team showed up on time and finished the job in one day. We immediately felt the difference the first day. Our heater used to run non-stop after 7pm when outside temperature dropped below 60F. Now house stays around 73F. Highly recommend this firm if you're considering attic insulation which by the way is the best house maintenance expense you can have. It will pay for itself in utilities bill.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I had a rat problem in my house. That was extremely stressful and terrifying experience that could have happened to me. We had a fantastic experience with help with rats that were in our attic. A whole team showed up in hazmat suits and took are of the problem. with numerous follow up calls. Always taking our calls and addressing our concerns! Then the maintenance spraying start and it is a minty smelling spray that keeps the rodents at bay. And boy does it work. David is our rep who comes to spray 2x weekly and he has kinda become part of the family. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer and sweeter guy than him who does the best job in the business. He goes above and beyond and actually cares! Overall we are very happy!!!

The cleaned out all of the old insulation, sealed up all the entry points, made needed repairs and put in new insulation - all in one day. They were neat and courteous and easy to work with. Their employees are clean and considerate of the areas they are working in by covering walls and floors. They are thorough in what they do, whether it is rat proofing or cleaning out attics. Leo and Freddie worked hard and long cleaning out my attic and brought out bags of left over debris from old roofing materials. They laid new installation and did not leave a trace that they were there when they left. I appreciate a contractor that respects my house. I highly recommend this company. They are the only company I saw, when researching, that gives a 5 year warranty on rat abatement services.
