Great job cleaning up..... NEXT TIME I WILL WAIT A FEW WEEK'S BEFORE I POST A REVIEW. TO SEE HOW THINGS WORK ...I ASK COMPANY TO RETURN TO COMPLETE THE JOB TO MY STANDARD ITS A HEADACHE... ROOM AND CLOSET DIDN'T GET ENOUGH INSULATION.

We are so happy with the job that they did! Not only were they thousands less than the competition, but the crew were courteous and went above and beyond cleaning up and explaining to us the different things that they did. Would highly recommend!

They installed insulation under my crawl space and did a horrible job. I called, texted pictures, emailed and sent pictures of the insulation falling down. The 1st thing she did was try to blame me like we would intentionally pulled insulation down. (The audacity.) No response to the text that she ask me to send with pictures. No response to the email with pictures. All I asked was that they send someone to properly attach the falling insulation that I paid them to do to start with. Response is horrible. Customer service is horrible. Insulation install was horrible.. Now I have to pay someone to come do what I already paid them to do.

We called and a representative came out quickly. We thought the price was reasonable for insulating our garage walls and ceiling. They scheduled us to be done within a few days. The crew was friendly and did a nice job. They kept it clean and neat. The job was finished in one day.

USA Insulation completed a project at our residence recently (about 10 days ago) mainly centered on upgrading Attic insulation to R60. They were professional and friendly right from the quotation stage. They always kept their appointments. Helped us with filing Duke Energy rebates. The office manager was responsive and calibrated us the day before the work day with what to expect. The couple of guys who did the work were also very responsive and kept us calibrated on progress. October 29, 2025 USA Insulation of Charlotte installed insulation in my home attic, flawlessly. From the initial meeting on product info with Parker to four (4) days later having the insulation and other products installed the process was stellar and professional. Daniel's crew installed the product, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up afterwards including vacuuming the areas of the house they traveled in, to blowing off my driveway where their vehicle was parked. Amazing experience from start to finish. The Tax Rebate of Insulation Installment ends this year - and, this is the company to perform the installation! Superb workmanship and thank you!

My first contact was with Nicole and Parker. Nicole was easy to reach and she stayed on top of each part of the process from start to finish. Parker was quite knowledgeable. He mentioned things about the attic insulation that three other companies had not mentioned. He also was the first to explain the Duke Energy and Federal Tax rebates. The crew was respectful, friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I am quite satisfied!

Very professional and very fast. They showed up early and got started right away. Very pleased with the work done and noticed a difference in the temperature upstairs right away. Upstairs and downstairs feel very close to the same temp.

They did a great job for me. From the start with Parker and then talking with Nicole for scheduling. The installation crew . Daniel, Mike and Dillion were great they showed up on time and were very informative . They addressed all of my concerns and cleaned up the very little mess there was. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who also helped the crew. I had 3 quotes and by far these guys were the best. I will use them again when needed. Highly recommend.

The crew adding the insulation to our garage was fantastic and the Crew Lead was a great communicator. There was some drywall touch-up that was noticed after they were done with installation. The Owner himself came by to address the concern within a couple days. Very happy with the Service.

This was the second time I've used USA Insulation for my home and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the products. This time we did a full R38 and AC seal up for our attic. They found a distribution box that had air lines disconnected. We basically were air conditioning the attic and losing likely 15-20% of the effectiveness of the unit. Now, our rooms upstairs at the front of the home are now getting air and feeling much better. Thanks to the company for good service.

I need the team to come back out and re-do the insulation because now I'm too cold in the house when it's 90 degrees! But on a serious note, we are so pleased with the team, their professional, communication, and follow up. Everything went smoothly and I don't think I could trust another company to do a job as well as they did. Best of all, my upstairs is no longer going over 80degress in the summer time. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Parker, the sales agent, was punctual, straightforward and not at all pushy. Nicole K, the office manager, was an absolute delight to speak with on the phone every time I called. Not only did USA Insulation’s offer represent the most affordable out of the four quotes I received through Duke, but their service and communication was simply outstanding. After the project was completed, Nicole proactively mentioned that one of the crew had accidentally pushed a nail through the ceiling of a bedroom (from above, in the attic) and scheduled a time to get it fixed. I honestly wouldn’t have even noticed the tiny crack in the ceiling had she not mentioned it. What incredible professionalism. This is a company that treats its customers with incredible respect. The employees are actual human beings with a clear humanism that I did not expect, but which I greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had gotten several quotes for attic insulation but they definitely had the most competitive price and service. Parker and Nicole were our point of contacts there and they provided amazing customer service from beginning to the end. The crew that came in was also super knowledgeable and helpful. I contacted multiple companies to request quotes, one being USA Insulation. They were responsive, Parker came out to the house, provided a comprehensive and competitive estimate. They explained the Duke rebate and a potential tax credit. Nicole did a great job pulling everything together, coordinating and scheduling the work. Everything went just as she said it would. Cassie and her crew showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, executed it seamlessly and left their workspace as clean as is was when they arrived.

A++ service, communication and results! We dense-packed the garage (under the bonus room) and added loose fiberglass insulation in the attic (increasing our R-value). I just had the insulation done last week and i already can notice a difference in how the house feels. what i wasn't prepared for was the drastic increase in noise insulation. previously, our house had NO insulation, and we heard everything - highway a mile away, trash cans, etc.... now the house actually FEELS more stable and the amount of noise makes it feel like a brand new house. its totally weird and we love it. also the bugs (cockroaches) are down near zer0.

We called USA Insulation to insulate a sunroom in our house, that was not insulated properly when it was built. Michael came in and inspected the entire house. The team at USA did a quick and great job with my insulation install. I had insulation that had been severely matted down by squirrels. They added more and wrapped my HVAC to get me the max rebate from Duke. I also had an electrical issue come up during the install and the office team was quick and very helpful with their response.

2/24/2025 USA installed insulation in attic area bringing it up to R40 level. Workers showed up as scheduled, did a very good job and cleaned up after finishing. Highly recommend.

Recently had ancient blown insulation removed and replaced with new blown insulation in our attic by USA Insulation, and got their full air seal service. The entire experience was excellent, beginning with Parker's inspection and quote, and all of the communications and attention provided by Michael (owner) and Nicole (office manager), and the actual long day of work performed by Kassie and the crew. Everyone was professional, responsive, personable, friendly and efficient and the end result is perfect. It makes a noticeable difference in our comfort in the house. Highly recommend this company.

Parker, who gave us a quote for the job, was prompt, courteous and thorough in his estimate and quote for the job. He added about 7-8" of additional blown insulation and they were half of what the bigger guy's charge. The installation team showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was complete. I was very impressed with USA Insulation. From Parker, who did the in-home estimate consultation and Nicole in the office, who were great and easy to work with (Parker pointed out a tax credit I wouldn't have known about, if he hadn't told me). Needed dense packing of insulation above a garage, air sealing of the attic, and additional insulation added to the attic. Crew was professional and efficient. Job was completed in approximately 3 hours. Price was the most cost-effective out of the 7 companies that provided a quote. Great job.

We were in need of adding some insulation in our attic and crawl space. We made an appointment for a Friday morning with USA Insulation for an estimate. First, the salesman Parker, was on time for the appointment, assessed our needs and drew up a very generous proposal. After accepting the estimate he was able to schedule the work for Monday! What a surprise! Monday morning the crew showed up, again on time, and went to work. Kassie and her crew were so efficient. They did everything on the proposal and even replaced an item that wasn’t on the proposal at no additional cost to us. They cleaned up afterwards and had we not had work done you would never have known they were here!! This company comes highly recommended. Oh BTW, if you have Duke Power, there is a rebate available AND the upgrade qualifies you for a tax credit! Unfortunately we have Union Power but we will be taking advantage of the tax credit for sure!!

He never pressured anything and allowed me the opportunity to pick the best option on my own time. I live in an older home and was very explicit with the sales person and owner of what I wanted to achieve. I was a little skeptical and thought I did my homework prior to spending this amount of money. It’s been about 60 days and honestly can’t tell any difference. My power bill reduced by $20 however I lowered the thermostat 3 degrees. My hopes were to be telling everyone what a great decision I made and what a difference it made. At this point I would not recommend this to anyone unless you just have extra money you want to donate to this company! I still have to caulk and paint the hundreds of holes I now have in our home. Very frustrating to feel I was taken advantage of.

Very professional people. Nicole did a really good job in communications. Installers did a great job and when they left you couldn't tell they had ben there. We noticed a difference the 1st night in the temperature in our den. Cuts down on outside noise tremendously. Hopefully we will see some decrease in our power bill as well. I am satisfied with the USA Insulation team from the beginning to the end of the project. They came when they said they would be here for the job. It was a rainy day but they did not leave any evidence of the weather on the floor. They were very cautious about the walls and furniture. They seal the places that needed to be sealed and blew in the amount of insulation they were suppose to and left markers that showed the level they blew into the attic. They were courteous and neat. I recommended them for insulation work.

Ultimate professionals. Chrissy, Michael and Nicole were great. Very flexible and made sure everyone was on the same page prior to work starting. Install crew was polite and courteous. They have a good culture there. Definitely would recommend these folks for any insulation needs.

Had a great experience when we got our attic sealed. Parker was great ti work with for our consultation and Kassey and team did a great job with the install and clean up. Great communication all around and we highly recommend them!

I had My Home done buy this Company. I was So Excited to get this done after meeting the Representative. Once I learned about the Tax Credit that was a Plus also. The Team that installed the Insulation was Very Careful with My Siding along with the Brick work to make it look as if it never happened. The Price was Great and the Saving will be Even Better. I now know My AC Unit will not Struggle like it did last Year. I am So Happy with the Job they did and they Cleaned Up So Well. I Highly Recommend this Company!

After 2+ weeks of having this product installed in my 100+ year old house, I can tell a serious difference inside. My home stays at a comfortable temperature and now has an effective barrier against the outside. I am looking forward to seeing how well it does during the summer months and being able to actually get my house below 75 degrees for once!

Cassie and her crew were great doing our attic insulation. This company was one recommended by Duke Energy as part as Duke Energy energy efficient program. There were other companies recommended, which did visit. The difference was I called for a service within Duke Energy recommendations and the other companies did the evaluation very well, yet with an up sale of what I did request. USA Insulation of Charlotte did not do that. They answered my questions, respected my time, and was friendly. Highly recommend this company!

Micheal and Chrissy are the owners that run USA Insulation of Charlotte, both of which are very personable, very ethical and trustworthy. They honored everything they said for correcting things if issues/mishaps happened. Kassey was their lead installer for the crew and was very meticulous, thorough and very caring. Having our 2200 sq. ft. brick home's exterior walls foamed and our attic blown with new insulation, I will track our monthly power bill for a year and update this feedback. Net/net, it was an overall very positive experience and I know we are better insulated than before!!

Outstanding folks to work with My fist call to Chrissy was midafternoon. Michael happened to be there as I described a difficult insulation job. He showed up at 0800 the next morning to inspect my attic. Had a very acceptable quote in hand several hours later. We set up the date for the required work, Chrissy called the day before, and Michael showed up promptly on time. He completed a very difficult job in a very short period, in time for his crew to show up apply the insulation. Cassy and Jessy laid throw down blankets as they set up the blowin hose. All very professionally, re insulated to code our entire ceiling. Upon completion of the job, all was picked up and swept and put away! I was able to inspect the job when completed and was totally impressed with their completion. Over all, a very very good impression of the entire crew we worked with and will be the first to recommend USA insulation Charlotte to anybody! Professional , courteous and quality people!!

I like to say that I was very satisfied with the service and the crew that performed the work! I highly recommend USA , I had 2 other companies that said because of my vinyl siding they would have to do the blow in from the inside and I would have to remove all the furniture, they came explained the job and did the job in the time frame they estimated! (From the outside) No doubt 5 star

They did a great job with the insulation installation. I can really tell the difference especially today. My heat only runs just a few minutes. It's really quiet in here and it feels very comfortable and warm. They did both my ceilings and walls. Thank you so much for the great job. I've waited for years until I could find the right company to do the job.

Called USA and they jumped at the opportunity to earn my business with a quick visit for an estimate; I had the pleasure of speaking with Chrissy who provided a super-flexible time frame to have an associate out to perform the estimate that fit our needs and was able to get that done last minute. The estimate was fair and I went with USA due to Parker's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Quote accepted and a crew was out within two days time; the crew was top notch. I wasn't on site, but my wife was... they made her feel comfortable in my absence, confirmed and assured her of the work done, cleaned up and were done quickly. A++ .
