Insulation Magic!

We had an excellent experience with Insulation Magic on our attic insulation project. Chris was professional, respectful of our schedules, patient, and extremely easy to work with. We felt completely comfortable having the work completed while we were out of town. He provided photos and updates throughout the day, which gave us great peace of mind. Throughout the project, Chris took the time to identify and clearly explain the underlying issues in our attic, listen to our concerns, and offer thoughtful guidance on the most practical path forward. He and his team were efficient, hardworking, and treated our home with exceptional care. One of our children’s bedrooms served as an attic access point, requiring them to maneuver around multiple pieces of furniture - the room was left in immaculate condition after they finished. Care was evident at every step—floors were protected, wall corners were covered, and each detail was handled thoughtfully. It is rare to find a company that treats your home with the same level of care you would, and Chris and his team truly did. The results have been immediate. Even during a very cold January, our home is retaining heat much better and the heating system is running far less than before. Highly recommend Insulation Magic and would absolutely use them again. Chris from Insulation Magic is exactly what you want in a contractor of any trade. He was not only punctual and professional but also extremely thorough in his evaluation on site. He was quick to hop into the attic and crawlspace to get a detailed look at what our home’s needs were rather than just assuming and not getting his hands dirty. He was very transparent and educational in the fine details of things such as material pro’s & cons, energy saving tax credits, and even offered special ways of doing things to better suit our project’s obstacles. Great guy all around and will be our first recommendation in any insulation needs.

I can't recommend Chris and Insulation Magic enough! From the initial quote, to scheduling, and finally completing the work, Chris's sole focus was providing a great customer experience and delivering exceptional value. He worked to ensure the quote and scope matched my needs and budget. As a DIYer, Chris entertained all my questions and took the time to educate me on the entire project and the benefits (along with any detractors) of each step. This was incredibly appreciated to make me feel confident in the work. He was also the only company that followed up with a phone call post quoting to see if I had any questions (a huge benefit of going with a local company vs a nationally franchised brand). On installation day, him and his team made sure everything was executed to the highest quality. Chris showed me their work at each step (removal, sealing, and then install of new insulation) so I could see the quality and completeness of the job. Chris and team even stayed longer to ensure the entire project was completed to and past expectations! You can tell Chris has a passion for his company's work and that translates to great service and a greater product. 12/10 will be recommending to anyone that needs insulation work done.

My experience with Insulation Magic was excellent. My house is 40 years old and we needed a refresh of our insulation. Chris was fantastic, he was able to promptly come out to give us an estimate. He thoroughly walked us through what we were dealing with and our options. Once we decided we wanted to proceed Chris was able to get us scheduled within the week. The work was excellent, again Chris walked me through everything they touched and showed before and after photos. I highly recommend, pricing was fair, service and communication were excellent.

Insulation Magic was a breeze to work with, from setting up the initial estimate visit, to communication setting up to the appointment, all the way to the work being completed. Very happy with the work done, and would happily use again in the future!

For the sake of my energy bill, I am super grateful for Insulation Magic! Chris and his team got us scheduled quickly and within two days renewed insulation to the attic and crawlspace, applied mold treatment, and replaced and repaired several airducts in our hvac to help improve air efficiency in the house. They were super efficient and respectful as I work from home. Plus, they were even nice enough to haul off some nasty junk that we had lingering in the backyard! Great business and people, would highly recommend.

Chris is phenomenal - he is so responsive, came over to give the estimates for insulating both my attic and the rest of the house. His estimates were straightforward and he gave me different options on how to move forward. He and his team treated my house so carefully - he left it cleaner than when he came! They were also so great with the dogs - so patient! Highly recommend!

Professionally, personable, and did a great job in a quick turnaround! Our upstairs but especially the bonus room over the garage had issues staying at a temperate temperature, so Chris and his team added attic insulation and insulated the bonus room knee doors. We already feel an improvement!

Best experience I’ve had with a home repair/update. Chris and Insulation Magic are amazing. Came over, identified the project, walked me through every step and gave me a comprehensive quote. Late that night I made a discovery in the attic that was out of scope. But Chris answered me with a game plan seamlessly kept the ball moving. He did an amazing job, going above and beyond any expectations I had. Very professional and a huge upgrade to the longevity of the house. The difference is staggering. Can’t say enough about Chris and Insulation Magic. We called for a quote on two areas and they were able to complete the first part of the job same day! They returned the following week to finish the job. Chris and his team were prompt, professional, did a great job communicating and very kind. Chris did a great job in helping us get insulation added into our entire upstairs in about a day and a half. They fully patched and cleaned up everything really well afterwards and we couldn’t be happier with the results and at a very fair price!

I found Insulation Magic through an online search and am so glad I did! I needed to add insulation to the attic and insulate the crawlspace of a 1950’s home. Chris did an EXCELLENT job and embodies the meaning of excellent customer service and professionalism. Did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed and left the property in better condition than he found it. Chris was very easy going and professional. He asked if he could also check the attic insulation which he did. He stated insulation was not adequate but was not at all pushy about adding this to our bid. He added insulation to our crawl space and secured any that was falling.
