Michael Masserang and his crew were professional and courteous. They encapsulated our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. Everything went well and the mold inspectors remarked that one could do surgery down there. Their lifetime warranty gave us a lot of confidence as well.

The Best Service Ever!!! We had Greenserve encapsulate our crawl space and installed a dehumidifier a few years ago. It has been doing a great job. We have had them annually come out to service our dehumidifier (which I would highly recommend) and they did a great, timely job.

I sparingly write reviews, yet my experience with Greenserve warrants a positive posting. My prior experience with really good companies is that most all have a common trait, good people, and Greenserve is no exception. Throughout the process I have delt with good, genuine, knowledgeable and hardworking people. From my initial meeting with the field representative that evaluated our home and provided a menu of proposed solutions, I knew I was dealing with a company with experience in the industry and a keen knowledge of current building science. From there the workers and field superintendent worked diligently to remedy existing issues while installing measures to ensure a quality environment going forward. Throughout the process the office manager helped coordinate work and process payments with accuracy and an extremely pleasant demeanor. When some follow up was requested, the team was back on site with a few final punch list tasks completed promptly and completely. The ultimate results exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend Greenserve.

The crew that this company hires are some of the most polite considerate men I’ve had working in my house. They explain every detail as to what they’re doing. And a huge bonus, they aren’t afraid of my dogs.

Person providing quote was extremely knowledgable and professional. Work began as scheduled. All workers did a great job. Always showed up on time and worked diligently. They were excellent in all aspects. Office staff were great on communication throughout project. I am completely impressed with the job. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Garrett and team were professional and quick to install insulation in our attic (blown) and under our floor (bats). Got three estimates for attic insulation and crawlspace vapor barrier. Greenserve was in the middle but talked with Garrett and he helped me figure out a financially viable option.
