My favorite and cleanest room in my house is my crawl space. Strong work yall!

We used CSB to install a vapor barrier and dehumidifier in crawl space. The project went very smooth. They showed up when they said they would and communicated well before, during, and after the project. We are pleased with the results and would recommend them.

We could not be more pleased with the entire process. The initial assessment of our crawl space was thorough and the process for encapsulation was clearly defined. The work was done on time and considerate of our time and property. The follow-up evaluation was prompt and we have had no concerns. I highly recommend this group.

From the initial meeting with Matt to meeting Jose and Jonathan the installers the whole company was very professional and responsive to my questions. After the work was complete I actually crawled through out the entire crawlspace and their work was absolutely outstanding. The final icing on the cake was the follow up walk through with Trevor who was again very professional and informative. The overall experience was one of the best I have had with hiring a contractor to perform work on my home. These guys rock!!! 😊

Great experience from start to finish with Crawlspace brothers. They explained what was needed, how they would go about fixing the issues, and how much it would cost. They gave me the choice of doing some of the work myself and even of revising the contract I signed if I wanted to. Crawl Space Brothers encapsulated our crawl space a few years ago. There were a few issues with the crew that did the work and they had to come out a few times to get the job done right. But who I wanted to leave a review for is Trevor. We contacted the company a few a weeks ago to check on the de-humidifier and Trevor came out. He found an issue with the unit and then proceeded to come out several more times until he was sure the issue was fixed. Its one thing to have a big project done, its another to support it in the years following. Highly recommended.

They have a new crew that is out there, kicking ass, taking names and getting the job done! Jason, the director or supervisor over all this chaos one of the most professional hard workers that I’ve ever had the chance to come across and his crew did such a professional great job. I don’t think I can say enough good things about them I am very impressed and very thankful for them coming out and doing the job!

We are in a low spot in our neighborhood and had our ductwork destroyed by a big rain. The Crawlspace Brothers installed two sump pumps, a dehumidifier, a French drain around the interior of the crawl space and did a full encapsulation at our home and I could not be more satisfied with their work. It is dry under there now after more rain and the humidity is low. Throughout the time they were working under the house, they were on-time, very professional and just did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, some patrons in today’s society either do not recognize the way in which to use their voice to make an impact either positively or negatively. You can leave a truthful and in some cases negative comment to get resolution with a problem you’re facing. For example: you can read the feedback from customers about this company and be completely befuddled as to why some responses are exceptional good, others very bad. I’m taking the time to highlight my experience because CRAWLSPACE BROTHERS (those mentioned here) you should request for your home. I’ve included photos to further emphasize a job done EXCEPTIONALLY WELL. I’m writing specifically about Christopher Rash and Oliver Vasquez. Rash, during the sales meeting asked all the right questions and answered all of my concerns regarding crawlspace improvement in my home. The leadership and guidance of workmen and quality of craftsmanship and finished product can be tied directly to Vasquez who communicated with me directly. I then discovered he has a work ethic much like mine of doing it right the first time. Vasquez was obviously passionate about coaching and teaching his crew the proper way to do this type of work and behave in other people's homes. It really seemed as if it was his own home. It is undeniably obvious that leading by example and instilling good values and practices in his team not only created a positive and respectful work environment that benefited (most importantly) me! But also employees who are learning to do exceptional work. Vasquez, should be promoted immediately to achieve this high level of service for all customers in my sincere experience and opinion. I think these other negative comments from others wouldn’t exist if they had the team that worked with me! Others workers who deserve mention include Fredy Cedillo, Odenis Dias and Jose Vasquez. I tried calling to set up an appointment for encapsulation and they said they don’t service crawl spaces for modular homes. My home is a two story 2700 sq ft house. A crawl space is a crawl space, no idea why, and no explanation other than, they don’t do mobile homes or modular homes. I was refused service in the Asheville area.

This is a GREAT company to deal with. The people who came out to perform. The repairmen were super nice and did a great job.There prices are really good too. If we get another house and the crawl space needs work we will definitely use crawl space Brothers again!!

Crawlspace Brothers resolved my flooding and ground water issues. They diagnosed and installed a partial encapsulation. My moisture levels are now under control, protecting my home’s foundation and improving air quality. I had consultations from 5 companies, but Crawlspace Brothers’ design was right-sized and at the correct price. They also gave me different options. I was satisfied with the quality of work. The staff were clear communicators. The price never changed.

The price was based on what we needed in our crawlspace without unnecessary work being added. Work was done as stated, on time and at the quoted price. The staff doing the work were friendly and completed the work sooner than expected despite very rainy conditions. We are very happy we choose Crawlspace Brothers to encapsulate our crawlspace.

They did a good job of initial work on my crawlspace several years ago, however since then the experience has been lacking. I called regarding some issues I’d been having with the dehumidifier, the first person I talked to said she could find no record of my address ever being serviced (which for the amount I paid for encapsulation is very saddening), but she would make a note and have somebody else call me back. Waited a while for a call back (around a week), called back again, she said again that they would have somebody call me back that day. I finally did receive a call a few days later, the gentlemen said he would be out that Thursday afternoon. I take time off work that Thursday to be there, the guy (Trevor I think) never shows up. At this point, I am just going to try and do it myself. They offer warranties (including alleged lifetime warranty on their work, separate from the dehumidifier) but I’m figuring they get away with that by simply pretending like you weren’t a client and then never responding to requests for service. Overall an extremely frustrating experience.

Remy did our initial assessment and then spent time working with us to get the estimate down to a price we were comfortable with by proposing where we could find some savings without compromising on the work we needed. There was a hiccup with scheduling but once I raised the issue, they found a time that fit with what we needed, so no complaints there either. Finally, during install, James called me each day to provide an update on the crew's progress, which was extremely helpful since we live out of town. After everything was completed, another person called for feedback on our experience. Overall, we were really impressed with the communication and responsiveness to any concerns and the effort everyone put in to ensure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend.

The Brothers did a great job for us. The initial walk through was educational, our questions were answered and we learned a lot about what we needed and what was not needed. The work was done on schedule, all old materials were bagged and removed. The work looks great, we saw a quick drop in humidity and noticed the mold and smell were gone almost instantly. Humidity continued to drop over the next 24 hours. I would trust them again if needed.

The Crawl Space Brothers did an amazing job on our 3 crawlspaces. They were on time, reasonably priced and extremely pleasant to work with. We ended up getting just a vapor barrier and they didn’t try to upsell us into doing an entire encapsulation, which others have done. We hired Crawl Space Brothers to perform a partial encapsulation of our crawl space. I had numerous companies come out and ultimately selected CSB due to their clear honesty in what we need! Things didn’t go perfectly, but honestly nothing ever does. What DID happen is everyone involved went above and beyond to adapt to the circumstances and in the end, that makes me even happier to recommend Jacob and Trevor!

Our crawl space just got finished and while I don't really know anything about what is good or not when it comes to this sort of thing - I can say the customer service was fantastic! I they were patient and not at all pushy. They answered all my questions and I had a lot. They explained everything to me and I learned a lot. They executed what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. We moved into an older home that had missing/moldy insulation in the crawl space, along with some missing/insufficient vapor barrier. We decided to fully encapsulate the crawl space and are extremely pleased with the work that Crawl Space Brothers did. It’s refreshing to work with a company that communicates as well as Crawl Space Brothers does. They were professional, personable, understanding, and worked with us to make sure our needs were met. The thoughtfulness and care that their crew put forth during installation helped to produce a remarkable end product that certainly gives us peace of mind. They made sure I understood the ins and outs of the dehumidifier during the final walkthrough as well as answered any questions that I had. I don’t foresee needing to reach out to them much, if at all, about troubleshooting but it’s comforting to know that the line of communication stays open after project completion. We used this contractor for our crawlspace and these guys are great! From Matt’s first visit to provide an estimate until the job was completed, we experienced nothing but professionalism and timeliness. We had moisture in our crawlspace of our new home and the builder grade vapor barrier was useless. Since our home is new and the foundation was properly sealed and drainage was installed properly around, all the moisture in the crawlspace was coming from the dirt under the vapor barrier. Rather than up-sell us on a full encapsulation, Matt recommended we just improve the vapor barrier and install a large space dehumidifier. This saved us thousands by not overdoing it. They installed both for us after removing the cheap builders grade vapor barrier. The installers were very professional and clean…and they did an excellent job of cleaning up all scraps and debris before leaving. We hardly even knew they were down there working because they were so quiet, too! Now our crawlspace humidity is maintained at 50 - 55% and the dehumidifier they installed seems to have corrected our issue. But, just in case, they have also followed up with us a couple of times to make sure that the work they did was sufficient. One of the follow-ups was a visit by their project manager to make sure the installation was done correctly and that the dehumidifier was working properly. He also told us what to do if we ever have an issue and thoroughly explained all the error codes we might see if the dehumidifier ever fails…including an overview of the 5 year warranty. Aaron at crawlspace brothers has been extremely responsive and helpful. The price paid for their service was more affordable than other service estimates. When we had an issue arise nearly a year after installation, they had a team come out to resolve the issue in a few days for no charge. Jacob Broussard came out when scheduled, he was professional & very thorough in explaining to me verbally & visually (photos) of what I was dealing with in my crawlspace😥. Needless to say, I ask how soon could their team get started. He stated based on their workload I could expect them in 4 weeks. Considering what my crawl space looked like after seeing the photos & their workload, I felt fortunate it was only going to be 4 weeks. I am so pleased with the completed work on my crawlspace. We chose to go with encapsulation and humidifier, as our crawlspace was staying wet most of the year. Joseph presented a plan and we felt the price was very reasonable for the work that was being done. Kenny and his crew finished this past Friday and my crawlspace looks amazing. Barrier on floor fits snug and all the work is quality and neat. Trevor completed the walk through with us and explained everything so well. Highly recommend this entire group for their professional quality work.

The Crawlspace Bros. team was excellent. They really know their stuff, and were prompt, responsive and thorough. When I needed to modify my work order they were very flexible. Other vendors I received quotes from made me feel like I was being oversold, but Pete, Trevor and the guys are honest about the work I needed.

Before even talking to me about plans down the road he was super thorough and talked to me about everything going on and even talked to me about other things with my house. I contacted Crawlspace Brothers to provide a quote to install an interior crawlspace french drain and sump pump system. Their response to my request was immediate and Joseph R. came to my home, inspected the issues and discussed several options. He was very responsive and accurate with his quote. On the day of installation, the 2 man crew showed up and competed the work very quickly. The install crew were very friendly and provided a good quality job. The crew "boss" Treavor came to inspect the job and make sure everything was done properly and that I was happy with the work that was done. We set an appt for a final walk through the following day and they did a great job go breaking down what they did, how to manage it and even, during the final walk, added some last minute adjustments to make sure everything was ok. I am very pleased with the work done by the team at crawl space bros. I hired them to encapsulate my crawl space. They were out to provide an on-site estimate within a couple days of first contact. The price was fair. Communication was great. The installation team completed the job in under a day. Not only did they do a quality job on the installation, they left the job site spotless. After the installation, they contacted me a few times to ensure I hadn’t run into any issues. I would definitely recommend using them.

Crawlspace brothers did a fantastic job adding a French drain, vapor barrier, and sump pump to my crawlspace. They walked me through the overall process and timing. I wanted to wait a little bit to write this review of the work done on my crawl space to ensure everything checked out and quality was there after a month or so. I am pleased to say that everything is working well, the humidifier is doing its job and my crawl space is at optimal temperatures. Everything is nice and insulated and I have no issues with a damp crawl space anymore. The team was very professional and pleasant to work with. Pricing was fair compared to other quotes I received. The lead times were also quicker than other quotes I received too. I would definitely recommend giving them a call!

Our experience with Crawl Space Brothers was nothing short of phenomenal! From the very first interaction, everyone was extremely helpful. Kal came over and explained all of the issues with our crawl space and answered all questions without hesitation. Once the estimate was accepted, Chris contacted us right away to get us on the schedule. On the day of, the crew arrived on time and worked so hard from 8 am - 8 pm on SUCH a hot/ humid day. The crew ended up finding more mold than initially expected, so they came back the following day to continue the job. FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED! That is exactly how we felt BEFORE our service from Crawl Space Brothers! My wife and I were frustrated and disappointed after a routine termite inspection identified mold, mildew, biofilm, disintegrating insulation, and standing water in the crawlspace of our new (2 years old) forever retirement home! We also learned this is why some of our hardwood flooring was 'cupping' or separating. We did a lot of internet research, watched YouTube videos until the wife said "No More!", spoke with many experts, and interviewed and received proposals from six (6) candidate firms to perform the remediation work. It can be a significant investment, so as an often DIY guy, I considered that option as well. After having several quotes for encapsulating the crawlspace in my old house and having a sump pump installed, I decided to go with crawlspace brothers since they outlined everything perfectly and didn't try to sell me any service I did not need. They had everything done in less than 3 days in my very tight crawlspace and everything looked super good. Happy with the quality of the work done down there. I also appreciated the followup visit just a couple days after the work was complete!

The Asheville office of Crawl Space Brothers encapsulated our crawl space and installed foam insulation and a dehumidifier. Marcus did a very good job selling their services without overdoing what was needed, and communication was excellent. He was able to answer any question we came up with and responded quickly. Finn and Keenan worked diligently to complete the tedious job, and Marcus jumped in to help finish things; teamwork and mutual respect were apparent. In spite of some issues they had to smooth out and a long commute, the job was completed neatly in less time than originally expected. After having some water accumulating in the crawlspace, I contacted Crawlspace Brothers and they blew the other companies out of the water. They gave me a great deal and were able to come out much earlier to do the work than what some other companies could come just to get a quote done. Joseph was great to work with, he let me know exactly what I needed to fix our issues and didn't try to sell what I didn't need. The workers came out on time, they were very nice and did a great job! After the installation of the sump pump, encapsulation, and dehumidifier I did have a question about extending the sump pump water line. They were out the next day, no questions asked. Chris answered all my questions promptly before, during, and after the install. He came out after the job was complete to make sure everything looked good and answer any other questions. He was a real pleasure to work with as well! Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone!

We had a really great experience with Crawlspace Brothers Joseph and Chris made sure to keep us updated throughout the process of our encapsulation. The made sure everything was properly handled and taken care of efficiently. Mario was kind enough to stop and let us fix our leaking pipes and was available right away to finish up when we were ready again this house needs a ton of work and it might still be falling apart as I type this but I'm glad this step was simple. We had actually tried to book a job with another company and after they continued to flake on scheduling or giving even concrete information we decided to look around again. We found a few other companies but Crawl Space Brothers were the complete opposite of our previous experience. They were very communicative, answered all our questions, showed for consultation on time, showed up to do our encapsulation as expected, and even checked the work afterwards and walked us through what to expect and when to call for the warranty if needed. They were easy as could be to work with. I feel I could call them right now and they’d be just as great post-job as they were trying to make the sale.

What an amazing company and group of people! I am so happy I chose Crawlspace Brothers! After moving into our new home we started to notice a musky smell that got stronger during the warmer months. We eventually found out it was being caused by mold growth in our extremely humid crawl space. We had a basic black vapor barrier already down there but it wasn't doing anything substantial to control humidity, which was getting up to 70%. When I called Crawlspace Brothers I talked with Joseph and Chris. They were amazingly kind and patient with all the questions I had. They walked me through the solutions, broke down all the details and pricing and gave me some good recommendations on what I may or may not need in order to save me money on the project. I ended up going with a full encapsulation of my crawl space with a dehumidifier for less than what other companies were charging for a partial encapsulation. It saved us a lot of money. When it came to installation, their crew was fast! Everything was done in one day. The last few weeks since installation we've noticed a huge change in how our home feels. The humidity levels in both our home and crawl space are no longer a problem. They stay at 50% or less, depending on the day. Our wood floors don't feel moist any more, the air feels more crisp and clean and that musky smell is completely gone! I've also noticed an improvement in the entire family's allergy symptoms. The whole team from Matt to all of the workers who did the encapsulation and electrician were all great to work with. The job wasn’t actually schedule to later and they were able to come and do it a lot sooner . Any thing that I wanted adjusted or changed the whole team was more than willing and very accommodating . We received a quick response for an inspection of our crawlspace. There had been a high moisture level and some fungal growth starting. The solution of totally sealing the space and vents and installing a dehumidifier was done professionally with good quality materials. It only took one day for completion. They arrived promptly at 8AM and worked hard all day. The crawlspace was so clean after, it looked like you could eat off the new sealed floor. We were extremely satisfied with this job.

This young company has a old school mentality they arrive when they say, the supervisor Matt was here for the beginning to the end the workers were kind and considerate. The workmanship is top notch very happy we took the chance would have never gotten the great price and amazing customer service from one of the big-name companies. We renovated our whole home and had all kinds of contractors in and out of our home crawlspace brothers were by far my favorite group to work with.

It’s the South, and between the normal heat and humidity, our crawl space has been a source of constant dread. When inspection revealed mushrooms growing in the murkiness and wood decaying fungus, we knew we had to bite the bullet and get professionals to do proper crawl space work. I used Crawl Space Brothers to completely remove all the nasty insulation, (damp with mold & mildew) scrub the fungus off of the wood surfaces, repair a compromised floor joist, put down a heavy vapor barrier, and install a crawl space dehumidifier. I chose Crawl Space Brothers after comparing them to another local company. David from CSB gave me three options of protection, the other company one. When I asked him what the price would be to tweak the middle option to compare to the other estimate, he happily gave me a fourth quote, which was a little less than the other company. Matthew, a different “brother”, and another man (Jason?) did the work. They were meticulously tidy, always checked with me to see if it was alright to store any supplies on site, and were good with my two dogs who managed to sneak into the work area a couple times. Matthew kept me up to date with the progress and made good on his promise that the dumpster would be gone before my Halloween party, in fact the dumpster was only in my driveway three days. The electrician wasn’t able to do his work until a few days after the other work was finished, but I was not inconvenienced by any of the work. In fact it wasn’t necessary for me to be at home for any of it. A month later, we are very pleased with our clean and fresh crawl space, and are happy to no longer have the “what’s going on down there” thoughts in the back of our heads. While this isn’t an area of the house you ever think about spending money on, it’s such a peace of mind to know the crawl space will no longer be damp and nasty again.
