Daniel has been great throughout this process of me finding water damage and then having to have the bathroom walls, vanity and mirror taken out and the living room walls cut out. This is not my first rodeo, I have had other issues that required me to engage work with other restoration companies and I will say that you need to do your homework when problems arise… I have had to deal with significant issues during projects, and later found out that shoddy work was done.<br><br>Daniel and Jeff did a great job, came out on a Sunday when another company responded that they would try to get to me Monday when I had an out of town work trip. A thorough assessment took place, great communication with our insurance adjuster, and everything was clearly explained. Fastidious about quarantining the work area through the drying and demo work.<br><br>These guys rock!

We had a bathroom water leak that impacted our Master bath and downstairs living room area. Jeff was out quickly and on the same day was able to get dryers started. Jeff provided a very detailed layout, water levels, and damage by end of the day and sent directly to my insurance company for approval. Voda completed the demo, mold remediation, and daily checks. Voda is an amazing company! We cannot recommend them highly enough! The house we are trying to sell had old - and I mean OLD - residual cigarette smoking issues. The original owners - who lived there 20 years - smoked all over the house. Four years later, after removing furniture and closing up the house, the old odor began seeping out to the point that prospective buyers were turned off by the smell. Our attempts to mitigate it ourselves did nothing. Finally we called Voda after reading many positive reviews. We were impressed from the start with Sandra's friendliness and obvious expertise about our issues. We hired Voda, and they went right to work first cleaning the vents and then doing a complete scrub down of EVERYTHING, followed by thermal fogging and Ozone treatment. Our old tile floor was polished and cleaned. But that was not all they did. They also brought in a handyman to fix several issues such as broken blinds, missing toilet paper holder and missing lights. On their suggestion we hired a window cleaner who polished the outside windows to a sparkling shine. Communication was A++++ with Sandra who answered all our questions within minutes. And best of all: the house no longer smells! We are now hopeful that we can sell it. Thank you, Voda!

After this torrential rain storm that we had a little over a week ago my place was flooded. I live on the first floor of condo unit and all of the five units on my side of the floor, we’re also, flooded. My insurance company said that they would send out mitigating company, but the company said that they never received a request after several phone calls To both my insurance company and this Mitigating company,. I was at my wits end and didn’t know which way to turn so I asked my neighbors who they used and they gave me the information to contact Voda.<br>Near tears and extremely upset after going back-and-forth for hours on the phone between my insurance company and the company, they said they were gonna send. I took matters into my own hands and called Voda. I explained my situation and within moments Jeff, who is the President, called me back and told me to open my door that he was there. It was like a tiny miracle for me because I just didn’t know what to do.<br>Jeff came in smiling and reassured me that he would be able to take care of everything for me. He gave me thumb nail Review of what would need to be done and he reassured me that everything would be OK and that he would be back tomorrow with his equipment.<br>The next morning he was here with the dehumidifiers and the air purifiers and set everything up for me so that my place could dry out. He was always extremely pleasant, very professional with a friendliness and an honesty that set me at ease.<br>If you need a mitigating company for water damage plus his company does other cleaning techniques for grout, carpet, furniture, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact Voda because he is a genuine, honest, kind person that cares about each person, each situation and works with you!

I was tired of looking at the ugly brown marks (from water damage) on my ceiling, and decided to do something about it. I googled "ceiling repair" and found Voda. So, I called them and they came out to inspect my ceiling. It had to be tested for asbestos- luckily, it came back negative. But there was mold! I was really disappointed because I knew the project would take several days to finish. The Voda repairmen were very thorough, courteous and answered any questions.. They did. a great job!

So grateful to know Jeff and his team! Their 24/7 emergency response is vital when someone has a water issue or fire. I highly recommend them!

Voda is where it's at! When my downstairs flooded with category 3 water (the really geoss stuff) it was a NIGHTMARE with the insurance company to try and get them to pay for everything. Voda deals with the insurance company in the BEST way possible and can fight that battle for you. Absolutely incredible.

We used Voda’s professional services on June 4, 2025, for mold removal and remediation. Such a bummer to have discovered mold behind two shower enclosures while we were remodeling, but Voda came in and saved the day so we didn’t fall too far behind schedule with the remainder of trades needed to finish remodeling! (And, thankfully for us, the mold was caused by tile not being sealed in the shower niche where shampoo/bottles/soaps are placed - the mold wasn’t from a plumbing issue.)<br><br>One thing we found out while searching for a mold remediation company is that pricing is all over the place here in the East Valley. And after speaking with a few realtors, it became clear that not everyone can be trusted to do the work well.<br><br>For our specific situation, we weren’t sure if the mold had spread under the concrete floor of the showers. Two other companies said there was no need to remove the concrete flooring; however, Voda’s estimator video conferenced with his remediation crew during the free-estimate-walkthrough and they were certain it needed to be removed in both showers. Voda was right - the concrete shower floors needed to be removed so the subfloor could also be treated.<br><br>Voda was not the least expensive, but they were the most thorough and inclusive of all work needed to be done — and when dealing with mold removal/remediation, as a homeowner, you want to know it’s gone.<br><br>Voda’s workers are certified and they treat your home as if it was their own (possibly even better because it was incredibly clean when they left!). Also, an unrelated, third party environmental company tested the two shower areas after Voda was finished — and our shower areas passed the tests!<br><br>Voda works with insurance companies to help you if you have a claim, and they also work directly with homeowners (like us) when it’s not covered by insurance.<br><br>Given Voda’s other excellent reviews online, we can agree with all the other 5-star reviews. We highly recommended Voda’s professional services!

Had my carpet cleaned in a super professional way. I have had my carpet cleaned by other companies and they do not stand up to Voda. Voda had the latest equipment way better than others. Two people to clean and the owner showed up to make sure I was happy with their service.

Nothing is more upsetting to be alone in the house at 2 am and to hear water pouring from the ceiling. Then standing there watching your house flood and having no idea who to call and to help get the water out and remove the damaged walls and ceilings.<br><br>My Google search pulled up Voda cleaning as an option. I’d like the fact, they only had five star reviews and 142 of them. I called at 2:30 AM and got a voice message. I called again at 5:30. AM. and the call was picked up by the owner Jeff. At 9 o’clock in the morning, Jeff and Dean were there to start working on my project. It was such a relief, I was no longer stressed, because I knew my house was in good hands.<br><br>Jeff, Dean and Francisco were wonderful. They let me know what was going at all times. It was very easy to schedule to fit my timeframe. Francisco and Carlos arrived on time and reviewed the project scope with me. The quote was as expected, I did add a service and the cost was discussed before the work began. Great care was taken to protect my home and furnishings as they ran the hose to the specific areas to clean. The tile and grout were really clean, I could see a difference as they moved through the room. They had fans on an area I wanted resealed as they finished other area to ensure the seal would be applied properly. I would recommend VODA to everyone, and I will use them again when I have a need.

I was very pleased with both Fransisco and Santiago's work. They kept me aware of the time of arrival and worked very quickly. Edit - Jeff and Francisco spoke to me more about the miscommunication and rectified the price. That, on top of the excellent work and I am changing to a 5 star rating.<br><br>I spoke to the local supervisor who gave me a quote for carpet and tile cleaning. The tech showed up and gave me a price close to $100 higher. Their reasoning was the carpeted area was bigger than their max allowed size. Even though the rooms are all within the max size that I was told. So, basically I was lied to when given the quote and then charged more when they arrived. Don’t ever tell the company that you’re moving into the house in a few days. Apparently they will take advantage of the time crunch. This is on top of them not showing up to my originally scheduled appointment and having to reschedule. On the bright side, Francisco and his work are awesome!

I was able to schedule a next day appointment with Voda. I specifically mentioned during the initial call that I needed 3 area rugs cleaned, which all have lingering dog urine odor and it is causing my house to smell. They recommended me to get the deodorizing treatment, which I did. The tech was super nice and efficient. There was still an overall urine smell, but he said the urine smell won’t be noticeable once the rugs fully dry. It has been a few weeks since the cleaning and, unfortunately, the urine smell is still there.

We had an issue arise on the job and was able to get Jeff out within two hours to start handling the major issue with the water. They have been super responsive to every phone call and able to communicate clearly I would highly recommend. Being a business owner myself very rare these days to find people that do what they say when they say.
