Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

We had a quick conversation today about how black widow webs tend to be more sticky than those of other spiders. Also - I appreciate getting scorpion glue traps - they help a lot!

Been having seasonal sprays done by Truly Nolan for something near 7 years since we bought our home, the techs are always really friendly and we haven't had any issues with pests.

I highly recommend Truly Nolen for Termites and Pest control. Jake came out for the termite inspection since I had termite trails beginning on my living room ceiling and a bedroom closet ceiling. Jake was nice and very knowledgeable about termites and treatments as well as costs. perform pest control and he does an excellent job and gives superb customer service. He was very thorough on his termite inspection of the house inside and out. My termite removal and treatment was scheduled within a week. The technician who performed the treatment and removal was excellent, friendly, professional and efficient. I will continue using Truly Nolen.

Kyle did an excellent job superb in fact! Very polite seem to get in all the nooks and crannies of my home and garage and around the house. My dog even liked him. Very professional And knowledgeable.

The Truly Nolan technician (Jerod) did a great job with the termite inspection. He also did the termite extermination last year. No termites were found this year. He provided detailed explanations of the process he follows and we are very happy with the good service.

This tech, Ben Elliot has been to our home several times. He is always pleasant and responsive.<br>I do think truly nolen is a little more expensive than other companies but feel their responsiveness to ad hoc treatments and overall, technicians make it worth it.

Any corporation that's going to use an outside call service out of country and not use Americans is not worth my business as soon as I move I'm no longer going to be using truly Nolan I've used them for over a decade but they've never had an outside call service until recently and now that I know my decade long service will be finished.

Hadn't been a customer until a termite warranty was transferred to us with the purchase of a house. The warranty was honored and the work performed with just a phone call that we suspected the little stinkers were feasting. The tech, Elliot, was timely, a good communicator, thorough, hard working, and just a pleasure to be around. He's made a couple of visits in the intense heat and hasn't complained or taken shortcuts. I wish I could encounter more people like him and he's the reason I'll be happy to refer friends to Truly Nolen.

This man gets a 0 there are no stars. The man who showed up was rude I showed him pictures of a spider. I told him about the flying insects and the nest that they were making in our doorbell he said they don't deal with flying things. I asked him to put some of that powder down for the scorpions he said he would and he didn't. All he did was spray around the house and then go sit in his truck after he told me he would take care of the things. I do not want this man to come back to my house he doesn't do his job.

As a person who is scared of bugs , as soon as I saw a scorpion on my property I frantically called around to see if anyone could service my home the same day. With little babies and a curious dog, I was super stressed out. The technician Jon was patient , informative and friendly . He went above and beyond educating me about how to keep my family safe and was extremely thorough about products he was going to use and how it would effect the pests that I was desperately trying to get rid of. Jon was also on time professional and very polite, he even called ahead of time and read my do not knock sign on my front door he followed directions and called instead .<br><br>Please send him every time! Jerod and Truly Nolen have been protecting my property from all things possible for roughly 5 years. We take pests prevention quite seriously and have their complete protection.. I have tried several different pest control services. Hands down, Truly Nolen is the best. I was very concerned when they closed the Mesa office, however, there was little impact. I can’t say enough about the TrulyNolan team that is working on my property/home. Jon Moshier, Evan Klees, Jim Goff. Everything from pest control to rodent control. A HUGE rat got inside my home and I was freaking out. I was face to face with it this morning. Cornered it in my bathroom closet. These creative guys rigged up a “catch system” and caught it!! Was ready to move to my daughters for fear of another encounter. They put out extra traps and will then sanitize everything. Closed off all possible entry points. All three of them went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in my new home again. They will also be coming out several times to check traps and make sure everything is safe, clean and unwelcoming to unwanted pests of all sizes. Thanks guys! I TRULY am a happy homeowner this morning thanks to these guys.

Mitchell by far has been the best since Richard left we could see he took his time and explained his findings. Still have a lot of pigeons and had talked with Sam about 3 years ago about putting up spikes but never heard from him since! So I hired another company and very happy.

The Pest control performed by technician was good work. The tech was on time, and was meticulous in his performance of his duties. This review is for Tom Mangum, Truly Nolen Termite Inspector. Tom came out to our house on 1-24-25. I had seen a couple of termite tubes hanging from the kitchen ceiling. After he saw those tubes, he looked all around for different sources, to see where they might be coming from - even outside. (We have been dealing with termites for years, and have the interior and exterior<br>policies.) Sure enough, Tom found a potential source of termites outside. I never would have thought to look out there, because it's where the house meets a concrete slab, and you can't see the foundation. But leave it to Tom, he crouched down low enough and was able to see those awful tubes! He took care of everything that day and even found another tube on the foundation in a different location which I had not noticed. Tom is the greatest termite tech we have ever had in the over 20 years we have been with Truly Nolen. His work and determination should not go unnoticed. I hope this is the case. He also has a great sense of humor especially when I teased him about his name being almost like Thomas Magnum, like that old tv show, Magnum P.I. with Tom Selleck. He said he gets that a lot! A great tech, a great person - Tom Mangum - a GREAT termite inspector.

Mitchell Leonard was great. He knocked and introduced himself (he is new to my house) and my 2 extremely needy spoiled bassets. We talked about a little issue I am having inside with silverfish and how to resolve. He treated the outside gave me some sticky boards and a plan to move forward next quarter. We thought he was just great!!!! I have been with Truely Nolan for over 30 years. I have never been disappointed.

My parents used TN when we lived in Tucson back in 90s-00s. I've been using TN since I bought my first home in 2020 in Mesa. There is no one else I'd prefer service from. I've had a few techs in our 4 years here, buy Gary B is my main tech and he's the man. Always diligent to answer or help solve any issues. Anything that gets by you guys is just cat toys at that point...lol. Thanks a bunch team and thank you Gary for doing the work.

We have been customers of Truly Nolen since 1986. They have treated our home and have done an excellent service.<br>While treating an infestation of ants in our master bathroom area, the plastic gallon spray bottle of ant spray (placed on the floor)<br>spilled its contents on our tile floor, near the vanity sinks. Gary cleaned up the spill as best he could.<br>After he left, I tasted a metallic taste in my mouth and immediately called Jim Goff,<br>the Chandler Branch Manager to discuss<br>the situation and concerns.<br>Within the hour, Jim sent out Matt Willis to clean the area thoroughly. Today I had Tom come for Termite treatment. He was so professional,respectful and very knowledgeable and explained everything, I would totally recommend his service. Brian from the Chandler office provided exterior services today. He is always friendly and courteous. The first question he asks is, are there any problems? He is interested in our feedback.<br>I did discuss with Brian another service Truly Nolan provides, but went with another company because of price. This might have been "my bad" after he respectfully explained the difference in the quality of the service to be provided.<br>I will gladly continue our services with Truly Nolan. Michelle is our technician for termite extermination services. She has impeccable craftsman skillsets. She is knowledgeable of her trade, answered all my numerous questions and tidy's up the area before leaving. She did an excellent job. The representative who initially came out to do the inspection and give us a quote was on time and thorough. Truly Nolen has been taking care of our termite control since 2013. We had the full termite treatment and have been renewing the extended warranty annually. Last week we had signs of termite activities in one of the bedrooms. Rick Stabile was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and thorough. He gave detailed explanations and answered all of our questions. He was able to treat the affected area right away and told us to call the office for any signs of new activities within the next 6 weeks. He did the inspections inside and outside the house and will give us quotes for touch up /soil treatment around the house. Highly recommend Rick Stabile.

I've been using Truly Nolen for the past year for termites and I've never had a single issue. I bought a house last year that had a small termite problem and they got rid of the problem for me. The people there seem to be skilled and know how to do their jobs. I have since then added their general bug control to my house and I'm happy with it. I would like to bring kudos to both Marty and Adam. Both men have done a wonderful job and I am impressed by how well they can do their jobs.

Great friendly service! Everyone I have spoken to has been very professional and made me feel like a valuable customer. Tyler was amazing at helping us get rid of some critters in our home and we are so thankful. My dog is somewhat of a knuckle head so he gets himself in tricky situations so therefore I had some questions about certain products that were used and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions, in a very comforting and kind manner. The manager took my call very seriously and was full of helpful information and was so kind to follow up with me the next day.Overall I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with pest problems.

I recently moved and planned to continue with Truly Nolen as they were amazing at my previous residence. They have been incredible at my new home. They came out timely and promptly to provide a new quote. Got me on the schedule to spray the following day. As we began moving more furniture in to the home we saw our first ever scorpion! We've been a Truly Nolen customer for around 9-years and most of that time has been covered by Mark as our technician. I just wanted to share with you that Mark P is absolutely the best. He is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and thorough. He never misses an incursion anywhere on the property and has been extremely effective in maintaining perimeter over the years. The few times where we did have a breach, he reacted quickly and took care of the issue. Beyond his superior service and expertise, his demeanor is always friendly and courteous. Brian and Chris have been phenomenal!!! So responsive, so punctual, so professional! We have been with other pest control companies in the past but weren’t thrilled with their service or responsiveness. I only give 2 stars, you ask why?? Well... the guy who came was very polite. But, their product sucks what ever they use to exterminate honestly don't work we spent 1,000's of dollars to have our home sprayed for spiders, crickets for the scorpions, and more and then it seamed as once they sprayed we were seeing roaches. Each time we called for issues it was an easy 300 to 400 dollars each time cause what they use don't treat everything it only treats one thing at a time. Our home is clean and we're very frustrated that we have these issues. Our home has been just recently treated with in the last few months and this is what we are still dealing with. ( see photo)
