Marshall Insulation

This company came out to my house to add insulation years ago and I just found out today they lied and did not use the proper insulation. They said they were putting in fiberglass and they did cellulose instead. Don’t trust this company.

These guys start service at 6:30 in the morning, disturbing the neighborhood with their extremely loud truck equipment.

I’ve had to use this company twice for warranty work through my home builder. This company is atrocious to deal with! Marshalls, if you’re reading this I’m sure you don’t know what atrocious means… it means you guys are horrible at customer service and lack any intelligence in reading your work orders.<br><br>I will only be using this company per my builder for warranty work. But I will never, EVER, recommend or use them for anything else. These people could mess up breathing if it weren’t involuntary.<br><br>Work order was sent in and plainly stated to bring an IR scanner to check for hotspots, as THEY’VE already had to replace missing insulation in part of the house before. They show up without the scanner, then ask us to put holes in all of the concerned walls to prove that there is or isn’t insulation. They did the same thing last time too. They knock on the walls and swear that it’s a tried and true method in proving if there is or isn’t insulation… again, they’ve done this before and said the wall had insulation, but it most definitely didn’t….hence the reason they had to put insulation in it.<br><br>Anyways, horrible company, horrible work, horrible customer service, not competent at all, and lack any sort of quality work ethic. Please look else where for an insulation company!

I have had 3 appointments set up with Marshall Insulation to come fix an insulation issue in my bathroom. They have not shown up 3 weeks in a row! No call, no nothing. No explanation and my bathroom is not useable until they come finish the job. How much longer is it going to take?? How much more time am I going to have to waste waiting around for a company that doesn’t show up?? I do not recommend them if you want anything done in a timely manner! Worst!

Really great experience for me as a homeowner to deal with. Received great advice from Monte who came over, inspected and listened to my needs. I found the bid to be fair and had the work completed by a excellent installer. I would use them again!

If you like to wait for contractors to show up all day without communicating to the customer at all, this is your business. This company has not showed up 3 times after scheduling times to do the work and then showed up unannounced wanting to do the work but we we’re leaving out of town. Plan on taking a lot of time off work if you’re planning to use them. Obviously the customer is not a priority to the company, horrible company not sure why anyone would recommend this company. Thanks for wasting my time off work.

I had radiant barrier and needed a special company to install in the attic. Marshall Insulation and others bid on the job and because of the way Jeff Metzger presented the quote and bid is why they were chosen and they did a great job at a equitable price. The team was courteous and conscience. Our home is close to 20 years old and the builder did the bare minimum with our poor initial insulation . Marshall came in reviewed the attic and Jeff Metzger and team came through. Great job Marshall Insulation.

Amazing people! They are clean, friendly, always answer their phones, on time, they did a great job! My home is so much cooler and no more hot spots in the house. Worth Every Penny !!!

Great place, professional and they get the job done

5 stars is for their new production manager dave! My husband's business has been using these guys for blinds for a little over a year, these are alot of problems I have had dealing with Mike previously as well as hope and believe they may have been family as well as may have heard that the new hope us also got family toes which leads to liabilities in any company. I wish the owner would see what's going on here so the good guys like dave and the gentleman who has come to Tucson several times on our jobs as well as one one other (sorry idk t know their names) could work in the environment we provide our workers. However the two very loyal to your company. I have had had to play a lot of catch up since Mike in getting my jobs filled but dave has made sure we are happy using his guys for our blind needs. Thank you dave again you have really hustled along with your two guys and will continue our business with you for the tough times we have put you through!

Not good

If you show up with a long truck you’ll want to enter from Potter Street and go through the driveway for the business next door. It’s tight but you can squeeze a truck with a 53’ trailer in there.

Straightforward and easy process to add insulation to my attic. Got SRP rebate nice and easy

Would not use again. They did squeeze us in for a top up of insulation in our attic, due to a quick close on the sell of our house. I was told by their sales rep that I would be told the time for the insulation on Friday as they were coming out on the Monday. I heard nothing until Monday at 5am when I recieved an email that said they would be there between 9 and 10am. The guys arrived at 7:45 am, my family were not even dressed at this point. I went to pay the guys doing the work and they refused the money and said the office would call us. I had cash waiting to pay the bill. So I emailed the sales rep and asked how I was to pay? I heard nothing until end of business Wednesday when we got an invoice from accounting asking for a check or payment online. I responded to this email saying that we were not told that we could not pay cash. Also complaining about the lack of communication from the sales rep. Guess what? I heard nothing back. Really! Obviously they do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. While my issues were frustrating and minor, I still think it was bad service. I would never use again.

They excepted temporary empolyment

Marshall Insulation took 3 days to finish my shop in Queen Creek and it turned out perfect! The Crew was on time and efficient. The best part of the entire project was the lead had pride in his work. Thanks again guys you really made a difference and will recommend you to others.

Not honest. Sales guy came to our home, gave us a quote and discussed payment terms. We agreed to pay half before the job and half when the job was completed. The next day he calls and says you either have to pay in full or pay half now and we put a pre-lien on your home for the balance. We did not want to pay in full until the job was completed, so we paid half. He also said that by the time they came out and did the job, the pre-lien would probably not even be processed and if we paid the balance, there wouldn't be a need for it. The very next day, we receive the pre-lien for the entire amount of the job! Anyone who has to do business this way is just not honest. I would never hire them again.
