Lunar Pest Control

They came to spray bees that have been swarming people coming to buy our home possibly costing us a sale. I have been texting and sending videos with no response. The bees are still there and they are ghosting me. I was recommended to use these guys because Bullwark didn’t do anything for bees. Really wish I could get rid of these. Maybe I can have my credit card company do a charge back on their merchant account since their treatment didn’t work. Update: They won’t come back and deal with them without charging $700 to do a full removal as their sprays don’t appear to work.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Jacquie and Levi and the service experience we had with Lunar Pest. My wife and I had a rodent issue crop upon in our townhome, and they couldn’t have been more professional and thorough when going through our home and conducting their inspection. They were attentive to our issues, took the time to thoughtfully answer our questions, and were solution-oriented in their approach. They even made themselves available to us after their inspection was complete to answer any follow ups via text, providing a level of promptness they didn’t necessarily need to extend us.<br><br>That’s what customer service looks like and we could not have been more pleased with what we received when taking advantage of their free inspection. I hope we don’t have to call them again, but if we do, my wife and I will be calling Lunar Pest without hesitation.

We had to call them out to deal with a rodent in our garage, which they took care of in no time! I have been using Lunar for a year now and they always do a great job and communicate when they will be arriving for my appointment. Today I received a call from my tech, Jacquie because she was having an issue with getting my gate closed. This wouldn't seem like an issue to most but she saw I had a doggie door on my property and called to see if there was a pet in the home as she was worried about the potential for them to get out. Not only did she offer to place something against the gate to keep it shut, but she found a screw in her bag and re-attached my gate latch. This is the definition of above and beyond! I called Lunar Pest Control after seeing a TikTok video about keeping wasp out of your pool. Zack was so helpful and gave me some suggestions of products and things I can do to help keep them out. Unfortunately I am not local, but If I we’re, I would totally hire them for this job. He helped me come up with a plan to try and combat the wasp even after he realized I am too far away for his services. Such a nice guy!

Was very pleased with the job that Jacquie and levi provided not only did they fix the issue so I would not have the same problem but removed a couple of critters I loved their attitude and friendliness and they were right on it when I called good job !!!!

I am very impressed with this company. My service team came out very quickly and got to work ASAP. Jacki and Levi were so professional and knowledgeable. I used them for roof rats so they had to come out many times to check the traps. I trusted them to come and go as they needed with no supervision. They were very respectful of the property and arrived exactly as scheduled. Communication via text was great. They spent a lot of time rodent proofing my attic, roof and home so I feel very confident in their work. They caught several rats over a week’s time and I’m super pleased with this experience. We had an awful Pigeon problem. The birds started nesting under our solar panels about three months ago. Recently. nasty stuff, including poop and eggs started coming down from our roof landing on our patio, planters, and lawn. It was disgusting and it smelled. We called several pest companies and the only company that indicated they would remove the nests and poop and clean and disinfect our roof was Lunar.<br>The people were knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great work ethic. I would strongly recommend this company for any pest or wildlife problem you may have. After seeing the job they had done, I can assure you their pricing is more than reasonable.

I have had absolutely no problems with bugs and while everyone else has weeds popping up in the neighborhood, we do not have weeds. They provide friendly service and are easy to communicate with . Casey is the man, he can handle all jobs. Hes done a 2300 sq ft house for bed bugs for me in one day, first try. He is the one stop shop pest man. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and was very quick to set an appointment. He stayed in contact the following days to make sure everything was going according to plan. I feel very safe having him and his chemicals around my pets and children. I would rate him higher if I could, and I would recommend him to everyone! Hes also very discreet, no giant bug on his truck to let your neighbors know what's going on!

This is a wonderful service! I’ve used KC Pest Control for 8 years and I continue to be impressed. He is always on schedule and sends me a text beforehand, reminding me that he'll be there. This helps a lot so I can make sure my pet dog is inside. He’s very personable and always thinking of ways to make things better for his customers and his business. He seems to be on the lookout for better chemicals and equipment. When I had an ant problem in the kitchen last year, he knew exactly what to do to get rid of them. KC Pest Control has been our go-to exterminator since "Cricketmageddon" in 2010, when we bought our house called KC to take care of an impressive cricket population. KC said it was the second-worst infestation of crickets that he'd seen, but we've hardly seen a single one since then. KC comes out a few times a year to treat the yard and exterior of the house - he is affordable, professional, reliable, and is always able to work us into his schedule even though we live outside his main service area. We've been using KC Pest since 2010. I have never had a time in which we were in question of a problem with a bug...that if I text this young man and didn't get a reply quickly. Any time I text with a question or an issue he gets right back to me with a timely manor. We had a neighbor who was over run by scorpions and I was frantic. I text him and asked for him to come to our house and double check our wall for scorpions on that side. He was very patient and had confidence that he had done a quality job to keep any Scorpions out of our yard. But he still came out to make me feel better. AMAZING. NO MORE SCORPIONS! I have used KC Pest Control for about 2 years now. When I first moved into my house in South Tempe, there were Scorpions and roaches ALL over my back yard... and several in the house as well. I contacted KC Pest Control and he came out the same week to help me out! After just 1 treatment we noticed a significant difference. There are few roaches, and no scorpions anymore! KC comes 1 time a month and that’s all we need to keep the creatures away. Due to the gorgeous spring we had an influx of crickets.... thanks to those and lord know's what other kind of bugs my 1 or two a year scorpion problem blew up to 20-25 seen a night. It was horrible. Thanks to KC Pest Control that number has dropped substantially (currently 1 every couple of days) and continues to drop. He's professional, corteous, and prompt. I’ve known KC since he bought out the previous company. He does a fantastic job and makes an appointment. Not the 4 hour waiting like other companies. He understands his clients that have pets.
