The best company I've came across in a long time. Great customer service. Very patient understanding they listened to what I had to say and addressed my problem adjusted to my parameters. The technician that came was very very helpful very knowledgeable and very thorough what he was doing he didn't excellent job. Better than I could ever hope for very nice person indeed. Called to let me know he was on his way yeah he did everything ask where the issues were in my house and treated those areas even more I couldn't ask for anything better

We have recently been blessed with a great-grandchild in our home. With the summer heat we noticed spiders and scorpions on our fences and yard area. On 12-10-2025, Jarred Wamsher, came to our house inspected and sprayed everywhere. Jarred took his time to get the job done right. We had an issue with scorpions due to the wood burning in the neighborhood. Thanks to Jarred we do not have that problem anymore.

Branton is a very knowledgeable guy on the product. Also very professional with the services provided. He looks throughly around the property for pest and makes sure to address the problem as well as any potential problems that may occur. I really the enjoy the services provided.

I have been using green mountain pest control for the last 2-3 years and can confidently say they do a great job! They are always knowledgeable with any questions I may have as well as treatment plans. I have never had issues with pests in our home after all treatments. Their products are pet safe as well, which is important for our household as we have a dog. Derek H serviced our home in the east valley, Jacob R and Jameson P has serviced our home in north Scottsdale and I would highly recommend them all depending on the area you are located in!

From my very first call this morning, everything about this experience was exceptional. I spoke with Davis, who was professional, courteous, and confident. He asked the right questions, provided a clear verbal quote, and offered same-day service within a set time range. The entire conversation was smooth, informative, and reassuring.<br><br>Derek arrived right on time and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and attention to detail. He communicated every step of the process, when he was on his way, what he planned to do, and how he would do it. He first asked what I needed, assessed the situation, and then completed everything I requested plus the full standard treatment.<br><br>Derek removed cobwebs, sprayed both inside and outside, explained his methods clearly, and took care to protect the floors by covering his shoes. When finished, he locked up my garage appropriately and reached out, as I had asked, to confirm that everything was done. We quickly reviewed the service together, and I was completely satisfied.<br><br>From start to finish, from Davis’s professionalism to Derek’s outstanding execution, the experience was phenomenal. Branton serviced my house and went above and beyond for the service, first he brought my trash bin and recycle bin in to my backyard, he sprayed like a man on a mission, the bugs stand zero chance with him, then he dewebed all my metal furniture as well as all my doors and windows. I had a very good experience with this business. They were competitively priced for bed bug extermination compared to a few others I had looked up and called. Their customer service is great. We've had a couple of other natural pest control companies we liked in the past, but as soon as they made us sign up for a yr (often to get their "best price" or sometimes just to stay a customer) when we didn't want a years worth of service, we would drop them. They forget we are the customer, it should be what WE want and what works for US...<br><br>So, when this happened, we needed to find a new company. Luckily for us, we did, and a good one at that, in Green Magic Pest. Their guys are always so thorough, friendly, polite, and prompt. They of course will come back and re-do an area that still has a problem (like the ants around our pool) and it could be weeks later. Others offer this too I know, but these guys don't make you wait long for them to come back which we really appreciate. We thankfully do not have a big pest problem, but we keep up on it so we don't. Their prices are in line with what others are charging, and the customer service is excellent. I can't say enough good things about them, and because we have two dogs, appreciate that they treat our yard and courtyard with the safest chemicals they can. Jacob is the guy who does our house and he is always so professional and nice, he goes above and beyond even removing cobwebs that form. He Ia good listener as well - the dogs love him too. If you need a good, but safe pest company, I highly recommend these guys!

The tech , Derek was professional and respectful of my property. Their service plan is flexible which is great. I appreciate them using pet and kid friendly chemicals. Yes you have to let it dry to be effective but they said it wouldn't hurt them. Derek was very knowledgeable. I do recommend trying them out.

I set up service with this company for my family member who was having a bug problem at their winter home while they were away last summer. Since then I have converted my parents over to this company for their home as well, as the service, communication, and professionalism are unmatched. Additionally, he isn’t bothered by our yappy, territorial dog that gets to give him trouble while he’s here (which we’re very appreciative of)!

These guys have done a fabulous job with our pest control. If there is ever a need in between services, after we elect not to have them spray inside the house, they promptly come out to spray. We got duped into switching to another provider and quickly regretted it. Green Magic stepped in and purchased our agreement to buy back our business and we have never regretted switching back.<br><br>The guys are always curious and on time. A++.

Today was my first experience with Green Magic Pest Control. I came home from a business trip last night to find I’ve had ants, roaches and a bunch of crickets invade my home. I reached out late last night and they responded (while I was asleep) that they had availability today. The gave me window and hit it within 15 minutes of projected start time. I love that. Derek Hersker was the Service Tech to show and walked me through his process after he got some initial information from, specifically high traffic areas of concern. He was great, kept me up to date on next steps and was probably out in less than 30 minutes. I’d recommend anyone to them for their promptness and impeccable customer service.

Jordan was very friendly and professional. Best of all he arrived promptly. The service window was between 8am and 10am and he arrived at exactly 8am! This was our first service and I am happy with choosing Green Magic so far. I will update this review if anything changes.<br><br>Update: Again, Jordan was right on time, very courteous, and listened to our concerns. He updated his application of remedies to help further control our ant incursion.

I was coming back from the an errand he was so nice did the front of the house until I got back! I love they call you first to let you know they are on the way! Which I love, because then I can get the gate unlock and put the dogs up. He came in and ask if there any room I didn't want to have done. Ask if I had any active, he was very knowledgeable very nice very respectful. When he was done he explained to me about the wait time for the pets and ask if I need anything else done. Derek did a great job, even more than I expected. My dogs loved him, he took the time to listen to my concerns, and spray around my old windows and an even larger portion of my yard than expected. The service tech Gage came out he did an extremely good job explaining the process. Gage was extremely professional, polite and courteous, he was really good. The owner Matt did an excellent job getting back to us after our initial call, we had a pretty severe ant issue caused by some home remodeling, they had concern for our issue and came out immediately. Their email follow up has an extremely thorough follow up of chemicals used and amount dispersed. Their follow up recap was the most professional we have ever received. We got lucky hooking up with Green Magic, we initially chose them because they had a good rate and turned out to be the best extermination company we have used.<br><br>Jordan, who has become our regular tech, does a really great job technically and is always looking ahead to prevent future pest issues, Jordan is a very conscientious guy always makes sure gate is relocked.<br><br>7/10 Brandon came by and did a great job.

I just became a customer of Green Magic today. I looked at several pest control places and got quotes from too many of them. Green magic was the most cost efficient option I found and I felt it was a very reasonable price. They also reached out to me quickly each time I contacted them. The multiple people I spoke to were very kind and not horribly pushy to sell me the service. The great price combined with the solid reviews made it a pretty easy sell. Everything was easy to set up and I was even able to get my first service done today which was unexpected but very awesome. Jacob R was my technician today and he was great, very polite and kind. It was clear that he was knowledgeable on what he was doing and willing to do whatever was needed to meet my needs. I also feel that the terms of the service agreement were plainly laid out and spoken of. I don’t feel like they were trying to pull anything or rope me into services I didn’t want or need. On top of it all this is a family owned small business and they need all the support we can give. I had a wonderful experience and am happy with my choice.
