I was not home during this time. Knowing the number of pellets used would be helpful. The numbers have been decreasing greatly. It maybe time to cancel this process.

Mike from Green Home Pest Control was on time, very friendly, professional and thorough in the termite inspection today (I had termite spikes installed a year ago to thwart a new termite colony that had crept into the house). He did a thorough inspection and left me clear instructions to further protect the home.<br><br>Green Home Pest Control offers thorough pest control solutions at a competitive rate. I would highly recommend them.

Xavier is always so very pleasant! Is efficient yet thorough. He listens when there are concerns. And he has a great beard! We’ve used Green Home Pest for 2 years now and wouldn’t use anyone else. They are prompt at answering calls and are very accommodating to our dog Penny.

I just recently noticed termite in my home -and got a hold of my regular pest control company. I was able to get a termite expert, Mike, come pretty early to do an inspection of the damage. Mike was very nice and courteous. He took the time to explain to me the way termites work and inspect my whole home. He explained the process of the treatment and recommended maintenance. He also answered all my questions and reassured me with my concerns.

2025 Update<br>No change in stars...they honestly need more stars. I'm going on 8 years as a customer and brought them with me to my new home. Even with price increases over the years they continue to be the most cost effective, communicative & knowledgeable provider. Sebastian is my regular technician and he's always super thoughtful about my senior dogs and the chemical exposure, even though it's still friendly safe, having senior dogs ads a layer of just being mindful and he is super considerate about that when applying inside or outside the home.<br><br>I got the pleasure of having Eric today for my service and he is super. From having his own company to providing his own service, conversation was super nice he explained what was happening and talked about the what he did and was just very gracious as well. Honestly I've NEVER had a bad service with Green Home and that's truly hard to say about providers nowadays.<br>-----------------------------<br>I've used Green Home for quarterly service for at least 5 years and never been disappointed. Their office staff is always friendly and accommodating. Their text reminders are perfect when I need to make quick changes in the fly. David has been my technician for years and always friendly, thorough and patient when I have a million questions. When I randomly needed bed bug treatment, they walked me through all my options, their recommendations and what to expect. Wouldn't trust my pest control service with anyone else.

I have to say living in Arizona makes it hard to find any company that shows up when they say they will. Green home Pest Control has been on point. Ryan is a fantastic tech and explains every step he does in details. I must admit, this company is solid which is near impossible to find these days in AZ.

We were having a massive issue with scorpions inside the house. Sebastian came out sprayed and he made sure to go above and beyond to make sure he was treating every area needed. We’ve had other companies come out to spray that don’t spend even half as much time or effort. Angela at the office is amazing and she was so sweet and got us completely set up and on the schedule same day. I’m beyond satisfied with the way Green Home operates.

Xavier came out the next day after calling to schedule a pest control service. Since the service, there has been absolutely no evidence of ants or other pests. Additionally, the treatment was noninvasive, and nothing was sprayed that had any smells or odors.

They're always been good about scheduling and do a good job spraying everywhere needed. Had one time ants where in the backyard and got a spray in-between my regularly scheduled every 2 months. Didn't cost extra. Its nice to know if some extra bugs happen I can get it covered.

They have wonderful and friendly technicians. Ryan took the extra step to close my gate after he treated my backyard. He saw I had a dog and also knew I was working so took a block of wood and made sure my gate was closed. Green Home has sprayed our house a few times now and since they started we haven't had any issues! We were finding scorpions and our landlord was no help, but thankfully we found Green Home. Both times it's been David who sprayed, and he was very good, and very willing to answer all of our questions so I really appreciate that. I paid for 1 x service 3 days ago. I was out of state. My tech did not spray interior, and also did not communicate with his office. He was let go shortly after. Upon surprise to me I was on the way after 21 hour drive to the home and called the office quickly had a tech show up the next morning(Darren) to respray inside and out and apologized intensely for the techs lack of follow through. I came home feeling better knowing it was sprayed. There was 3 scorpions found alive when I was there. I called and they sent a tech (Darren-very happy and kind) out 2 days later to re spray. I am happy this company stands behind there quality and customer satisfaction. 👏 this is how business sh I uld be done especially when there is a problem like my situation. I trust them for that. I would recommend them based on cost, employee happiness, and customer satisfaction.

Darren was awesome servicing my home! He was very thorough explaining how all of the different kinds of insects possibly entered my home and was very thorough explaining how their servicing works. He also makes sure to let pet owners know when it’s safe to let your pets back outside after spraying, which is a plus! Awesome guy and highly recommend!

Gorge did an excellent job spraying at our house today, we had company visiting that were still sleeping when he arrived and we needed the inside of our home sprayed. Awesome experience with this company all-around, I highly recommend them! Andy who quoted us and Joseph who completed the work were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I was really impressed with how easy it was to get the work we needed done scheduled and completed as well as the customer service and fair price. Additionally, it was very important to us that no animals were harmed/killed in the nest removal process so I appreciated this company’s willingness to workaround our timeline (waiting until the babies hatched and were able to fly away from the nest so they had the best chance of survival.)

Ty has been on frontline with me in this battle against the Ants that appeared after I happened to stumble across their Empire of a Colony after moving a big barrel planter and unearthing their rebel base. The ants retreated and set up various places in the back yard... the ants were plotting I can sense it.<br><br>The ants were starting to reinforced their troops in attempt to regain control the land of Back Yardia.<br><br>The Ants might have taken over my land. But after this last battle against the knight Ty of Green Home... a wave of relief washed across the land of Back Yardia. Or it was the bug spray.... regardless.<br><br>The ants seem to have retreated... for now.. Hopefully Back Yardia has seen the last of the Ants.<br><br>But just incase the Ants come back, I will call upon the mighty and brave Ty to help conquer and regain peace among the land once again!<br><br>Seriously though. Ever get bitten by a bunch of ants? It hurts. And I have dogs that like to bask in the sun of Backyardia and I worry about them getting swarmed and bitten. 😞<br><br>But Ty is helping make my backyard become a place of peace and relaxation.<br><br>Thank you Ty!
